Greetings, nations of the world!

Icovir has announced it's move to become a Caliphate. We have done this only yesterday. We feel that with our pure Muslim population that this is Allah's Divine Caliphate that hasn't manifested itself since the time of the Ottoman Empire.

I am the 102nd Caliph of Islam: Caliph Victor I.

The Great Caliphates, directed under Allah Himself, has fallen in 1922 with the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire.

I am a direct descendant of the Ummayad Caliphs. They have spread Islam to many areas. And we want to take the Muslim areas back. We feel it is our duty, and we know that the people want us to do this.

We feel that Allah has commanded us to do this. Therefore our first move in taking back the Great Caliphate of the Ummayads will be to move in and occupy Libya.

He would do even greater than the previous Caliphs and conquer all of Libya, not just the north.

The news of the Islamic threat spreading into Africa worried Clandonian commanders, this sort of action could stir resentment against Clandonian forces in the other New Africa. The situation would be assesed but no military action would be taken, this was not Clandonias war.

Statement of the Supreme Daytan People's Council on the bourgeois imperialist aggressor state of the Icovir Caliphate

The workers and peasants of Daytanistan condemn unequivocably the proclamation by Icovir of a so-called caliphate, a state which by its very nature is the enemy of all workers and peasants across all nations, and especially express their righteous outrage at the pronouncement by Caliph Victor that he intends to retake the empire of the Ummayads. This empire stretched into what is now the Socialist Province of Parshea and parts of the Socialist Provinces of Dalysh and Jalaalalaal in the Democratic Republic of Daytanistan, where the workers and peasants are happy and free from the yoke of the oppression of religious fundamentalism and imperialist oppression justified on religious grounds, and which the workers and peasants will defend, arm in arm, shoulder to shoulder.

If Icovir attempts to invade the glorious Daytan motherland, it will be broken on her mountains, it will die of thirst in her deserts, and its agonies from these will be as nothing compared to the furies of the workers and peasants and their armies, who will defend the motherland and Socialism until death!

I, on behalf of The Islamic Ibadah Khilafah, welcomes Icovir's submission before Allah, the most compassionate and merciful, and to become believers of The Qur'an.

May you be blessed.

The Islamic Ibadah Khilafah, Inshallah, is willing to aid Icovir in it's acceptance of Tawhid, and to expand the acceptance of Tawhid forth, but It must be clarified that it can not be accepted what you proclaimed in a statement of yours, that you are the Caliph of Islam, for it is I, who Inshallah, who is the Caliph of Islam.

Please correct yourself on this matter, in that you are in fact the Caliph of Islam in Icovir and not all of Islam, lest you be denounced and revealed as an agent of, or that itself, al-Dajjal.
