It all started when the Emperor recieved the message from the government of Emperor Nero. It mentioned the Emperor as a "girly-man" who would like to have a dress made for him.

The Emperor isn't a person who takes kindly to such jokes. But, this drew his attention to the nation of Emperor Nero and their territories.

Why not use this as an opportunity to conquer some land?

The Emperor sent a message to Emperor Nero:

It has come to our attention that you have insulted the mighty Emperor of Icovir.
It has also come to our attention that you have valuable territories that the Emperor has set his sights on.

We have been looking for pawns to 'test' our military might on ever since the Beiraqi-Icovirian war.

Therefore, war has been declared against your pathetic nation.

It may sound as a stupid reason, but it was a chance to conquer land and flex the muscles of Icovir.

The Emperor stepped up to the podium to cheers of the crowd:

"Under my command, we have sent out a fleet of ships to Emperor Nero. We have set our eyes on the maltreatment of their people. And we have a statement to make to the people of Emperor Nero:

Today is your liberation day.".

Emperor Nero, you are going to get owned. OWNED.

The Admiral looked over the reports on his screen. War, Peace, War, Peace, Trade, Collapse, War. They were all pointless. Nothing involved the Hills. A nation caught his eyes. Icovir. They had declared war on Emperor Nero. "Time to repay an old debt," He muttered to himself.

He quickly dispatched a letter to the Emperor of Icovir:

Dear Emperor,

In the past you have helped us in times of need. TO repay this debt the first fleet is being sent in order to help you defeat the scum that is Emperor Nero. The First Army has been sent as well.

He quickly withdrew his cellular phone, pressed the number 3 on it, and hit send. Not even half a ring had passed and a man answered. "Have the Minute Men set sail for Emperor Nero," The Admiral demanded just before he hung up.

He called another person, this time pressing 1 one the secure phone. Again the call was answered before the first ring was finished. "Matthew, have your men ready. The Minute Men are about to leave." The Admiral hung up.

Five flights down Matthew Crowley, son of the Admiral pressed a small button on his PDA. An alarm two floors down went off and within seconds a group of twelve men were ready. The quickly got down to the harbor and boarded the CNV Dagda, the flagship of the First Fleet.

200 bombers of the 1,000 aircraft took off from the carriers early to bomb military bases in Emperor Nero.

Meanwhile, the fleet was 1,000 miles away from Emperor Nero. If they had a navy, then there will be a naval battle pretty soon.

The aircraft flew over Neroian (?) skies. An alarm sounded, and anti-aircraft guns roared to life before a bomb was dropped.

10 bombers were shot down, and the other bombers began dropping their bombs. One bomber, was he was out of bombs, flew straight into a military base.

This was a suicide mission, but it was guaranteed that at least one military base would be destroyed by the end of this attack...

I'm getting tired of repeating this over and over.

I have a large population and a strong economy. Plus, I have initiated the draft (ICly). That alone will help me get 2% of my population.

Then, I have production rights to tanks, in which I can train my men in (and in that only). That'll give me 2.3% of my population.

2.3% of my current population (782 million) is 21,896,000. That gives me 21,896,000 total troops. That means combining Navy, Army, and Air Force (but not including medical crew).

Then, you have my war with Beiraq. I got tons of aid from allies. I acquired weapons (over 3 million) and money (over $1 trillion).

That'll give me 3.8% of my population I can train for war. 3.8 of my population (current) is 29,716,000.

Add it, also, to the fact that when at war, a nations' total soldier count is 5% if the nation has an all volunteer military. 5% is not godmodding, and I have less than 5% yet I have a compulsory military service.

I also recieved $10 from the short war with Nal Nal Umpalumpa. Also, Drexel Hillsville gave me $1 trillion for help in that war.

That, PLUS the soldiers lended to me from the war with Beiraq would give me over 31 million. But, I reduced it to 31 million.

Think twice before accusing me of godmodding. This is the third time I've mentioned this, and you still haven't posted damage/troop numbers.

Well, you have 31 million troops in the military. But only 1/3rd or so of them can actually be fighting, the rest are all logistics.

Quite frankly, war isn't fair. He agreed to it, seeing how I have a population of 776 million (my population when he agreed to it) and he only has 8 million.

They were fighting me at the same time and had a larger population, troop numbers, and a stronger economy (for logistics) than I had (I had a "Basket Case" economy, a population of 670 million, and a defense budget of only 9% of my total GDP).

His majesty and Prime Minister of Galation, Constantine Loram, after hearing the news, quickly dispatches a naval fleet to defend Emperor Nero and intercept attacking fleets. While it only is sending 75,000 troops, as Galation has a small army, Galation goes beyond this. It launches a nuclear weapon headed for Ezaltian soil. He takes out his phine and dials the number of the allies in the Congo Islands. They also dispatch fleets in Nero's defence.

The Hillain fleet sailed on. Soon the outer most ships reported sightings of other navel vessels at 2 o'clock. "The Icovirian Fleet," First Admiral Tavis Val Verde muttered to him self. "Battle Stations!" Val Verde yelled, "The Neroian(sp?) forces will probably be on us soon."

An alarm sounded all through the fleet. Anti Air guns were manned and cannons were brought to life. The Hillian forces were ready.

Reports of the attack reached the hills quickly. News of this sort was not taken lightly. ICBRs were readied, ICBMS were armed. Aegis Cruisers were dispatched on patrol around the Hills in hopes of taking down a nuclear threat. Alarms sounded through out the Hills, ones that had not gone off since a strange invasion long ago. The Hillian people were ushered into large sub-terrianian bunkers all through out the nation.

For a ship capable of carrying 1,500 soldiers such as the Wasp-class, about a thousand crew. San Antonio-class LPD carries about 700 men with a crew of 400.

The LPD-4 Austin transport for example has a crew of 1435.

"Let's show the weaklings how it's done!" said Commodore Williams, and his fleet reigned fire on Nero's enemies, succesfully sinking one of their battleships. The fleet moves on. "Now let's teach these Icovirians a lesson they won't soon forget." says the prime minister back in his Galish place. He orders a nuke (nuclear bomb) to be launched straight for Icovir's capital. The nuke is launched. He sends a telegram warning if they counter-strike, the Galish arsenal is full of nukes, and weapons of mass destruction. Galation's anti-nuke system of missiles is prepared to be fired.

IC: The ISS Maria was sunk, immediatly killing 1,500 men.

This made the troops angry, and they began striking back.

Anti aircraft guns roared to life, preparing for an attack from the air.

Another ship was sunk, the ISS Diana. The ship named in honor of Empress Diana on her birthday was sunk.

This encouraged the troop to annihilate the Galations.

Reluctantly Galation calls for a draft of all able bodied men and women age 19-26 to join the armed forces. Galation sends an additional 2 battleships, 4 aircraft carriers, and 20 nuclear subs. The Galish launch a third nuke headed for Icovir.

Hmm... ok then. I'll make them larger and have less of them, much less.

"Naval Combat! One and Two O'Clock!" A young seaman yelled in the control room of the CVN Dagda.

"Shite," Val Verde swore under his breath, "Send up the bombers!"

One Thousand aircraft went up into the sky. Three hundred of them were NP-5 Black Eagles. Another three hundred were known only as Seagulls. Three hundred more were A-7 Wraiths. The last hundred were B-54 Night Falcons. They split up into groups of four, heading past the Icovorians towards the opposing fleet. All thousand of them quickly engaged their Archangel stealth system.

Back home the Nuclear missles were ready to be launched. Their targets had been set, cities all over Galation would be blown off the map. All the Admiral had to do was push a single button.

Hearing of the nuke, the Emperor was scared for the first time in his life on the throne.

Icovir was entering nuclear warfare.

He sent missiles to intercept the nuclear weapon and to do anything to stop it from hitting Icovir. It was time to use the nuclear defense system. He only hoped it could suceed.

He sent a distress signal to Drexel Hillsville:

A nuclear weapon has been launched towards Icovir by Galation. We are preparing to launch a nuclear weapon back. Please respond immediatly.

The Emperor

Meanwhile, he called for the hydrogen bombs donated by the Scandinvans. It was time to use them.

One was loaded onto a plane, and the plane readied for takeoff.

The plane took off into the air towards Galation.

Another was loaded onto a plane, headed for the Galation fleet. The Emperor woudl soon tell the Icovirian ships to retreat.

The Hills received the messages from Icovir.

"Shite," The Supreme Admiral muttered. "Send up the B-54s! We're taking this son of a bitch down tonight!"

Two thousand B-54 Night Falcons engaged stealth before they even fired up their engines. From one hundred air bases through out the Hills they took off. Flying at Supersonic Speeds under the cloak of stealth they would be nearly impossible to spot, let alone shoot.

The Hillian Planes from the first fleet fell back as the fleet fell back to Hillain waters.

"Desperate times call for desperate measeures..."

But, the first line in my message and the first line in your post say the same thing.

IC: The nuclear defense system failed to destroy the nuclear weapon. But, fortunatly, the nuclear weapon didn't reach a major populated area and only killed 2,000 citizens out of a 5,000,000 death toll if it had hit a major city. Next time, Icovir may not be as lucky.

The fleets were seen off the coast of Icovir. The Emperor immediatly dispatched the smallest fleet in Icovir, consisting of 10 warships and warships only.

The Galish Centura called an emergency press conferece. "We will never surrender against a weaker opponent!" he and the rest of the Congo Isles Alliance agreed over the phone. As he spoke, a nuke that hit the economic capitol of Galation, Marana, rumbled the palace. It killed 50,000 citizens. The furious allies dispatched a total of three different fleets, Ariel, Cocan, and Mariana, all comprising of 4 battleships, two aircraft carrieers, 8 nucleur subd, and an average of 20,00 additional troops. The occupational army marches 20 more miles into Icovir. They are within 70 miles of it's capitol.

The Emperor sent out 100 submarines to plant mines and try to sink some of the Galationian ships. Meanwhile, the surface fleet was taking heavy damage.

The Emperor had also heard news of Galationian troops entering Icovir. He dispatched 20 bombers, 20 air force fighters, and 2,000,000 men to try and handle this.

The Emperor, finally, had ordered another nuclear bomb strike. It was destined to hit the Galationian capital once again.

This bomb, however, would not have been dropped by plane. The Emperor would make a risky move and use current technology to launch it from Icovir.

The Admiral had had it with the Galation. He ordered the most severe weapon in the Hillian arsenal to be fired. Engineers qucikly got it operation. The I.G.N.O.R.E. Cannon Fired a beam of light so deadly straight into the heart of Galation.

News of the deteriorating situation abroad was spilling into The British State along with repeated requests from Galation for support. Protesters were making their way to Downing street demanding that the government intervene.

High Chancellor '' Commander O'malley, The situation is getting out of hand,Its becoming imposable for this government to do nothing! Dispatch the Portsmouth and Dover fleets and have them meet up with the Galation armada. Place them under strict orders that they are there to defend Galation ships and are only to use their strength when Galation ships or our own fleet is under attack...They are not to engage in unprovoked assaults themselves!

Foreign Minister '' Sir, I must protest. To provide 2 fleets to the Galation side,But only have them there to defend them if they are attacked may not be well received by their government.
