The "Treaty for Fair War" (ATTN: Everyone who loves to go to war)

Emperor Victor I of Icovir

Greetings, fellow nations!

Icovir has many wars, and we want to make sure we aren't attacked by a new force in our wars. We assume the same is for ALL nations, correct?

So Icovir is proposing a treaty. Below is what the treaty is for and the requirements to sign it.

The Treaty for Fair War
The Treaty for Fair War is a very simple treaty designed for all nations in the world to sign without changing a thing in the way they run their nation.

The treaty's main purpose is:

"To sustain fair war against any nation. The naion who lays down their John Hancock on this treaty will promise to NOT send more than 30,000 troops to help the nation, nor can you send more than $1 1/2 billion in aid, nor can you send more than 100,000 weapons or supplies to the enemy of Icovir.

The same, of course, is true with Icovir.

Once a nation lays down it's John Hancock on this treaty, it is in effect immediatly.

This treaty is designed so as to create fair war. Instead of one nation attacking another and ends up having to fight 10 of it's allies, this will be a much more fair way.

Icovir has already signed this treaty, and urges all nations in the world to sign it.

The Holy Confederacy of New Aeson, Department for Dealing With Naive and Riddiculous Treaties.

War is not fair. Once you understand this, everything becomes much simpler. The Holy Confederacy of New Aeson has many allies through the Global Alliance of Sovreign Nations. In no way do we feel it would be wise to limit the amount of aid we may send them based on some riddiculous notion of 'fair play'. If small nations do not wish to fight large wars, they should not engage in war against nations that have large allies.

OOC: The treaty was designed to trick "unwise" nations, not to be wise, Aeson :D

This is simply insulting telling us what we can or cannot do. War has never been fair and it never will so as long as there is war.

'This is ridiculous. Were my allies to be attacked, there is no way I would desire to limit how many troops I could send to aid them. Were I attacked there is no way I would allow anyone to limit how many troops my allies decided to send to aid me. War is not fair. If you get in over your head, you've gotten in over your head and need to learn how not to do so.

'This treaty is ridiculous and I refuse to sign it.'
