OOC: Copy and paste from my last post in the Emperor Nero thread:

IC: The Emperor sent out 100 submarines to plant mines and try to sink some of the Galationian ships. Meanwhile, the surface fleet was taking heavy damage.

10 bombers launched from the carrier and attempted to bomb some Galationian ships.

The Emperor had also heard news of Galationian troops entering Icovir. He dispatched 20 bombers, 20 air force fighters, and 2,000,000 men to try and handle this.

The Emperor, finally, had ordered another nuclear bomb strike. It was destined to hit the Galationian capital once again.

This bomb, however, would not have been dropped by plane. The Emperor would make a risky move and use current technology to launch it from Icovir.

Skgorrian Strategic Rocket Forces Command

The orders had come through, a full strike was to be prepared against Galation. All over Skgorria, alarms went off as hundreds of ICBMs were prepared and targeted.

But this was not be just a strike with ICBMs, thousands of strategic bombers were being outfitted with their weapons. Strike craft ranging from the venerable Tu-22 Backfire to the Tu-160 Blackjack and the B1 Lancer taxied out into their runways and prepared to take off.

This would be the first time the Skgorrian Strategic Rocket Forces had fired their weapons in anger

THe following message was sent to Galation:

Prepare for extermination

Missiles from the anti-nuke system that took years to build rained down on the nuke, over international waters. Troops from the invasion were furious, and marched within 10 miles of the Ivoririan capital. "We'll teach these animals not to mess with Galation and her allies." Said the Galish Centura. He launched another 40,00 troops into the invasion of Icovir. He relized his borders were open, and put two fleets to protect Galation in the water. He launched another 2 nukes stright for Icovir.

1 nuclear weapon fired from Galation was shot down by the Nuclear Defense System of Icovir.

The other, however, reached the State of Sudan's border, killing 1,000 citizens.

The 2,000,000 troops clashed with the Galationian troops and began fighting. Meanwhile, the bombers accompanying the troops began dropping their bombs on the Galationian troops.

Another hydrogen bomb was attached to a plane. It was to be dropped on the Galationian fleet to silence their naval attacks. The plane took off immediatly, and within minutes was over the Galationian fleet.

He then opened the hatch and the bomb dropped, parachute open...

The Emperor ordered that numerous launch stations be opened.

Icovir possessed 70 hydrogen bombs, and it was time to show it.

6 hydrogen bombs launched all at once towards Galationian soil. All targeted the major cities. It would be impossible for at least one of those hydrogen bombs NOT to hit their target...

The Congo Isles Allies sent another 3,000,000 troops to Icovir. They now out numbered the other troops. The hydrogen bombs was intercepted, but most blew up mid-air, radiating the target area. 1 hit it's target. 1,000,000 were dead. Galation, absolutely furious, launched a second nucloplasmic bomb right for Icovir's Emporer's palace. The occupational troops marched into the capitol of Icovir, and began destoying the city. It was only a matter of time before they captured the Emporer, and he was executed.

This was when the Emperor remembered his own father using Icovir's nuclear weapons against his own people.

He then remembered the 3,000 Icovirian citizens dying because he himself wasn't aggressive enough.

And he hated Galation more for this.

He allowed his anger to take over him. He activated 5 more launch stations and launched 5 more hydrogen bombs towards Galation.

This was the price of Nuclear Warfare.

Meanwhile, he began Icovir's Chemical Weapons program.

OOC: You can't destroy the city just yet; the capital is where all my troops are when they're not activated/defending.

IC: The 2,000,000 troops were dead. But, the Emperor activated the other 15,000,000 troops he had been holding back. It was now Total War.

The Nuclear Defense System was especially heavy near the Emperor's Palace (OOC: of course). IC: The nuclear weapon was destroyed 40 miles from the Emperor's Palace. That would definatly cause fallout issues on Beiraq and Achmara, which would be an act of war against them.

The troops intercepted the Galations, and the war began again. Air Force Fighters now got close enough to the ground to shoot and kill Galation troops.

Another Hydrogen Bomb was delivered by air to Galation...

The allies release another 8 million troops. An assasin is outside the palace. He slips in through an air vent, dreeed as a guard. He sneaks his way through the air vents to the emprorer's room, where he sat nervously in his chair, watching the battle rage outside. The guards were outside the door. The Hydrogen bomb blew up over Coronadia, which would make them even angrier. Another Nucloplasmic bomb is sent to a major Icovirian city. But this time, with state of the art technology Anti-Interception missiles which make it harder to shoot down,

OOC :Augh, now. Common. Major godmod by sending 20 million troops. I have more money than you and I can only afford 31 million, while you have 26,000,000 troops already here. You can't afford that many troops unless you send them without weapons.

Also, it's not easy to get into the Emperor's palace. Only if you were a member of the Imperial Guard.

Also, this is MT, so that state of the art tech won't work.

*COUGHHACKWHEEZE* GODMOD!

Dude, seriously, you got troops into his city without him saying so, not only did they walk like 200 miles in one day, but you passed all the military bases, cities, etc.
AND
Entered his palace just like that, no security, no guards, no nothing.
AND
You cant afford that kind of military!

"This fighting is going nowhere..." muttered the Centura. He and his colleagues have come up with the following treaty, which they named "The Treaty of the Emporer":

Term 1: Nations involved will stop exchanging nukes and other types of missiles.

Term 2: Nations that caused damage in any form to another, excluding casualties and loss of men/civilians, must re-endorse the other nation for losses they caused and vice-versa.

Term 3: All fleets on both sides will return to national waters.

Term 4: Galation and it's allies will pull out troops as long as they're re-endorsed.

Term 5: All bombings and invasions will stop.

Term 6: All assasination attempts will stop.

Once a nation signs, the war is over for that country. If no one else signs this treaty, it's invalidated. Let's end the fighting!

Signed,
Constantine Lorem
Centura of Galation.

OOC:

Good point. Now, I may be new to the whole RPing thing as well, but if I recall, 2% of your population should be the average army size, up to an absolute maximum of 5% (full draft) in war time, with approximately 2/3 to 3/4 going to logistics. All this considered, my army, in a country of nearly 4 billion, is rather small compared to what it was before I reviewed the guidelines.

I suggest you do the same.

OOC:
Galation, they are right. Your population is 12 million, you can't possibly have 8 million troops, that is a blatant godmod. In a time of total war, you use 5% of your nations population for the amount of military you can have. 5% of 12 milllion is roughly 600,000. That is your total military numbers. Any more would be godmodding and will be ignored by most of the Sane NS Community. Rework your numbers and then go back to war.

OOC:
Galation, I looked at your regions RMB. There are 7 nations total. You just told them about this war 2 hours ago and I haven't seen ANY of them replied to your post in the Regional Message Board nor in this thread. If i go and tell them that you are counting their populations for your military or just up and taking their military without them saying so, i'm sure that their founder will make sure that you can't get into their region ever again. Kapeesh?

Icovir likes these terms of agreement (especially 6, lol) and will sign.

As per contract, we will pay for now $100 billion to pay for your cities. Next month (IC), another $100 billion will go into the payment for your cities and military bases destroyed.

Although, we have launched a nuclear missile using technology (I didn't deliver it by airplane), so I'm not sure how you're gonna get rid of that.

BUT! Icovir will NOT sign nor will we stop that nuclear bomb headed towards your cities unless you grant us $1 billion for our government, and not for our cities.

Most of those nations recent government activity was 10 hours ago. Which means the last time they logged in was 10 hours ago. They could NOT have telegramed you if they were not logged in. Now I have sent telegrams asking them if they authorised the use of their troops in your battle, now we wait for a reply.

SECRET IC:
SCENE: Unknown Bunker
The general looked displeased. He turned around and walked over to the communications station and pushed a button that opened communications down to the main control room. "Commander, Prepare NSat 2." He then walked over to his desk and sat down, pleased with himself. The best thing about NSat 2 is that it was unmarked, so any missiles that were launched from it could not be tracked back to the Dark Empire.

In the control room buttons were pushed and four small flaps were shown to have opened up on NSat 2. They held modified missiles with nuclear warheads of 5 kiltoton yeilds. It was not enough to destroy a country, but big enough to destroy a small town. Targeting coordinates were put in place and the area that was targeted was a military base within the boarders of the Nation of Galation. He waited for the final go ahead as he inserted the key into the lock that would open up the chamber to the launch button

SCENE: Imperial Palace
George looked at the latest intel and waited paitently as he kept an eye on what was going on between the Nation of Galation and the Nation of Icovir. waiting for the right time to just nuke a military base in Galation...

Thinking the majority of the war was over, the destruction of their base was a total surprise. They knew Ivocir didn't do it- the only other culprit was the Dark Empire. "Do these pigs not know how a treaty works!" screamed Constantine into the halls of the palace. He ordered a ambassador to the Dark Nation. He wanted peace, and didn't want to start things up with Icovir again. If they failed to comply with the treaty, the Galish would strike back two fold.

Didn't launch the missiles Dude. That was just me preparing for the launch if i felt like it. And the missiles are unmarked and the satelite is unmarked so when i do fire them, you don't know where the hell they came from. You don't say what my stuff does if i didn't do it yet. Thats godmodding.
