ViZion's greatest President, and considered by many who remember him as among the greatest and most respected ever in NS, was killed in an attack upon a ship he was on while at a feast.

ViZion's First Major Mobilization - On old, no-longer-existant forum
ViZion's first full mobilization, taking place back in early 2004, happened due to a few then-powerful nations planning an attack upon AMF's then-claimed Greece which he no longer possess. Being in Italy, we feared for our own nation, worried that if they'd have the guts to invade AMF right next to us, we would likely come next. We called upon ALL of our allies to do the same, and by the end of the day, there were roughly 6-8 pages worth of mobilizations and condemnings and worries. Given that much of the allied mobilization took place in the Med Sea, this scared off the nations from launching any sort of attack in the Med.

While this is not exactly a ViZionarian event, Jarridia's greatest President - Jarridia being ViZion's all-time greatest ally - had died in his sleep, and thus effected ViZion indirectly.

A ship containing two nuclear torpedo's went rogue. Finally brought down before they could attack their targetted nation, still unknown which it was.

Project 'Tiger Claw' - the code name for the Jaro-ViZo Nuclear Deterrent System (or more commonly called the JVNDS) - had a leak, and was later officially announced on VNB. There are other threads updating you on the progress and completion (Do a search for "JNVDS" with the username being "imported_ViZion" for those threads)

Angelic Freedom, the terror organization who learned from the best - Terror of the World - detonated a nuclear weapon in ViZion City, the first and only nuclear blast on ViZionarian soil.

Invasion of Egypstan - On old, no-longer-existant forum
This was launched after Egypstan began using Acigoo (or was it they were threatening? Either way, it had to do with Acigoo..), with a number of nations include Foe Hammer and other small and large nations alike joined ViZion in this invasion. This is where the seed was planted for two huge things in ViZion's history: The Jaro-ViZo Alliance and Terror of the World becoming the first true and aggressive terrorist organization.

World Park, Vitalita - Link will come upon its official opening.
The largest theme park in the world, covering 280 square miles - that is over half the size of the City of Los Angeles - located in Vitalita, ViZion. It is also larger than the original World Park in ViZion City!

The Atlantica is home to the world's largest Casino, located in Vitalita. It comes in the wake of the Decade War, replacing the Mediterranean Resort and Casino.

Alliances:
Coalition Forces Alliance (CFA)
The CFA was founded sometime in mid/late 2003 by ViZion, Matich, and a select few others. However, at first it was a loose coalition of nations that joined forces to fight and end genocide - something that the Coalition Forces/Coalition Forces Alliance as this group became later on is credited to as stopping until the genocide's large return in mid 2004. At its peak in late 2003 - once it has become a region - it has over 70 active members. It has since been let go to die.

New World Order (NWO)
An alliance that, for a few months in 2004, was considered right up there as about the most powerful alliance around, back when NATO and GDODAD were tops in the massive alliance category.

Westwood Alliance (WWA)
An alliance that the CFA joined forces with, being founded by Jarridia and a couple other nation. ViZion now resides solely in this alliance/region and no other alliances.

ViZion's largest automotive producer. And with its partnership with VLT, the Ando-Trephin Motors/VLT group is the largest automotive group globally.

ViZion World Corporation (VWC) is among the largest and most profitable corporations world-wide, and the largest in ViZion, owning many of ViZion's largest companies, such as ViZionair and Ando-Trephin Motors.

ViZion's second oldest and second largest airline.

Sundance Gaming has quickly risen to the top of the gaming companies globally since the launch of NationStates: The Game series.

Who remembers or was involved in the original Acigoo war when it came to Earth for the first time on that meteroid in that one nation - I forgot what its name was - that created the lake, etc?

You and me both, buddy. Remember ARM? TEOO? And the cluster-fuck that NWO became? BTW, Dr. Twist is still alive, but hasn't posted anything in over 16 months. He sent me a TG about a year ago. TBD is back and stirring up trouble. Guffingford died (again).
