TARDIS Homeland
The main entry of the TARDIS buzzed with activity as a group of ragged-looking dignitaries prepared to greet the Tau mercenary forces. Months of being pursued had taken it's toll on the entire group of survivors, and even the highest government officials were dirty and tired.
The entire population of the race of the Time Lords was packed on to the remaining TARDISes and fleeing the destruction that had hit their home without warning. It was both a blessing and a curse that only a small portion of the population had survived. Still, the normally quiet Gallifreyan ships were filled with shocked refugees making their displeasure known, vocally. A few rooms were being cleared, ready for the meeting with Farsight.
Bridge, Tau Flagship Onward Glory
With a grinding noise that would be oddly familiar to many, a large rusty-looking metal tube began to materialise. After a few seconds, it fully solidified and a large panel slid in to crate a doorway. A tired-looking diplomat stepped out.
"I am the head of the Gallifreyan delegation to the esteemed Tau Farsight, here to invite you to meet our government."

The Shas'Ui on the bridge stared in suprise and horror as there security was compramised by what looked like a large rusty drain pipe. Only Farsight him self was unsuprised. He had heard wispers over his 300 year life of beings who had mastered control over time and space, he smiled to him self as he pondered what to do. He could ofcourse send for some gun drones to eliminate the "guest", since his crew seemed frozen in suprise but he knew that this was no way to treat a possible client and besides, he knew that these beings had mastered a method of making things bigger on the out side than on the inside. With a final look at his crew he stood up and spoke to the time lord "Greetings, I am truly honored to be visited by a Gallifreyan, or should I say Time Lord. May I ask what brings you to my humble ship, the last I had heard you had been wiped out be a race of garbage disposales with eyes known as Darleks, however, I must have been wrong. Please, step this way and I will summon some members of the Fio caste to meet with your goverment officials, and I will also accompany you."
With in minutes an group of seven Fio caste and Farsight himself(guarded by a sheild drone and two heavy drones) had entered the TARDIS to meet the Gallifrey goverment

After an uncomfortable silence after the joke about the Daleks, the Gallifreyan spoke up whilst guiding Farsight along the corridors of the TARDIS.
"We wish to negotiate a contract with you. We weren't wiped out, rather... Utterly defeated. We're all that's left. A handful of ships and a few hundred people. What ships we have wouldn't be adequate if our enemies came to finish us off. We would very much like to... Well, I'll let our Lord President explain."
The group had reached the conference room. It was (much like the rest of the TARDIS) somewhat bare, just a table and a few chairs, one of which was already occupied by a Gallifreyan. He spoke to Farsight.
"Greetings, Shas'O Vior'la Shovah Kaius Mont'yr. I am the Lord president of the few remnants of the Time Lords. Please, sit down."

Farsight blinked several times before replying "I see you have found my full name, I am honored as this shows that you have done your research, therefore I will get straight to the point. You obviosly require an army for hire until you are capable of deploying your own. We on the other hand require a client with your, how should I say it, knowlage to be able to continue with our work. If you were to supply us with access to your technolgy, low end ofcourse, we would beable to defend you against an threat you deem neccessary, as I doubt even our Rail rifles could harm a Darlek and from the sratches of reports I've collected I think they are beginning to follow there prime directive in the south spiral arm, were your home world us to be if I'm correct. So, do we have a deal?"

"Well, you certainly do get to the point quickly, Farsight. If we can have permanent oversight of your use of our technology, and power of veto over offensive use of it, we would be happy to provide upgrades. We could upgrade your sublight engines without permanently watching them, of course. That wouldn't be practical."
The Lord President rested his hands on the blank metal table, and stared at the cieling for a few seconds, studying the various scuffs and scratches.

"Good, then we have an agreement, I'll leave the Fio caste to sort out the full contract. I'm more intrested in having a look around this...."interesting" craft of yours. I have heard rumors that these have an unlimited space inside and I would be intrested to see if they are true" Said Farsight, getting up from his seat.

At the edge of Onward Glory's sensor range and closing
"This is the Earth merchant vessel, Rogue Trader, calling the vessel ahead." began a signal broadcast over the standard emergency distress channels. "Our reactor core's internal shielding has begun to crack. Unless we can repair it, we have less than seventy two hours before it blows. We urgently require your assistance! Please respond!"
Rogue Trader's captain was serious enough. He wasn't sure how the reactor core had begun to crack, but it had, and unless it was repaired, or his crew was evacuated, he and his crew of twenty seven were doomed. It was the first of a series of mysterious events ever since a small meteor impact had caused a decompression of his port cargo bay, killing the two crewmen working there and rendering almost all of the deck inaccessible to the crew. That was bad enough, but Rogue Trader was a tough old ship, and its modular design meant that while that whole section may have been as good as lost until its next overhaul, the problems caused by the meteor hit should've been confined to that deck. And maybe, the captain conceded, the technical problems had been confined to that deck - but there was more than that.
Captain Rieger looked to his first officer, Lieutenant Lucia Harolds, an attractive woman in her early thirties, and until the meteor hit, his closest friend and confidant on ship. The two had been so close that much of the crew simply assumed, incorrectly alas, that they were sleeping together, but since a few days after the accident she had become somewhat eratic in her moods. Sometimes she was the Lucia Rieger knew and trusted, but other times she seemed to blow up and get angry over tiny things, and other times she just seemed cold, callous, even cruel.
"I think they can detect us now, captain." Lieutenant Harolds advised from the scanner computer.
"Shall I continue to approach them, captain?" asked the ship's pilot, a young man on his first tour with the merchant star navy, Norman Pebbles.
"Yes, Mr Pebbles, very good." nodded Rieger. "Any reply, Lucia?"
"None yet, captain." answered Harolds, studying the scanner's output carefully.
Meanwhile, several decks below, in the port cargo bay, in a cloaked timeship externally no bigger than a medium-sized cargo container, the Black Dalek watched the very same scanner output. The Dalek ship was latched into Rogue Trader's systems like a parasite, and had access to all the information that the humans on the ship's bridge had. The other Daleks gathered around, sensing that their prey was now within their grasp. They looked forward with eager anticipation to the moment when the hunt would end.
"It is the alien flagship!" the Black Dalek declared.
"Inferior species Tau." one of the other Daleks noted.
"The Time Lords are desperate if they are seeking the help of these primitive creatures." the Black Dalek sneered. It so hated the Time Lords. And every other form of non-Dalek life, really. "It will not help them. They will be EXTERMINATED. The last of the Time Lords will be destroyed, and then the Daleks will take their rightful place as the Supreme Beings of the Universe!"
"The Taranium core is ready for installation." advised one of the other Daleks, somewhat cryptically.
"Then our victory is assured!" the Black Dalek concluded.

"Unknown merchant vessel, this is the Farsight enclave command ship, at this point in time we re unable to take on personal as we are negotiating a contract and a new...drive system is being installed, however we are sending several "Orca" drop ships with technitions and partical foundarys to fix your failing systems, as well as some Shas'El warriors as we have detected the presence of a serious threat to security in the area. (OOC: Just to let you know the Time Lords have been upgrading the ships systems, and some Crisis suit weapons for the job they were hired for...Exterminating the Exterminators)

On the bridge of the Rogue Trader
"Unknown vessel?" Harolds frowned. "We just identified ourselves."
"Farsight Enclave command ship, I say again, this is the Rogue Trader. We have only minimal weapon systems and we'd happily disable them if that would set your mind at ease." Rieger said patiently. "The only threat to security we could possibly pose is the threat of our reactor going critical, and we estimate that its internal shielding will hold for another three Earth days. We're not a military vessel, and I have twenty seven men and women on-board. The chances that we'll run into another ship in time in the vastness of space are tiny. If you don't assist us, we're all dead."
Rieger looked at Harolds anxiously, although she didn't return the anxious expression - instead, her face was now blank, completely impassive. She worked her scanner computer as if nothing was wrong.
Cloaked Dalek timeship
"The alien vessel has been fitted with technology which is well beyond their limited capacity." observed the Dalek monitoring the scanner's output. "Time Lord technology."
"It is to be expected." the Black Dalek replied. "Without Time Lord technology these creatures can be of no use to them. It is irrelevant. Dalek technology is superior. If Time Lord technology was enough to make this primitive species a threat to us, it would have been enough to save the Time Lords from defeat at Dalek hands in the first place. Daleks are superior. Daleks are SUPERIOR."
"The aliens confirmed the presence of a negotiating party, which must be the Time Lords. We must determine the security threat the aliens say they have detected." the Dalek at the scanner said.
"It cannot be us - Time Lord scanners cannot detect cloaked Dalek timeships except when they are in transit through space time, materialising, or dematerialising." the Black Dalek concluded logically. "It is most likely empty posturing to justify bringing reinforcements to the humans."
"We must work on a plan to gain access to the command ship in order to gain access to the Time Lords on-board if we are to follow our original strategem." said one of the other Daleks.
"It may not be possible, but it may not be necessary. Stand-by." the Black Dalek replied.

OOC: We HAVE noticed your Dalek's, since the black one has travel through the void, and our sensors have been upgraded to detect thing such as Void stuff, and I doubt sheilding can cover that.
""Rogue Trader" we did not state that you were the security threat, but our new sensors have detected an enclave enemy in the area and so we are sending the battlesuits to guard you and your crew incase of a fire fight, that is all I can divuldge at this time."
OOC:Also, I believe that the only reason that the Daleks mannaged to beat the Time Lords was due to overwelming numbers and weapons of mass destruction, not superior tech. I mean, the Daleks are simple polycarbide shells with a death ray, they probly stole a load of stuff from the Time lords, but thats just my oppinion.

OOC: However they beat the Time Lords isn't really relevant - Daleks always think their technology is superior. It seems fairly unlikely that they won through strength of numbers, however, as Daleks rarely attack in superior numbers (superior force is another thing though, so the weapons of mass destruction thing, eg Time Destructor type devices, might be a good assumption). That aside, who says the Black Dalek has travelled through the void? Their timeship materialised in Rogue Trader when the crew thinks the meteor hit, with the Daleks inside. They're no more detectable than the passengers in a TARDIS can be detected. It is not inconceivable that a Time Lord could notice a TARDIS when standing nearby it through some strange sense, but I don't ever recall seeing them detect a TARDIS with any sort of scanning device unless it was in transit, materialising, or dematerialising.
On the bridge of the Rogue Trader
"Battlesuits?" Harolds hissed quietly to Rieger. "They want to take over the ship!"
"I'm not sure we have a lot of options..." Rieger mumbled.
Cloaked Dalek timeship
"The aliens will not allow human personnel on-board their vessel." concluded one of the assistant Daleks.
"I agree." the Black Dalek concurred. It turned to the Dalek by the strange looking device into which it was fitting a brilliant white mineral. "Have you completed the installation of the Taranium core in the Time Destructor?"
"Completing installation." the Dalek replied. The core finished inserting into the exotic weapon. "Installation of Taranium core complete. Time Destructor is armed."
"We will deploy the Time Destructor outside the time ship." the Black Dalek said, its strategem revised. "Its waves will be incapable of penetrating our shielding, or the shielding of the Time Lord TARDIS on-board the alien vessel. The Time Lords will survive, but their allies, and the humans of our host vessel, and all other life in the sector will be DESTROYED. We will deprive them of their allies before they even begin to assist them."
"Once the other inferior life forms have been exterminated, the Time Lords will flee again." pointed out one of the other Daleks.
"We will follow them." the Black Dalek replied. "We will chase them through space and time. We will pursue them until the ends of the universe. We will never give up! They will not escape! We will locate them and EXTERMINATE them! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!"
"Deploying Time Destructor device!" the Dalek with the weapon announced as it moved the device into the transmat. In a few seconds it teleported out of the inside of the timeship and into the Rogue Trader's port cargo bay.
"Time Destructor device activation count down! 10! 9! 8! 7! 6!" the weapon's controller announced.
"EXTERMINATE!" the Black Dalek spat with glee, practically shaking with anticipation in its shell.
"5! 4!"
"EXTERMINATE!" echoed the other Daleks.
"3! 2! 1! Time Destructor device activated!"
On the bridge of the Rogue Trader
"Captain! Teleportation detected in the port cargo bay! It must be the other ship!" Harolds yelled in alarm as a flashing alert light appeared on her computer screen.
"What?" Rieger exclaimed. He raced over to the scanner console and confirmed it. "Dammit! Put me back on to the alien ship!"
"Back on!" the pilot announced as he began to panic.
"Farsight Enclave command ship, why have you activated a teleportation beam in our cargo..." Rieger began, stopping in horror as he watched Pebbles, a mere boy of twenty two, begin to age incredibly rapidly before his eyes. Little did the Captain know, but he was undergoing the very same process. He turned to Harolds. "Lucia!"
"John!" Harolds gasped, already looking like a frail old lady of eighty, and growing older by the second.
Suddenly Rieger's legs collapsed from underneath him and he fell to the floor. Half a second later he was dead, already decaying into dust. Harolds, Pebbles, and the rest of the crew soon followed them. The effect didn't take long to cross the barrier of space and reach the Tau ship. Only those within the TARDIS Homeland were safe from its deadly effects.
Cloaked Dalek timeship
The Black Dalek, enjoying the destruction which it had just unleashed, opened a channel to the Homeland. The TARDIS' screen was filled with the Dalek's image.
"Time Lords! We have destroyed your allies! You will find no help! No allies! Nobody will protect you from the Daleks!" the Black Dalek screamed, its voice getting ever higher, ever shriller and more hysterical. "You will be exterminated! The Daleks will destroy! The Daleks will conquer! The Daleks will take their rightful place as the SUPREME BEINGS OF THE UNIVERSE!!!"
OOC: The Time Destructor device is a weapon from the serial "The Daleks' Master Plan". People inside the TARDIS in that episode were safe, but those outside (including the Daleks!) were not, and aged extraordinarily rapidly before eventually dying.

The daleks aren't dangerous because of their 'infantry' they're dangerous because they progress technologically at around one hundred times the rate of other species, and because the only thing in their entire empire that's not devoted to research or war is a small mueseum of Dalek Culture on Skaro... They're individually much more formidable than time lords nonetheless.
