Formerly a nuclear testing site, now devoid of plant life, it is hard chunk of rock that is covered in mutant creatures that will eat human flesh.

$310 billion is not too pricey. You're just too poor to afford it. It's actually under valued; it's real value is worth some $499 billion+.

Then just encourage them to dive in. The new ones when taught appropriately and if they really wish to learn, grow mighty fast.
