We are afraid we do not see this cause worth the trouble. Simply put our troops can be used in other situations, and we see this as a loosing battle. If we field troops, chances are they will be dead within the week.

Fair enough. We will discuss it and the usual official formalities will have to be carried out, but I'm sure we can arrange for an assistance force. How large of a force would we be going in against?

IC: Commander Cody got off the phone with his Commanding Officer. he had clearence to enter Gente Del Agua and drive out the Armys of emporer Pudu. Cody picks up the phone and makes a phone call
Cody says "Bly get up here fast we got a job for you" An hour and a half later Commander Bly was walking into Cody's office. Cody looks to him and says " Bly the nation of Gente Del Agua is under attack your job is to move in and drive out the invaders. they cant do it on there own. you land in Karalawa. then your charge in and make a firm holding from there to Waspam. you leave within the hour got it?"

Bly Saluted "yessir" he turned and left the the room the then went to the harbor where he found a regiment of soldiers waiting for him.he gave the order for them to bord the ships. when that was done the ships began the journy to the Gente Del Agua.

When the Pudite ships began to move, the various rag-tag communications line of the Under-Empire slowly ground into action, ignoring the dozen or so fatal mishaps involving electric wires and especially sharp pencils.

The outward recon/infiltration units made use of whatever long range radios, stolen-satellite equipment or in many cases, well-trained and well-paid messanger pidgeons.

Once it reached the second level, actual military units got a hold of this. The Dominion's movements were of relative interest to the Under-Empire, and as such most of the skaven bueracracy was cut short and relayed directly to Three Claws General Kitch.

His emaciated message-slave saluted as best as it could, it's fingers gnarled from arthritis.

"Message from overseas, the Dominion is devouring another nation. Some rumors have hinted that a far larger nation is also investing into this conflict."

The general sat up slightly.

Lots of Dominion troops, plus another large faction. Those two added together meant lots of casulties. And casulties were synonymous with 'loot' and 'food' in the Skaven culture.

"Do we have anything ready to head overseas?"

The slave had been prepped by the general's officers with some papers.

"The...uh...the 11th Army group is at ready status, and the 12th and 13th can be prepped if you desire. As for...trans...transss....trans...port..."

He was irritatingly stumbling over 'transport' but the general allowed this slight of error as the slave was ironically in his service the longest.

"We are prepping an invasionary fleet as we speak, with plans to ready an additional two."

"Hm...don't bother sending a statement to the country. If we're expected to encounter Pudites or some other familiar nation, prepare some sappy message to get them to shut up..."

OOC: Yes, when i seen to many people were offering help to a nation that is about to be conquered, I answered my true calling....throwing conscripts into a meat grinder for no real reason...that and collecting staplers. It's a national past time, collecting staplers, invading nations and enslaving them to make more of said staplers...

Emperor Valerius let out a heavy sigh. What he had thought would be a chance to disband a disroganized terrorist group had become a fiasco, but his nation would look bad if it pulled out now.
"What is to be down your excellency?" asked his advisor.
"Send in more tanks and some air support, also turn our recon satellites toward the nation coordinate our strategy with allies. We should also send in some more light infantry." he said. "And of course the nation must be given a chance to defend itself...they'll have to conscript a lot of people to their cause and get some weapons fast." he said.
"And how will that happen?" asked the advisor. "They have no funds."
"We have extra money in the commerce budget."
"But the commerce budget is for..."
"Helping our economy and encouraging foreign trade..." the emperor explained. "They will be a close ally if we get through this alive."

Greeings friends, rest assured that we are in this for the long haul, and in fact are increasing our troops' presence in your nation, reinforcement will arrive soon, but I hope they will be enough. in any case you will need to build your own formidable military, and darvainia is in a very generous mood (plus we want to win) so we are donating $500 billion to your defense cause which has been wired to your defense account as of today. You had best use it to move quickly before we all die, I suggest you use it for labor to rush weapons production, conscriptment, and the construction of gun turretts, especially AA guns. Good luck in this effort, and rest assured we shall be here for awhile to help you through this mess, let us just pray this is over soon and we get more allies.
