*Beep* You've reached the Office of Dr. Ahmed Al Sahib, I'm out on hiatus for a few months so if its important you'll have to catch me on my cell, otherwise leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I'm in the office, thanks!
There, all finished now. Ahmed picked up his bags and walked out of the office for the last time for the year. His two body guards followed faithfully, opening doors for the professor and escorting him to his car where one stepped into the drivers seat and the other into the rear seat while Ahmed put his bags into the trunk and climbed into the passenger's seat for the trip to the airport.
You wouldn't know it to look at the portly professor, but he had been the brains behind Mondoth's rise to nuclear power decades ago. He had studied nuclear physics and engineering at Oxford, Berkley, Caltech and MIT and prided himself on the fact that none of his bombs had ever fizzled in tests, not even the notoriously difficult compression types. Now Ahmed Al Sahib designed nuclear warheads tipped the dozen or so Mondothian nuclear missiles, it was a small number, but a potent one and Ahmed was satisfied at having provided so well for the defense of his homeland.

"What is this? Who are you? What do you want?" Ahmed was scared, surrounded by about half a dozen men in black jumpsuit and ski masks with guns while his bodyguards lay crumpled and bleeding against the wall.
"Dr. Sahib" said one of the masked men, "We want you to build us some bombs" and then he felt a sting in his back and a great blackness swallowed his consciousness.

"And so the rocket splashed down into the sea, a complete failure and with it, the plans for a Draco Conglomerate Single Stage to Orbit Rocket, slowly sinking.
And now back to the Studio.
"Thanks Bob, Concern is growing over the recently discovered disappearance of Dr. Ahmed Al Sahib, considered the foremost Mondothian expert on Nuclear Physics and is purported to have designed the Mondothian nuclear arsenal himself. Dr. Al Sahib failed to return to from vacation yesterday and it was revealed that his bodyguards weekly check-ins had been recorded and played back to conceal the disappearance. Analysis shows that the Dr. has been missing for at least a month and maybe longer. The only suspects, the Naveiran Separatist movement has denied involvement in the abduction saying that the group still maintains nuclear devices from the crisis several years ago and would not need the services of a nuclear weapons expert. Authorities are still looking for leads but believe that whoever abducted Dr. Al Sahib may have left the country and are planning on using his talents to design nuclear weapons for a foreign nation. The Mondothian Government asks any individual, nation or organization with information on the doctors where-abouts or his captures to please step forward and aid in the return of the Dr. before whoever is behind the abduction has a chance to obtain nuclear capabilities.
In other news, the Draco Conglomerate has announced that recent surveys using advanced techniques have discovered offshore oil deposits in a sight formerly used as a fake oilfield by the Mondothian Government to conceal an increased nuclear arsenal. The weapons have since been dismantled but now the field will go into active production as new platforms are moved in and the false platforms that would have been used to conceal the weapons are converted to actually perform the service they faked for several years...

The Draco Conglomerate Single Stage to Orbit Rocket Test Crash Site
The signal finally came and the hoist activated to pull the remains back to the surface. Publicly the test had been a failure, but only three of the dozens of scientists on the project had even known the true purpose of the test, and it hadn't been to test a single stage to orbit rocket. Pending analysis of the payload recorders flight data, these three scientists were silently congratulating themselves, the missile had splashed down within ten meters of the predicted GPS coordinates, an acceptable margin of error. Soon similarly designed missiles would be secretly installed in several of the new oil platforms being moved into the ironically located new oil fields, right next to platforms that had served a similar purpose to the Mondothian government years ago.
