As the question as arisen upon my recent viewing of the thread, I will semi-elaborate: ancient power is floating in stealthily to a system inhabited by $_nation of people, and this is the setting for my first contact scenario between myself and various nations.

It looks really good. Just wondering do we have to be Earthlings or can we be another race? Also are the aliens bad or good?

From the perspective of those whom they are visiting, the aliens are extremely bad, but int he broadest sense determining such is not possible.

And it matters not whether these aliens be human, alien, or what. Whoever has a spare planet or two, and feels like the planet in this RP should be theirs, then they should have at it. How everyone else gets involved who chose to, is up to them.

I don't -have- to waste it; I mean that is what I am going to try and do ICly, but I'm flexible and open. But yeah, basically :p

If you want to do it, go ahead. If you're in the MWG, you're better placed. If I remember (need to prod Huntaer about this) I'm on the far side of the Galactic Supercluster that the MWG resides in, so I'm a bit out of the way.
