Umvitz looking to reopen diplomatic relations.
As a concequence of her recent war against Shazbotdom, Umvitz had to close diplomatic relations to rebuild her economy and her political structure.
It took years, many long years, but her economy is alive and kicking. Umvitz restructured herself with a new government, consisting of a parliament, a council, and a diplomatic leader.
So now, she announces the reopening of the embassy distrct, previously bombed out by communist rebels.
And with the opening of the embassies, she hopes to reopen her ports to trade, immigration, and alliances from other countries.
OOC: I am currently looking to join or establish a Union, perhaps an alliance between several nations. Post here for your response.

Chapter 16 Section 4:
All markets located in and within the juresdiction of the parliament of the natzar union shall and must Participate in this agreement, of the Bolarum.
Any nations refusing to do so will be banned. All nations have the right to stand trial, fairly and quickly, before the parliament or the council of hearings. All nations who do so will plead a case of why they have chosen to disobey the law of our region(s).
After such a hearing, the commitee which heard the nations plea will either ban them or allow them to stay, depending on their jugdements.
Any nations allowed to stay have the freedom and right to isolate their markets and currencies, and do not have to exercise this agreement.
Nations choosing to exercise this agreement will follow the regulations below, and will accept the effects of a region wide currency.
1) All regions will share their markets. All values within the markets will be shared and combined, creating a single region wide market.
2) All regions must change it's currency to the Bolarum to accept it's effects. The parliament holds the right to refuse effects of this currency to any nation. Nations are not allowed to emulate this currency in any way, for it will be treated as counterfeit and will be met with political and/or militant repurcussions.
3) The value of the currency will go up depending on how many nations ratify the agreement. For example:
2 nations = Bolarum is twice the value of USD
4 nations = 4x USD
And so on.
A NATION MUST EXIST WITHIN OUR REGION IN ORDER TO REAP THE BENEFITS OF OUR CURRENCY! Nations breaking this rule will be treated as counterfeiters and will be met with political/militant FORCE.
