A covert building of a hydrogen bomb by Icovir has been completed today. Now, the Icovirian government is releasing details of it's test:

For a long time, our nuclear program has flourished. As per our nuclear program, we have developed a hydrogen bomb.

We currently own roughly 55 hydrogen bombs, given to us graciously by the Scandinvans.

Today, Icovir has finished making it's own hydrogen bomb. It is due to be tested next week (IC).

Please note that this bomb will be a very small one. The strength of the hydrogen bomb is classified.

We will test this on the Abandoned Isle of Icovir, the site of our first nuclear bomb test.

We expect that island to be whiped of the map pretty soon, however.

I am glad to hear of your recent accomplishment of constructing a hydrogen bomb and we hope that you build if usefully. Yet, we wish to know did you base your bomb of the ones that we gave to you? If you did we bear no malice towards and are just rather surprised that it took you such a short time to reconstruct the bomb without having any of the original blue prints.

Message: No, we have been creating blueprints for a hydrogen bomb since we launched out nuclear program long before the war with Beiraq.

After the blueprints were finished, we tested our first nuclear bomb on the Abandoned Isle of Icovir. We then got to work on the hydrogen bomb based off of our own blueprints.

We are then quite content as we though we could attempt to gain more of an idea as to how powerful they were. I also hope that the test will be a sign as for other nations not to invade you and we hope that they are never used in anything except for the defense of Icovir or for the defense of her most honorable allies.

We have decided to postpone the test launch until Icovir's 800 millionth citizen is born.
