"People of the world, I, Chief Ministora Piccasi, wish to extend the hand of welcome to all potential traders. We welcome free trade in our country, lead by our glorious Protector Marius.

Now, down to business. We have 6 Billion USD availiable to procure a package deal to arm our police forces. We are hoping for something along the lines of British Army equipment, since the Police force is counted s part of the Armed Services dedicated for homeland security and law and order protection. We also have 2 billion USD to pay for a small package deal on an Army, one which is equiped to fight in jungle terrain prefferably.

All interested parties should send their packge deals, including how many men it equips, to the Departmento Internal."

OOC: I'm interested in Soviet technology for Jungle based equipment. My nation is a land locked area with fairly well developed cities, but jungle rural areas. The poor/rich divide is big. Think Chinese mega cities surrounded by Vietnamese countryside. Soviet tech should serve well till my Defence budget rises.
