There is roughly one half-mile of land around all cities that remain green and fertile, and as the cities expand, the border of green land moves with border of the city. This land is always being bought, but the prices remain relatively competitive. However, land outside of these borders is exceptionally cheaper, while still being relatively close. Additionally, as the city expands, there is the chance that the plot of land will be at the core of new developments, particularly if it offered services that those moving to the city would need. Lastly, land inside the cities is exceptionally expensive due to the need to either temporarily or permanently relocate citizens.

We currently posess two 120,000 sq. ft warehouses in a prime location near the industrial district, as well as a 3,000 sq. ft office on the edge of the central marketplace.
