Hello, Shazbotdom. We have had some problems obtaining four-hundred non-nuclear ICBMs. I believe that we have had a mis-communications with the masses, they must believe that all ICBMs are nuclear, or what we are looking for are nuclear. So we beg upon your great nation to supply us, we are willing to pay, just name your ammount. We assure you these will only be used as defence or a pre-impetive strike.

The term ICBM refers to a type of missile that travels a long distance, normally through the highest sections of the atmosphere. ICBM's are almost always used to deliver Nuclear, Chemical or Biological wepaon payloads. The acronym ICBM stands for Inter-Continentile Ballistic Missile. They are not normally used for land to air or land to sea defences. What you want are standard cruise missiles, surface to air missiles and surface to sea missiles.
