Icovir is beginning to get worried about the number of nations going nuclear.

But, we are prepared. We would liek to warn you that if you try a nuclear attack on our nation, we will gladly return the favor. The same is true with any country.

Greetings to the illustrious nation of Galation! Our High Chancellor wishes you the best in your endeavours to protect your people and hopes that your ventures are fruitful.


In order to show our intent to form friendly relations with your government, The High Chancellor would like to invite a delegation from Galation to London in order for our fledgling relations to be seen by the world.

Icovir is hereby officially starting a lifetime embargo with Galation. The reason is that the nation used it's nuclear weapons against an innocent nation.

War has already been declared.

Pan-Arab Barronia is greatly concerned by this action by Galation.

We are requesting full details of this, either from Galation, Icovir, or otherwise, and are temporarily reviewing our offer of a trade agreement.

Galation has launched a nuclear weapon at Icovir that thankfully didn't hit a major city. The nuclear attack led to the loss of a forest, the death of 2,000 citizens, and the land becoming unhabitable for th next 5 years.

Another nuclear attack has been launched against our city by Galation, also. This has confirmed nuclear warfare.

Not only will there be an embargo, but there will also be constant nuclear bombings on Galation to pay for the Icovirian lives lost from the fallout or directly from the blast.

I addition, I am starting massive bombing raids on Galation in the same IC thread where he attack Icovir, my ally.

We are greatly concerned by the course of action taken by all parties involved.

I am thus inviting a delegation from all parties involved to Parliament Centre, Misenae, in order to resolve the situation.

I encourage my counterparts in Icovir and Galation to cease attacks, however, am concerned that this will fall on deaf ears.

As a final note, we are imploring you both not to make aggressive movements towards Pan-Arab Barronia. Our navy is the greatest in it's region, we have one of the largest armies available in the region, and we are not afraid to retaliate Nuclear Arms with Nuclear Arms. Remember, Pan-Arab Barronia is not a UN nation, and as such is not limited to non-usage of chemical and biological weapons by UN Resolutions.

Again, we are persevering to acheive a peaceful outcome before a Nuclear Winter is unleashed, and request that Delegations from the participating nations travel to PAB in order to solve this disagreement.

Even though I lack any nuclear deterant, I'm still widely considered a threat, and sometimes even feared by Nuke weilding nations.

Mostly because by not focusing on nuclear weapons, I spent my money on other, more legally and socially accepted weapons of war.

I think I'll need to issue kevlar to my troops or something, losses are mounting for some reason...
