Abondoning the people of New Galation would be worse than converting them to our way of life. They have little means of defense and no other way to govern themselves. Trying to invade over the colonization of a small island thousands of miles away would be stupid, not to mention hard to do, as Galation is near the center of a set of powerfull other nations, most willing to defend. A capital ship shall be waiting at the borders of the water around Congo, with a reasonable amount of escorts, should you not give the people of Congo their freedom. I am speaking here, militarily, in the Emperor's absense, as he is out praying.
Icovir does not make threats, we make promises. Icovir will side with all nations in the world and will lead the coalition in attacking the enemy, Galation, if they do not withdraw in 10 hours.
We have warned them earlier today that they have only a day. We are true to that.

OOC: I understand thats a little of a God-Mode but... neh, nothing he hasn't done before. Like say his nation of 16 Million has a large stockpile of Nukes. N. Korea barely has 5 and they are around 23 Million. So it's very, very unlikey you have any sort of Nuclear Weapons and if you do it's very, very small.

Any attempts to nuke or bomb the Dark Empire of Shazbotdom will result in gargantuan amounts of dirty bombs showering down upon your nation. This is not a threat; this is not a joke; this is a promise.

Up until this point The British State had been considering its options with regards to the New Galation ( Formally Congo ) situation. The High Chancellor had summoned his personal council for one last rundown of the facts before he made his decision.

Foreign Minister '' We cant do nothing! Galation has taken an action, true its one we don't agree with.But they are our ally and we must assist in their defence while the threats of invasion from the international community continue."

Ambassador to Galation " I agree! we must make it clear that we will not stand for one of our neighbours to be bullied in this fashion. We must take action, We ......"

As stated to you previously, we are protected by a Missile Defence Shield program that the Dark Empire started over 50 years ago. We have enough anti-missile equipment (ie. spacebased and ground based missiles) to destroy any Inter-Continentile Ballistic Missiles that you launch at us. And seeing as you are a great distance away from the Dark Empire, we will destroy those missiles before they even come within 1,000km from our great nation. And using nuclear weaponry to assault a nation without launching any sort of invasion will get your nation invaded by dozens, if not hundreds of nations. So if you really want to be gangbeat by many nations, then use your nukes.




SECRET IC: (This means you can't see it happening)
SCENE: Shazbotdom Strategic Command
General Landry was looking over the latest messages sent between the Supreme Emperor and the Pathetic Little Nation of Galation, as he has dubbed it. He had NSat 2 still pointed towards the little pathetic nation and was still waiting for the final go to nuke a military base off the face of the planet. He though had ordered that the missile silo's on NSat 2 closed so the radiation was barely detectable. It would only appear as if the satelite had soem sort of a nuclear reactor to power the thing, and it looked like a television broadcasting satelite that was unlabled.


OOC NOTE:
I Have not launched nukes at you, yet. So don't RP like I did. All will come in time young one.

The timeline had run out, and so the Fuhrer gave the order:
"Let Galation burn"

All over Skgorria, klaxons and sirens sounded as the nation went into Nuclear Warfare drills. Classes were abandoned in the state academies, and Skgorrian civillians were given the rare privilege of a free day off.

This all came at a price however, Skgorria was about to engage in nuclear warfare. The Strategic Rocket Forces and Air Force had been issued targets that they were to destroy. These included:
-major population centres
- industrial areas
- military bases
- ports and airports
- agricultural areas

"Our main target will be his population base, for when the people are dead then all else is irrelevant," the Fuhrer had declared. "We must also destroy his industrial areas, so he loses the ability to manufacture defenses. Next are his military bases, we cripple his forces in the field. Ports and airports are other targets to hamper any resupply efforts, and lastly we will hit his agricultural base so he cannot feed his people."

With that in mind, the Skgorrian Strategic Forces had elected to fire a massive salvo of ICBMs in one wave in an effort to overwhelm the enemy defences. 2,600 SS-18s, 600 SS-25s and 600 SS-27s streamed up into the air towards Galation in one massive wave designed to overwhelm the enemy's air defences.

Meanwhile, 16th Air Army sent up an assault force to strike Galation. 500 Tu-160 Blackjack bombers were escorted by over a thousand Su-37 fighters and they streamed towards Galation. At 2,000 miles away the bombers would launch their 6 Raduga Kh-55 missiles, each one being nuclear-armed.

I hope that you know after launching all your missiles, you have none left and it takes several NS Years to build them back up. I mean it took the US almost 15 years to build up not even that many ICBM's, a nation of your size will take a lot longer than that to build up their arsenal again.

Urgent Response from the Emperor
No time for decorating this message, but we have an urgent message relating to this cirsis.

If any attempts to send a nuclear bomb to Shazbotdom exists or will be launched, we will immediatly take up nuclear arms and not only nuke the capital of Galation off the map, but will also send in more troops than most nations of the world has ever seen, even if it means the collapse of our economy.

"Comrade," screamed the duty watchman, "Skgorria's launched! Skgorria's gone nuclear!"
"Shit! Track them! Alert Air Defence! Alert Citi-Def! And, for Judas' sake, get central council on the horn!"

Panic was quickly replaced by a tense professionalism. These volunteers had trained for years for just this event - and the realisation, ten minutes later, that the Skgorrian air armada and nuclear weapons weren't bound for Atopiana brought only one question.

Who to attack?

Skgorria, in its weakened state, or this Galation?

Central Council conferred. Just one hour after the Skgorrian launch, Atopiana's meagre - by comparison - nuclear arsenal was ready. Its target?

Galation.

300 SS-20 ICBMs roared from underground silos throughout Atopiana. Each contained two 150 Kt MIRV warheads and one dummy to confuse enemy air defences. Their targets - military-industrial complexes identified by Freedom One, Atopiana's recently launched space station and spy satellite network.

Some time before launch, a special aircraft took off from an airbase close to the Skgorrian border. Broadcasting Skgorrian IFF patterns, the modifed Tu-160, crewed by Dedication Division pilots, joined the Skgorrian armada.

It contained the DBOMP - a modified copy of the Soviet Царь-бомба - and would detonate the device some 4,000 feet above the target. There would be no survivors from the Blackjack, of course. Failing that, the crew were under orders to detonate their device "if in danger of being destroyed" or "above any secondary or tertiary target of any worth, including major cities, airbases, or indeed areas of agricultural yield".

Atopiana had played her hand - once the DBOMP had been detonated, there were no more....

Imperial Palace, Super City, Maraque (Secret IC)

"Emperor, Emperor!" shouted a man running through the halls and straight into the Emperors office.

"What is it, Tatenda?"

"The Skgorrians and Atopianans just launched full blown attacks on Galation."

"This will escalate pretty quick so make sure the anti-missile defense systems are up, we can't afford for even one to get through should the chance occur. Also, raise the terror alert to Red (Probable Chance of Attack). Are the missiles up and ready just in case they need to be fired?"

"Yes Emperor. Everything is ready and waiting. All they need is your go-ahead and they'll be launched immediately. I'll go update the terror alert and check up on the anti-missile defense systems and make sure they are prepared."

"Thank you, Tatenda. Dismissed."

"بسمي الله الرحمني الرحيم" The Emperor was in the middile of performing his Salat when General Josh Natock walked in.

"Sir,"

"What!?" yelled the Emperor. It wasn't in the nature of a Muslim to stop performing his Salat.

"We have grave news. Skgorria has one more gone nuclear. So has Atopania".

"Well, we'll have to go nuclear once more, also. Alert the world that we feel threatened by the fact that Galation will go nuclear against any nation who attacks it and the fact that our neutral semi-allies, Skgorria, has attacked them.

Also, increase the Nuclear Defense System's budget. We currently have no need to fund the army as much, so divert some funds from the army to the Nuclear Defense System. Make sure it's fully operational, I do NOT want to have more citizens die than the 1 million already killed from our last nuclear war. Understand?".

"Yes sir.".

The Emperor continued his prayer after Josh Natock walked out. This time, his Du'a included him asking Allah to help him in this upcoming war.

The only time the Emperor did this before was during the war with Beiraq, a war that cost both countries billions of dollars.

We feel threatened by the fact that Galation will go nuclear against any nation who attacks it and the fact that our neutral semi-allies, Skgorria, has attacked them.

Therefore, we find it fair to alert the world that Icovir's nuclear factories have gone back into an uproar once more.

We warn that if Galation attempts to attack any nation with nuclear power, we will remind them of our last nuclear war. We would also mention that we have much more nuclear weapons since then, and more nuclear launch stations so we can launch more than 5 at a time.

As the Clandonians watched from the safe homelands of the nuclear chaos of exchanges across the globe, many remembered the nuclear attacks on their nation. Many were glad at the vast sums of money spent on the military with the orbital systems and ABM silos nestled across the country.

Secret IC:
SCENE: Meeting in the Emperor's Office
George sat down behind his desk. His top advisers had been there waiting for arrival. The only ones that were not in attendance were the deligation from the Colonies of the Dark Empire, as this had nothing to do with them, for now. He looked at his advisers and then took a deep breath and opened up the file folder that had the latest intel on the happenings in Galation and this province that they concoured and called 'New Galation'. He sat there and read for a little bit, then set the folder down.

George: "Alright. what's our official stance on this?"

Larry: "Well, sir. You sent an official message telling them to back down. They replied in kind with a rather nasty message."

George: "I fucking know that. Now lets get on with it."

Rockenbach: "Well sir. I have General Landry ready to launch several 5 kiloton nuclear weapons at a military base in their nation. With where our satelite is placed, the missiles should only take roughly 15 minutes to reach it's target, which would make it impossible for them to launch counter measures without destroying the warhead above their nation."

George: "Alright. And how long will it take him to be able to launch the missiles?"

Rockenbach: "Only about 4 minutes. He would need to input the code to open the hatches and then input the code for the launch. Which we would relay the code up to him via a secure message."

Charrel: "Sir. Do we really want to go nuclear?"

George: "It's only a last resort. I've prepared a speach to make to the nation in case we do have to go nuclear after they would launch any nukes at us. Although i'm quite positive that our MDS will stop all missiles, this is just a 'Backup Plan'."

Charrel: "Alright, sir."

George then looked around at everyone.

George: "Alright. This meeting is ajorned. Let there be no record of this meeting ever happening. This was an unofficial meeting, for your reference."

All: "Yes, Sir."

The Army saw a sudden drop in funds, resulting in the loss of 1,000 soldiers. But, the money was being used for the Nuclear Defense System.

The Emperor made a speech to the people:
"Greetings, people of Icovir. I will keep this very short.

As we all know, Icovir has been monitering closely the crisis in the Congo.

Two nations, Skgorria and Atopania, have entered this war with nuclear weapons launched towards Galation, the opressers.

As we also know, Galation is very aggressive against other nations, and will launch a nuclear weapon back. We are concered for our semi-allies, Skgorria.

Icovir has prepared the Nuclear Defense System, and it has seen major improvements. More nuclear weapons, we have built. We have also built more "Nuclear Launch" stations, enabling us to launch more than 5 nuclear weapons at a time.

We will enter this war sooner or later. But this time, we will stop this from ever happening again. We will overthrow the Galation government and place a new government there!"

The Emperor, as is the salute of Icovir, raised his hands and preformed the Takbir, as if he was praying to Allah.

"Allahu Akbar!".

OOC: well just as well I've spent several years on stocking up on missiles, I still have half my arsenal left. Thank the Fuhrer for Pudite Arms :D

"Ha. Hahahaa! Tell the Scragorians or whoever the hell they think they are that their little prank was taken lightly. Onl one city was destroyed! Now let's prank back," he said smiling, as he gavethe order for a series of nukes to be fired straight for the nation's capital and major cities. "And tell the pig that runs the 'Dark Empire' that he has colonies also, and it's virtually impossible to destroy a nuke deployed from a plane."

OOC: Going to even bother RPing you shooting down my missiles? What kind of incredible defence system do you have for a nation so small that can swat several thousand missiles out of the sky? And is it really impossible to destroy a nuke deployed from a plane?

As the Centura stood in his chamber pacing, he felt a rumble, and saw a flash. Several missiles had hit. One, had hit the coast of Congo. 100,000 were dead.

And is it really impossible to destroy a nuke deployed from a plane?

Only as impossible as it would be to destroy any other air launched weapon of similar size and shape i.e. it depends on what form the air launched nuclear weapon takes.

Now it is far far easier to destroy the weapon carrier aircraft before it gets a chance to launch...

SECRET IC:
SCENE: Imperial Palace, George's Office
George watched the satelite imagry on his TV as the missiles impacted on the little island. He then picked up his red phone and made a call.

George: "I want the 1st and 2nd division of the Shazbotdom Marine Corps as well as 500 SCS Marines to prepare for departure. The target is the island of Congo. Move them out as soon as possible."

The voice on the other end replied with a simple, "Yes, Sir." before George hung up. He was pleased with himself as he would help to erradicate all Galation soliders from the territory of Congo.


SCENE: Shazbotdom Naval Base
The 1st HAVOC Naval battle group was prepared for departure, marines were loading up onto the amphibious landers. The only ones that wern't seen entering the ships were the SCS Marines, as they were discreet with their enterance. No one was to know that these elite soldiers were on their way to the tiny island that the Galation's had captured. The SCS Marines were to patrol and eliminate any and all resistance in the area's which the fallout from the nuclear missiles would land.


SCENE: Shazbotdom Missile Command
Green lights popped up all over the place as Grand Admiral Rockenback had made a special appearance at SMC. He brought with him the codes that were needed for the launch of the 15 5kt nuclear weapons that were on board NSat 2. He ordered it repositioned a few hundred meters more inland towards the center of the Nation of Galation. With that a few buttons were pushed, a code was entered.

Five missile doors opened up on the satelite as it recieved the first code from Shazbotdom Missile Command.

The General then inputted a second code.

The remaining ten doors opened on the satelite as it prepared to launch it's payload.

They brought up the targeting sequence on the satelite and used it's thermal and telephoto lenses to scan the Nation of Galation for targets. After spotting several military bases, they targeted them and prepared to input the final sequence for the launch of the 15 5kt missiles.

SCENE: NSat 2, In Orbit
The telephoto lense zoomed in on each target individually and placed a coordinate waypoint on them. That coordinate would then be inplanted into the designated computer of each missile launched to seperate them apart equally to each target. The missiles then waited for the final code to be entered while they sat in their tubes on the satelite. Slight orange glows could be seen as their rockets were warmed up at 1% power.

Only as impossible as it would be to destroy any other air launched weapon of similar size and shape i.e. it depends on what form the air launched nuclear weapon takes.

Now it is far far easier to destroy the weapon carrier aircraft before it gets a chance to launch...

OOC: True, which is why it's best to mix it up (I.E launch a missile from your homeland, then board one on a plane).

OOC: Impossible to shoot down air-launched nukes, eh? I'll go with that. :D DBOMP is a-go!

IC:

The modified Dedication Division bomber screamed in low towards its target, the Galatian capital city. Every few seconds, flares punched out from the supersonic bomber. Jamming systems and EW programs were running constantly. At a distance of 100 miles, the aircraft roared up from 150 feet to 5,000.

There was a thud, and the 100 megaton bomb dropped away from the craft...

Meeting no resistance from Galation aircraft, the Skgorrian air armada reached the firing point with no problems. Each Tu-160 was carrying 6 Ku-55 cruise missiles, each with a small nuclear warhead. Years of training paid off and ensured that each missile was launched correctly. 3,000 cruise missiles streaked towards Galation and detonated over the country. As the last of the escort fighters turned around, the pilot was transfixed by the glowing mass of explosions.

Just five seconds after the bomb began its fall, it exploded directly above the capital of Galatia. The amount of energy it produced was roughly equal to 2% of the sun's output. The crew of the bomber were atomised, instantly.

OOC: It's kinda hard for him to launch nukes when I have hackers rerouting his systems under Granatian Control. As of now he has partial control, but it will take alot longer for him to launch a single nuke, let alone hundreds.

From orbit the Clandonian Space Commander watched as the missiles streaked over the world, not seen for a while as ICBM's were sent towards Galation. The massive Clandonian orbital weaponry, including nuclear missiles and kinetic bombardment weapons could be seen with their blinking status lights, on elevated alert.

Tatenda walked back into the room several hours later.

"Emperor. The terror alert system has been updated. The anti-missile defense systems are prepared, and I've just recieved word that Galation just got pounded with several thousand missiles. They also launched a counter-attack towards Skgorria, but I haven't recieved word on how that went yet."

"As expected." The Emperor said. "Sound the alarm, get every citizen within strike-range into underground shelter and get the Commander in here immediately."

"Good. Dismissed."

The Commander walked in moments later.

"Commander, listen to me carefully: I will give you the order in a matter of hours, and once I do I want those goddamn missiles speeding towards Galation as soon as humanly possible. Understood?"

You're spending around 6 Billion a year in the defense department. Covering all the holes is impossible and there is no such thing as a totally safe system. If a hacker wants to enough he could get into the Nation Archives, Area 51, ect, ect. To say the least that he would be found, but he could get into them.

Just a note. I haven't launched yet so if you even think of comming near my nation, my coastal defences will obliterate your navy. I also have a massive group of Guided Missile Cruisers that could launch tons of supersonic cruise missiles into your naval ships, causing them major damage.

"That's it? Two missiles?" laughed the Rocket Force Colonel. "Fire an ABM up in their path and detonate it when they come near. See if our Migs can try and shoot it down."

The returning Migs of the air armada attempted to shoot down the missiles, but with little effective weaponry they were unable to do so. As the Galation missiles swarmed to Skgorria, the Rocket Forces launched an A-135 missile in front of each of the Galatian missiles as they crossed the sea. The resulting nuclear detonation of the A-135s vapourised the Galatian missiles. Some fallout would upon the small nation of Grossetape that was between Skgorria and the sea, but that was no cost.

"What next gentlemen?" asked the Fuhrer as his military officials considered their options...

"Drokk!" roared Steve, "They hit Grossetape!"

The order had come for 3 fleets of 50 planes were dispatched one each to Maraque, Atopiana, and Skgorria. One nuke each, and hundreds of other missiles. The planes drew near their enemie's borders, and as they looked down, ground forces had surrounded a school.

You can't suddenly appear in another persons nation. They have to be able to RP assaulting your aircraft and naval vessels as you are approaching their nation. What you did is a blatant godmod and most people will probably ignore it.

Sirens were heard in Congo. A nuke hit it, the nuke destined for the Galish capitol. It destroyed 96% of the population. The others would soon be dead. When the Centura heard it, he had mixed feelings. "Well, look at the radioactive hunk of carbon everyone loves so much! The rock that the bastards had their people killed for." At least most of their capitol cities would soon be destroyed. Then he decided the fighting must end. He sent a treaty.

It was time. They checked the last calculations and started to type in the last code. As they hit enter a large red light turned on and an alarm sounded around the bunker. A 1024bit encrypted signal was then sent via secure transmission to the satelite in orbit around the planet. The men in the room watched the small monitors on the wall to see the fire on the missiles flare up.

Fire shot out the front of the missile tubes as the missiles slowly exited their respective tubes. They shot towards the atmosphere with their targets picked out. Several military bases belonging to the Nation of Galation were to be obliterated out of existance. It would also be hard to pick up these missiles as they would be falling form the sky at approximatly Mach 8 from the velocity of the rocket and the gravity of the earth pulling them downwards. Five missiles were sent to each of the three target.

As the missiles entered the atmosphere their engines cut out to slow down the major acceleration and when they passed the thickest part of the atmosphere their engines kicked on again for another minute before the fuel was fully expelled. They barreled down directly over the military bases. All the people at the bases heard was a loud screaching before they reached the altitude and exploded with their 5 kiloton warheads

The Emperor walked up to General Kloshky, the head of the Icovirian Nuclear Program.

He raised his hands to his ear and said "Allahu Akbar", as if performing the Takbir part of a Muslim prayer. This was the salute of Icovir.

General Kloshky returned the salute, and quickly told the Emperor the situation.

"Well, we must waste no time taking advantage of this opportunity, hm?

Not only can we gain a piece of land, but we will also be doing Allah's will by liberated the Galations from the menace that is their government.

Here is the plan: Send 5 suicide bombers with nuclear missiles while at the same time using our new technology to launch 10 nuclear missiles at the same time.

The 5 suicide bombers will have Hydrogen Bombs. They are suicide bombers because once they drop their load, there will be no hope of them surviving.

Aim the hydrogen bombs at military bases, and aim the nuclear missiles at major cities, INCLUDING the government buildings. Understand?".

"Sir.".

"Insha'Allah we will win this battle.".

The hydrogen bombs were loaded onto the suicide bomber planes. Meanwhile, the "B-52" Class nuclear missiles (OOC: the equivalent of a modern, common warhead dropped from U.S bombers) were loaded to the Missile Launch stations.

The plan was launched immediatly. The suicide bombers flew off towards their target, and the "B-52" Class nuclear missiles launched.

All had a common objective: to nuke Galation into oblivion and rid the world of the menace that is their government.

OOC: Remember: The suicide bombers were aiming for military bases. There were 5 of them armed with 1 hydrogen bomb each.

The missile launch stations launched modern, common nuclear warheads (as those dropped from U.S bombers commonly) towards major Galation cities. 10 of those were fired.

The Centura sighed. It was time for peace, Shazbotdom's missiles blew up midair, except 2, detorying their targets. Icovir's planes were shot down, except one, which deployed its bomb.

Term 1: Nations involved will stop exchanging nukes and other types of missiles.

Term 2: Nations that caused damage in any form to another, excluding casualties and loss of men/civilians, must re-endorse the other nation for losses they caused and vice-versa.

Term 3: All fleets on both sides will return to national waters.


Term 5: All bombings and invasions will stop.

Once you sign, the war is over.

GALATION, GODMODDER. I launched 15 milssiles. All of them blazing along at almost hypersonic speed. There is no fucking way that you could have destroyed them. Also, even if you shot the fuselage of the missiles, the warhead would have still detonated sending radioactive dust all along your fucking country. RP that or I Will launch more than 10 fold the amount of missiles at you.

A sole Atopian plane dropped a solitary Atopian NBC trooper onto the glowing wasteland that was Galation. He planted a black flag into the soil, and declared:
