A Minor Blurp in the World News Report.
More news out of Elysia this evening, as the Rouge Nation of -Outer-Heaven- begins domestic production of small arms. Recently -Outer-Heaven-'s government has seized control of all privately owned businesses, but reports say the the business known as Saint Logic Bio-Tech is still operational. Insiders say that Saint Logic has agreed to open a new weapons division, in return for government funding and state sponsorship. -Outer-Heaven- has become increasing familiar for this tactic, due mainly to its rivately owned, stat sponcered, Militia's co-operation in New Bonsawaniia.

Early reports suggest that they have not produced any weapons, but are outfitting and upgrading some of their outdated ones. No word yet if Saint Logic will ever enter the world stage as an arms producer, but it's my humble opinon that if the right ammount of money is produced and not even the govenment of -Outer-Heaven- would deny that offer.

The Imperial Government has taken note of the recent happenings involving your corporation, specifically the attempt to gain funding for domestic arms production from the government of the nation of Outer-Heaven. As a nation that is constantly with an eye out for new business opportunities, we of the Generian Imperial Government have decided to make a proposal.

Specifically, we would be willing to offer rights of production to the GIR-47 assault rifle, the L-26 pistol, the G-91 Main Battle Tank, and the GIF-1 air interceptor in exchange for your facilities taking on a certain amount of the production of these particular items on behalf of the Empire. So long as this supply quota was met adequately, the Empire would allow your nation to continue to produce these items for whichever customers, domestic or international, that it chose to, unhindered by Imperial International Trade Licensing agreements. We would furthermore be prepared to make a substantial monetary investment into your company if these terms were agreed upon.

At this Current Point, Saint Logic is not for sale. We greatly appreciate your offer, but at this point we stand to make a greater profit. With the new General Empire contract we may have the resources to go public and offer some our unique products to the international community. Once again we would like to thank you for your offer, but we decline.

We request a production quota, so as to efficently produce your units.

The Empire would eventually like to see production of the GIR-47 and L-26 production numbers rise to 4 million units of each per year, however we realize that under current circumstances, this will be a difficult goal to reach. However, with Generian Imperial investments coming in to be used in revamping existing production facilities and creating new ones, we do not think that that is an unreasonable goal to reach in a period of 5 years.

With regard to the G-91, we would be satisfied in a ten year period with annual production having reached 100,000 units yearly, and 10,000 GIF-1 interceptors yearly within the same time frame. Again, we realize that meeting these goals will be by no means a simple task, but we do believe that, with Generian investments continuing as scheduled and the dedication and efficiency your corporation has already demonstrated, they are far from impossible.

Regarding these investments, the Imperial Government has decided that a stipend of 17 billion dollars yearly over a five year period would be an adequate initial contract, with possible additional investments for specific projects. This contract would be renegotiated at the end of the five year period, after judging corporate progress. Should your corporation find this to be unreasonable, or inadequate, the Imperial Government is more than willing to negotiate. We have funds to spare, and are very interested in ensuring that your corporation succeeds. The success of Saint Logic only contributes to the success of the Empire.
