The Emperor of Demaray is looking for allies. He has drawn up an alliance constitution, and the name of the alliance is The Monarch Alliance. Its purpose is to be an offensive/defensive alliance to protect its members. Here are its terms and conditions if anyone is interested:
Condition 1:
All members must defend all other members when: they are in an RP war, their region is invaded and the member nation's opponent/s are stronger than than they are (add military budget). If you only use this for your own protection and don't defend someone else multiple times, you might be put on probation. If the enemy is weaker, helping is purely optional.
Condition 2:
When a nation takes offensive action against another: members must help.
Condition 3:
Offering aid when a fellow ally declares a state of emergency is mandatory, multiple failures in offering aid will get you on probation.
Term 4:
If two nations within the alliance were to go to war, other nations may not intervene outside of the original aggresor and its victim.
Term 5:
Members should be monarchial/totalarian, but we will also accept democratic nations. We do, however, have one group who will NEVER be allowed within this alliance: the nazis.
Condition 6:
Descisions about "Group Attack" (where the entire alliance gathers and attacks another alliance/nation) will be made in the forum/ through telegrams. We would prefer that members not belong to another or too may other alliances.

Member Nations on probation: None (thank god)

Enemies of the Union (countries who have attacked a member of the alliance or the alliance itself): Atopiana, The Fourth Holy Reich, Skgorria, British Londinium.

"We've got an eye on you" list(nations who aren't our enemies but we're keeping an eye on): Icovir

Also, we have a region, the 'European Isles'. Moving there is not at all mandatory, it's purely if you want to.

A forum also exists. To keep rude spammers out, I won't post the URL here, and I request you all do the same, but if you want to know it TG me.

Khrebet Cherskogo will be moving forward with development of nuclear weapons. We already have the capability to deliever whatever payloads may arrive. I would be interested in joining, but these two conditions disturb me (OOC: probably not the right word but hey :p). why is attacking someone purely because your ally did compulsory, but giving aid when it is in need optional?

Alright. I was TGed not too long ago by a member nation of your alliance to create an offsite forum for you that wouldn't be bound by the rules put in place by invisionfree or other free services. I have thus decided OOCly to do this under the following 4 conditions. If you people agree with it, then it is settled.
1. There be no illegal contrband (ie. wares, etc) advertised on the forums.
2. The Main Administration Account be under my control.
3. Any other Administrator Accounts created and authorised by me may not take administration powers away from the main account.
4. I have the right to inspect the forums on as often of a basis as I wish to see if they follow conditions 1 through 3.

GLOBAL ICOVIRIAN PROCLAMATION

Icovir finds this alliance threatening to our security. Or so it should. Rather, Icovir will laugh at this alliance and doesn't need to offer any Du'as asking for Allah to defend us against it.

We are currently butting heads with Galation. Unless you want an intra-alliance war, I don't really want to join. I'll also think about giving you an admin account. I'll use your membership list to send the Web Address of the forums to your membership. I'm still working out a few things too.

You can't really cut into a Secret IC communication, which is what Galation did with Demaray. I suggest fixing that error as it shows noobishness.

I suggest that you all go look at phpBB Hacks and pick out what template(s) you wish to see put onto the forums. I will only put up 3 extra templates besides the orriginal one. This is so I don't take up too much space on my web host. I have both a file and space limit that I don't not want to come close to as the hosting that I have is for my web design company.

Is this a war? What sort of assistance do you need?

Military aid is very much in need for both of us. We are going up against some very strong nations with military economies to match, navy and air supiriority are in need Also it's imparitve that once this conflict is over, these nations are brought to face justice for an unlawful invasion such as this. They all feel like they are above the law and can't face a tribunal.

AA has told me they won't be able to join up in the forums because of home restrictions. A TG should have been sent out to Shaz who's been sending out notices about the forums.

However I am partially involved in the conflict my self I can do the speaking, and I know it's a bit of a run around you can double check with Aqua Anu for anything.
