Note-Now that I've introduced myself, its time to get diplomacy going.

Prime Minister Alexei Alexandrov was a hard worker, determined to get things done, this helped him become leader of the ''National Party'' and later Prime Minister. Right now, he was in his office, meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Iosef Ivanov, discussing the issue of how to get Russian India known to the world. They first decided on issuing a letter to world leaders. Next, they prepared sites for future embassies of foreign lands.

The letter they wrote was first written in Cyrillic and then translated into the languages of world leaders:

''To all world leaders!
Greetings on behalf of the state of Russian India. I, Prime Minister Alexei Alexandrov, in co-operation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Iosef Ivanov have declared that our humble state is open to diplomatic talks and foreign embassies. You may feel free to reply and contact us, so that we may discuss such things, perhaps in a meeting in one of your cities, or one of ours like New Moskva (Moscow) for example. We hope that you will consider our offer.

M.F.A Iosef Ivanov''

All they had to do now was wait for a response.....

IC: "Hmm. New nation. They seem friendly enough. Lord Governor, I formally advise that we offer them an embassy, and extend the hand of friendship to them."

commitment, such as, perhaps, a mutually defensive alliance, we would like
to steer you in the direction of the Dominion Commonwealth.

If you mean tanks, etc than sure. Hadn't really though of technology yet.

The Prime Minister was happy that the nation of Kologk had responded to his letter. He replies with this:

protectorate of the wise and great (and I'm not just saying that because he
has elite soldiers 'guarding' my life. Really, I'm not.) Count Jwolf, of the
nation The Transylvania. Members get protection, and production rights to a number of Dominion products.

''After discussion with the Government, and with His Majesty, Tzar of All India, Tzar Nicholas II (descendant of the Tzars of Mother Russia), we accept (honestly, I did not know whether to join or not), on the following condition that our state, etc be respected in the Commonwealth. We have read info on the Commonwealth and in a vote, the Government has voted to join. We thank you for your invitation to the Commonwealth.

We also hope that we can keep our independence, etc and that we will not become servants of the Commonwealth, we also request that we keep our neutrality in wars for now.
