Greetings from the Republic of Ackistan!

As you are no doubt aware, a terrible earthquake recently rocked the small nation of Danarva. This catastrophic event has left millions homeless while hundreds of thousands of people are without food and water.

Thanks to the generosity of nations such as Scandivans, Maraque, Imperial Isa, and Transylvania; our nation manages a large humanitarian relief fund. Given the magnitude of this tragedy, we feel it is appropriate that some of that money be spent to rebuild this unfortunate nation. As we lack the capacity to undertake such a large project ourselves, we will be accepting bids for a number of contracts.

Food Provider Contracts:
As many as 400,000 residents of Danarva are currently without food and water. Thus, we are seeking bids from nations able to provide for their needs. Bids will be accepted to provide food and water for 1,000 people for a span of three months. When submitting your bids, indicate what you wish to charge per thousand people plus the total number of persons you are capable of providing for. Bidders must be able to meet the following criteria:
- Each person should receive three meals per day
- Food should be non-perishable
- Food should meet basic dietary requirements as defined by the World Health Organization
- Water should be in divided into containers between 12 fluid ounces and 5 gallons in size
- 5% of whatever you send should be baby food
- Must be able to begin supplying food within 3 days
- Must have a major airport or sea port
- Must agree to random testing of food and water quality

Transportation Contracts:
We wish to contract transport planes and cargo ships to transport food, water, building materials, and medical supplies to Danarva. When submitting your bids, indicate what you wish to charge to move 100 tons of cargo. Also indicate the total tonnage you are capable of transporting over a three month span and what method of transport you are using. If you wish to provide both transport planes and cargo ships, feel free to submit two separate bids.

Demolition Contracts:
Many buildings in Danarva have been destroyed or rendered unsafe. These buildings will need to be demolished before new structures can replace them. Also, a great deal of rubble and debris will need to be hauled off. When submitting your bids, please indicate what you wish to charge for the services of a 50 man demolition team for six months. Also let us know how many crews you are able to provide. Bidders must meet the following criteria:
- Must provide necessary equipment
- Must transport workers to Danarva
- Must safely dispose of rubble and debris by taking it to designated areas
- Must follow any local regulations regarding the demolition of buildings
- All workers must posses 2 years minimum experience

Construction Contracts:
As many as 2 million residents of Danarva have lost their homes. These people need a place to live. Thus, we are accepting bids for the services of construction crews. When submitting your bids, please indicate what you wish to charge for the services of a 20 man construction crew for 1 year. Also let us know how many crews you wish to provide. Bidders must meet the following criteria:
- Must provide necessary tools (building materials will be provided)
- Must transport workers to Danarva
- Must follow local building codes
- Each crew must possess all the skills required to build homes and apartments
- All workers must have 2 years minimum experience

Chellis would like to make an offer for the demolition workers. We have found a number of people willing to volunteer their services to help, without extra compensation(Chellis pays them their normal salaries while their working out of country). These are ex-military soldiers(compulsary service) with backgrounds as engineers, who went to be engineers after their two year service, so most have from 4 to 10 years of experience, demolition included. We are willing to send them without compensation from Ackistan, as they have come together and requested this duty, out of humanitarian concerns. All we ask is they be given appropriate housing, food, etc, though we can ship foodstuffs to offset what they will be given there.

They can also serve as police as well, with their training, but only at the request of Danarva. They won't bring weapons with them, but if Danarva requests it, they can protect whatever is needed(Compulsary service + communism means they are as good as reservist soldiers in any military, basically, for this purpose).

If we get the green light, we will send them as soon as possible.

The Clandonian military would like to apply for the demolition contract, our bombers could be there in hours! Our pilots have many years flying time and we would leave nothing but safe harmless smoldering ruins.

The Most Serene Republic of Tranquility Island wishes to place a bid to provide food for the hungry. $150,000 is our bid per thousand people. We can feed up to 75,000.

The Continental Empire of Malatose would like to make a bid on both Food Provider Contracts and Transportation Contracts. The Imperial Logistics Supply Service can provide over 2,500 medium sized non-perishable food supplies with shipments being increased over a daily bases. The Imperial Navy will also provide 54 ships. Each ship can produce around 90,000 gallons of fresh water per day.

The Imperial Military will be able to supply for over 150,000 to 250,000 people in a span of 3 months. The Imperial Government will charge $1000 for each thousand. The saving of lives is much more important than the collection of money.

In regards to Transportation, The Imperial Armed Forces will be using a combination of Naval and Air Assets. We wish to charge $5 million to move 100 tons of Cargo and we will be capable of moving 60 tons in a 2 month period.

We currently have slightly over 900 metric tons of MREs which is set to reach their experation date in just under 6 months. That is aproximately enough food for 70,000 people for one month.

To a worthy cause, we are willing to donate this food at no cost, and provide transport from Gallagher Airforce Base to a major airport within 2000 miles of the charity's choice or naval shipping from Watchword Port to any port in the world.

Tents will be fine, the men have no problems with it. We plan to send fifty-seven men, and if everything is fine, we shall send them immediatly.
