Envoy to Western Sahara<{EV}>

Candistan

Jean-Paul Ungawa sat around his council of Generals and Colonels. Ungawa was a reaonable man, far more liked than the psychopath of a man named Muammar Aziz. Ungawa always had one thing bothering him. Growing up in a Sarahwi Refugee camp in Western Sahara, he abondoned his people to join the Malinese military just in time for the Unification war between them and the Mauritanians. He rose the ranks eventually to general through his long career of being a soldier. He still had one more thing to accomplish. The Liberation of his people from the Western Saharan Hinterlands. So, while Aziz was out killing people somewhere, he, a close friend, Colonel Kazim, and a few other delagates went to the Western Sahara to see if it was possible to invite them to join the CWAA's league of states.

OOC: this isn't a violent act, just an envoy to attempt to get WS to join the CWAA. Now I already know what all of you will say about countries not willingly joining other countries and such, but Western Sahara is basically nothing. It has no government in a sense, only three groups of people claiming to rule the land. Ungawa thinks they would fare better under the CWAA than a poor, arid wasteland ruled by no one. So if you don't want WS to just join my nation, then one person can be the leader of the SADR (Sarahwi Arab Democratic Republic) and engage in talks between them and the CWAA
