OOC: My first attempt at this was wrecked by Tech fighting and bickering between the various factions. I have thus decided to make this an invite thread. If you want to join please TG me first for approval.

IC:

George Blair had been living on Havenia all his life. This isolated planet had been a long lost colony of some long lost space empire that had reigned and fallen several million cycles ago. The people had lived a very modern existence until that fateful day when the enemy had arrived.

George Blair had been working in the fields of his farm. The robotic harvester drones continued to reap and sow across the fields until around noon when the sky suddenly darkened under a giant shadow. George looked up to see a massive bio ship above his house. It was enormous and had a light teal bio skin with a thick layer of exoskeleton to serve as an armored hull.

This giant abomination began to unleash several bio spores that fell straight down from the atmosphere to surface of the planet . The bio spores upon impact would explode and destroy a large swath of territory. The blasts and impacts became a constant barrage until all life in the area around the bio ship was obliterated. The ship made a descent down towards the surface and slowly landed upon the planet’s surface.

George had managed to escape from the spore assault. He watched as his farm was being destroyed by the alien ship that was now starting to land upon the ruins of his farmland. His hover car was going as fast as possible towards the city. He listened to the radio listening for signs of traffic warnings and other sightings of these strange spacecraft that had sudden appeared out of nowhere. The radio was blazing with the emergency broad cast system. It was a planet wide emergency as hundreds of these strange bio ships had descended down upon Havenia.

The reports had also indicated that these ships had unleashed hundreds of human like creatures with what seemed be giant spiders wrapped around them. These creatures had launched a surprise attack upon the major population centers of the planet. They would begin systematically stun their victims and have them transported back to their ships. Their were also reports of giant spider like creatures stalking around and latching themselves upon the human residents of Havenia. This newly captured hosts would then join the hunt for their once beloved comrades. It was planet wide chaos and confusion. This was the first planet of fall before the Harvest Fleet of the Kladth'u…

The leaders of Havenia needed help to stop this scourge that had come to their peaceful home. They sent a wide beam transmission seeking any sign of help from their fellow neighbors in the stars….

Sending Transmission….

To: To our brothers and sisters in the Stars
From: The Havenian Council of Five
Subject: Help!!!

This is a plea for help. The planet of Havenia is under direct attack from any unknown enemy. They have begun a massive assault upon our planet. They have single handedly wiped out our farming communities and landed several hundred space craft of unknown type upon our planet. These monsters are currently over running our cities and communities in what could be guess as a massive abduction operation. They have brought several spider like creatures that have begun hunting as like prey and latching themselves on us. We have begun fighting back but our Planetary guard is highly obsolete and not even properly prepared to fight an enemy this advanced. They seemed to be stunning those that do not resist and sending back to their ships. They have started to use more lethal weaponry that they have deploying against our military and law enforcement personal. Their weaponry seems to be biologically based. We desperately need help, please save us from this ghastly fate that has befallen us!

End Transmission…

Command Deck of the Harvester Hound..

The Harvester Mothership was still in orbit over the planet. It massive size and it’s powerful exoskeleton made it the largest living body above the planet slightly bigger than the small moon that orbited Havenia. This powerful Leviathan trained it’s powerful Spore batteries upon the military instillations of the planet. The spores had easily taken out the planets docking ports, defense satellites and even the star fighter base located on the moon. It would have been a matter of weeks before this highly populated planet was completely harvested but with the loss of most of the planets defenses it seemed to be a matter of mere days for the massive fleet of bio ships that were around the planet like wolves to a dying elk.

The commander of the Fleet was called the Second. He was an ancient Kladth'u that was directly related to the First himself. He had thus been given command over the largest Harvester Fleet within the Kladth'u Star Dominion. The Dominion’s goals had always been the same they sought to feed. The hunger of billions of their kind had to be sated and many worlds would lose their populations to feed the ever expanding parasite race known as the Kladth’u. The telepathic hive mind of the Kladth’u had easily picked up the message from the planet. This was a golden opportunity for the Kladth’u if help came to stop their Harvest it would mean more sentient beings to feed upon. It was chance of a life time. The Second ordered the remaining ship’s to begin using their chameleon skin to hide in the shadows. This rescuers would soon find themselves in a deadly trap…..

What the Second dind't know, was that an Asfaltic recognisance ship was allready present, and had witnessed all these happenings. The cloaked ship silently floated in a nearby asteroid belt, scanning the surroundings with it's high-tech sensors, estimating numbers, categorizing and gathering information. The Captain had had a rough night, and this situation came somewhat as a shock. "Well," he said to his crew "I guess we should immediately report back to base... this is the golden opportunity the Defence Industry has been waiting for... to test their battle droids, soldiers, chemical/biological weapons... and whatever we've developed in recent years." He said this somewhat unentusiastic. "I feel sorry for the planet... I don't think they have a chance... unless the king decides to send reenforcements, but that rarely happens. Helmsman, take us back to base." - "Yes, sir!" the helmsman replied, bringing the ship into slip-stream. "Those aliens will probably detect our departure, but who cares... might do them some good, knowing they're not the only ones here..." the Captain sleepily thought.

The Second was resting in his command pod. The ancient creature continued to stare at the planet that was slowly losing it’s sentient creatures to the waves of Kladth’u drone soldiers. The sudden presence of another ship was detected as it jumped out of the system.

The Second growled that such a morsel had managed to escape. The Second wondered if the jump that was detected by the ship’s mind was an escaping vessel or a foreign one. The Second ordered a chameleon cloaked cruiser to follow the trail of the escaping ship. The cruiser’s mission was to find the ship and report back via hive mind. They would then begin to harvest the occupants of the vessel. The fools had now drawn the attention of the Kladth’u.

IC:
Unfortunately for the Kladth'u, their technology was not familiar with the principles of slip-stream travel, and thus, the Asfaltic cloaked ship easily left them behind. (The captains words were: "Eat my dust.") After which they proceeded to report to base, informing the government off what was going on. A general assembly was called, and the debate about wether or not to send aid began.

The planet was barren of all life and beauty. To many of the Terran explorers, it was known simply as Faustus. Massive sandstorms raged across the world, covering any and all signs of visitors and civilizations. Tempuratures were unbearable, ranging from −140 °C at night to 40°C at the daytime. Even the air was deadly, consisting of hydrogen cyanide and carbon dioxide, with verylittle nitrogen and oxygen being non-existent.

However, as dead and devoid as the planet was, there was a single being amidst the sirocco. The nameless one wore a tattered pancho over its heavily massacred body. The creature looked as if it had been beaten and sliced by blades, having clearly open wounds and even exposed bone. Yet it was moving gracefully through the storm like a dancer.

The creature stood atop a mountain and sat. It closed its eyes and began meditation amidst the harsh sandstorm. The sounds of the searing winds acted as the planets natural chants as the being's psyche wandered amongst the stars, searching for a distubance in the order. It began witnessing the massive attack over a planet, seemingly the prize for the galactic warriors. The enemy, nameless to this being but called the Kladth'u by its victims, were the garners of this unholy harvest of Havenia. This must be stopped, it surmised.

The astral being walked aboard a ship, race unknown to the elder. The man aboard was angry, obviously from the attack. An Asfaltum captain, the being had read from his mind. He was an important man on this ship and perhaps in this war. This would be dangerous to do to a being with underdeveloped psychic powers, but it had to make contact...

"General...I am...Fateseer...Be Strong...We will be watching...we will come..."

The link broke. A transwarp anomaly had disconnected the being from Maximus. It only hoped that the General had not died and had received the message. It stood upon Mount Xanaxos and waved its hands. The sirooco began to die out and the mountain began to shake.
"It is time my brothers...the Age of Reveries has ended...the time of the Awakening of Sepulchres has dawned..."

Beneath the planet was an elaborate labyrinth of catacombs, streching across the entire core of Faustus. Sepulchres began opening as grotesque cadavers crawled out of each tomb, each with the appearence of a flayed human. The macabre legion began surfacing Faustus, uncovering the remains of thier starships of time past. Obelisks began arising from the ground as the Cadavers began repairing the Obelisks to leave the Cryptworld known as Faustus.

"We must aid the living...we must stop the Kladth'u...at all costs... Fateseer's command resonated across the minds of the Cadavers as they commenced repairs. Fateseer stared towards the stars. "We will come Havenia...we shall come..."
The rise of the Xjhum'bi had begun.

Beneath the surface of the planet there was a colossal latticework of catacombs encircling the entire planet. These catacombs contain millions upon million of sepulchres, each keeping something inside in chronogenic stasis. Across the underworld, a sickly crimson lightning bolt flashed throughout the cables that connected all of the tombs. One by one, each sepulchre shutdown the chronogenic generators and opened. One by one, grotesque creatures stepped out of these metallic coffins. Each monster resembled walking cadavers, strolling what seemed aimlessly through the catacombs of the planet. But the Cadavers had a purpose: Exhumation.

Above the surface, the ground began to tremble as massive monoliths began protruding from the ground. Across the globe more and more monoliths and obelisks were exhumed by these undead workers. Pyramids and even cities rose from the earth from eons of slumber. The creature soared above as the mountain collapsed, revealing an enormous mausoleum surrounded by a vast array of obelisks. The creature landed in front of the mausoleum and walked in.

“Mausoleum System Analysis,” it commanded with a fierce voice.

“Systems are 50% operational. Crematorium Caverns are active. Chambers are now fully operational. Iota Mass Cascade Batteries are offline. Arc Drives are offline,” replied the computer.

“This will do for now. Commence with the assembly of some Homunculi,” it ordered. Homunculi were the only soldiers they could create without the use of carcasses from other races.

He turned to the screen to see the countless obelisks arising, all preparing for launch. The monoliths began terraforming the planet to stop the sandstorms from wreaking havoc. All was well now, it thought. It would soon be time to stop this new menace.

The mass exumation was almost complete. Soon, countless other cryptworld would arise as Faustus had. The Obelisks began launching from the dead planet while the massive palace-like ship known only as the Mausoleum had only begun to unearth itself.

Inside the Mausoleum, Farseer stood inside, getting more of the palace's systems back online. Some of the Iota Flux Turrents were online but the main cannons were still inoperable.

Farseer asked the computer, "How are the carcasses in chronogenic stasis?"

"80% of the carcasses are still available for the Crematorius Cavern. Now beginning transmutation sequence."

Farseer walked into the Crematorius Cavern. Inside this massive room were the four chambers that created all basic units for the Xjhum'bi: The Cacodaemon Chamber, the Alchemy Chamber, the Cirque Chamber, and the Transmutation chamber. Farseer walked into the Cacodaemon chamber to witness the unholy horrors taking place.

It was a terrifying assembly line. A mechanical arm grabbed a corpse by the next and placed it on a belt. The body was then taken to an area. Another mechanical arm came down, only this time with a large syringe. It injected the body with a black liquid thay flowed through the remanants of its circulatory system. The body was then taken to the Tachyon Emitters where tachyon waves were flooding the body, causing the strange liquid to grow rapidly. At the end of the line the corpse stood up and walked towards an armory, picking up an Iota Stream Rifle, and walked towards the Fateseer. The Ghoul had been built.

This continued as the Fateseer brought the Ghoul up to speed. They would have to stop an invasion of a planet. They just needed time to build up an army and unearth enough vehicles.

OOC Thats about it for now. Im just waiting on you guys :D
