It was 6:00 Opatian Mean Time, and President Matthew R. Jamison was getting ready for a video conference. He had invited some fellow national leaders to talk about rising world issues. He began to start up his computer, and opened the browser. Nobody was logged in to the channel yet.

He took some folders out of his cabinet, and prepared for his opening speech.

In a different building, his Minister of Foreign Affairs prepared his video camera, and logged into the channel.

Consider this a bump

"So, ready to meet the other nations, John?" Matt asked. "Yep. How are things in Capitol City?" the foreign minister asked. "Absolutley fine, except for that incident we had at the National Football Association." he said, reffering to the bomb threat at the Capitol Football Stadium.

A few minuites later, Matt brought up a presentation, but hid it before John could see it. He silently sat awaiting the other nations.

(So how does this work exactly?)

OOC: Just like a conference, except you can use programs and Powerpoints, etc.

so I can bring my own nation into this, my own leader?

OOC: Yeah, as long as your country has internet acsess! I reccomend that you bring your leader and your foreign minister

Empress Sakura Kinimoto Arrived to give her adress. Only one of her foreign ministers was with her, as the other was tied with family affairs. Madison Yuske stood taller than the teenage Empress, which was strange for some, made some wonder, and some confused. She gave a bow to thoes incharge, and a greeting, adressing her self "I am Sakura Kinimoto."

Matt returned the bow. "I am Matthew Jamison. Excellent to meet you. I hope this conference will be benifitial for us both." he said.

After a plane flight from GTI, Prime Minister Maricruze Rodriguez arrived, to give her adress and mingle with others. "Greetings, Prime Minister Maricruze Rodriguze."

"I concure with that."

Matt was suprised at the number of nations arriving so quickly. "Greetings, Matthew Jamison. We should have a few more people coming, so we will start in 30 minuites." he said.
