Asfaltum

The theme of this thread would roughly be this:
A while ago, Asfaltum established a small military base in an unpopulated solar system. This base is located on the moon of a gas-giant (like Jupiter), and it's primary purpose is that of discovering and experimenting with new weapons, from advanced time-machines and planet-killers, to smaller projects, like a new model of missile. All of a sudden, a new race anounces its presence and claims the solar system for itself, saying that it for a long time has been under its own possesion and that Asfaltum/the lunar base is "trespassing". Asfaltum/the lunar base feels that this is an unjust claim since the system was obviously abandoned, but that it would be willing to pay a small amount of money to keep utilizing its lunar base. The offer is declined and ground troops are landed, in order to "evict" the base, and seize the technology. The reasoning is roughly: "Wow, I can test big army on small base, and I win." The lunar base calls for backup, resulting in a ground counter-offensive, and possible space-battle.
Anybody interested?
