After long discussions in our own government, the Republic of Vjaenland can announce now the beginning of a new time of trust between nations, due to the Open Skies project.
How it works:
To control others nations wast military equipments the participating country allows photographic controls one day a month. For that purpose every nation provides one special modified plane equipped with 3 simple high definition day-light wet-film recce cams. This plane overflies announced a military installation of the other countrey and controls there the inventar. Each nation can restrict the "photo sectors" to prevent espionnage of high classified military installations. Vjaenland hopes with this project to bring the nations closer together in every aspect. As a proof of the seriousness of this project we provide following things:
