The midwife lowered the baby into the womans caring arms, but a moment later the doctor spoke up.
'Um... Mr and Mrs Akihito, your son is the 7th billion citizen of the United Kingdom.'
They both stared at him.

His Majesty the King Richard IV had personally donated £15,000 pounds to the working class family of a miner and a housewife for the great honour they had bestowed upon the nation. The Charter asked the Akihito family what they planned to do with the money.
"We'll probably save it for John's education."
