In this day in age, extremism has taken control of the majority of nations. Be it in the form of religious fanatacism, communism, militarism or chauvism, it goes against rational, a tool that allows perfection to be realized by humanity. the Grand Republic of Vietnamexico, an Enlightened State herself, calls upon all other nations of reason to join her in a quest against these ills of humanity, by joining her in an Enlightened Alliance.

Hmm. We are somewhat interested, though we already have far too many entangling alliances. Still, we shall watch with interest.
Icovir will keep her stand in a Peoples' Republic-type government (people voted to be communist). But, Icovir will support any anti-communist alliances, so long as we don't get attacked by one.
