"A colation of nations, including the Caliphate of Icovir, Skgorria, and Maraque. The nation of Atopiana has laid claim to the wasteland."

We have mutually beneficial goals. The convict situation in Mer des Ennuis is deteriorating, and we need fresh bodies to train the troops.
