We wish for all to participate and we hope that you share in our desire. The purpose of the this conference will be to discuss the various points about creating an international body for furthering the cause of international cooperation on our continent. We hope that all nations can set aside their differances for the purpose of this meeting. Of course, this does not mean ceasing any conflicts between yourselves, such as the Red Tide-Umeltian war. Please respond to this ASAP.

Leaders of the responding nations, I thank you. With your support this just may take off the ground. The only details set in stone so far are having the conference here in the city of Dahleez, the date is unknown. I wish to keep most of the details ambiguous and up in the air until we've received a message indicating interest from many of the Elysian nations. To address the doubts of the Red Tide government, keep this in mind; If we do not try to make this work, it will surely fail, but if we give just 1% of our total effort then there is a much better chance of success. Isn't this worth the chance of peace and economic prosperity.

We await the response from the remaining population of Elysia.

The Conference that I have proposed will take place in our largest city of Dahleez, not the capital of Urushalim. We apologize for this discrepancy. No date has been set, we await further confirmation from the other nations of Elysia. We realize that not every nation will reply or be willing, so we may wait for at least half of the nations of Elysia to respond.
