Having sucessfully completed a nuclear weapon, Jack Riddel, glorious leader of the Teraqi people, hero of the people, killer of the foul overlords, and father of the nation, hereby officially announces to all Arms Dealers, military suppliers, missile builders, or other people with some surplus arms to sell, that the nation of Teraq wishes to purchase technolgy allowing us to construct intercontintental ballistic missiles, that when the time comes for us to strike the foul enemies who hide themselves in the cloak of so called 'freedom' we are able to do so in such a manner as to bring them to their knees without the unecessary shedding of the blood of the sons of Teraq.

ICBMs are the most publicised form of Nuclear Weapons delivery, but since everyone spends huge amounts on Ballistic Missile Defence shields, a different approach might be feasible, especially if youve only just completed a nuclear device and dont have that many with which to batter down the door. If you are set on Ballistic Missiles then perhaps SLBMs would be a better choice, or if you are open to other possibilities, try Hypersonic Cruise Missiles for weapons delivery, or you could always go the old school route and mount them on fighter jets, like the Nukes that are cleared to be mounted on Italian Air Force (among other) Tornadoes in event of war against a nuclear armed enemy.

The women had been chosen more or less randomly. They were all of child bearing age- that is, between sixteen and sixty, and they were all moderately healthy. None of them knew the horrors they were in store for, all they knew was that soldiers had appeared, picked a large number of women from each community, and shepparded them onto trains, that all went to the coast.

They were all left locked in the trains they had arrived in, except a small number designated as comfort women for the soldiers operating this round up. Once the last train arrived, a signal was sent out.

It will arrive at the port of Teraq in fourty eight hours, at which point the ten thousand slaves will be loaded into the specially constructed cells, The Deathship was aptly named as most of those who are captured die during prolonged naval voyages, which are usually around the world, collecting new stocks all the time..

Once the captives had been loaded, the two ICBM's promised to Teraq will be offloaded and the transaction completed...

However at the same time, a Small Battlefleet was mobilised incase any thing may go wrong... if Teraq needed to taste the leather of Kraven's Jackboot the fleet was waiting...

Re:Quest for ICBMs, Deal with Kraven Corp.

Greetings. Although Jarridia believes thatr no nation had the right to force another into submission, we can't help but question the very principle of this desire for ICBM's to 'send to enemies.' There are already numerous tragedies in the world that unfold nearly hourly, and Jarridia has suffered in the past from such onslaught. Though we see the acquisition of such weapons as a step into the future for many nations, we find ourselves questioning your motives as they do not seem to be in the direction of peace and defense, but more for violence and war.

In this respect, we request that Kraven temporarily stop their transport of these missiles and allow an investigation to take place in these matters. We have no reason to mistrust Teraq at this time, but we also don't want these weapons to fall into the wrong hands that could potentially kill billions. We call upon the government of Teraq to work with us to promote the peace and prosperity of the world and not force us into diplomatic and international turmoil.

The United Kingdom suggests Hataria take a step back (unless Teraq is a commie, then you're free) from Teraq's seeking of nuclear weaponry, a right that every state has to protect its citizens. Hataria should take into account the amount of times that Hataria has engaged UK Forces, and then take into consideration the amount of times we have won, to properly gauge whether this is a Hatarian interest.

Hello Teraq. We have an offer we hope you will not turn down.

We are willing to offer you fifty 35 KT nuclear ICBM and a single ICBM launching station. In return, we ask that you only deal through ViZion and Jarridia for your weapons of mass destruction. Any weapons thereafter from ViZion will cost you only half the price we sell them for. Jarridia will offer you whatever he wishes.

If you accept, turn away any shipments related to your requests from other countries now. If you accept and end up accepting/dealing with any other nations aside from ViZion and Jarridia for weapons of mass destruction, we reserve the right to take back the weapons and destroy the launching station.

All that has happened is that a large number of women have decided to immigrate to the Kraven Corporation, and the Kraven Corporation, being the gentle and generous souls that they are, have agreed to give them a ride while dropping off our cargo.

The India Class Submarine moved slowly through the dark ocean at a depth of 150 metres, its nuclear reactor running at a small fraction of its rated power, its cooling system was operating purely by convection, removing the need for the noisy reactor pumps, removing the need for them until the boat had to speed up ofcourse. The ship was virtually silent, the best passive Sonar Set in the world couldnt pick them up more than 2km away, and the Kraven "Deathship" they were preparing to destroy was more than 250km away, just in the optimal striking range of the Tornado Heavy Anti Shipping Missiles she carried in addition to her six torpedo tubes.
"All hands, this is the captain speaking, in approximately two minutes we will strike a great blow for freedom, we will sink the Kraven "Deathship" and prevent its evil from enduring any longer, long live the Confederacy".
With that he motioned to his XO and they both turned there launch keys, launch doors swung open and twenty four missiles launched at 1 second intervals, each targetted at the Deathship, each had a large enough warhead that one impact would do serious damage to it, three or more would most likely lead to a kill
After twenty four seconds of firing the launch sequence was finished, the doors closed and the submarine dove and accelerated to its maximum speed of 42 knots, the Osiris was as fast as a theif, and there was no way they were going to catch this one today.

Even though it appears that you have already accepted the offers of other powers to help in this endevour, the Heroes Nation of -Scaevola- asks that you reconsider your options.

What threatens you that you need be able to bomb a country half a world away? Is not it a better idea to develop intermediate range capabilities - there by not swaying nations unopposed to you right now into a defensive mode because you could potentially attack them?

As an illustration of this, we must now extend maritime patrols to encompass the area you are in, just because of the instability the region faces right now.

Please reconsider your position, or failing that permit some type of monitoring to make countries feel secure.

a Cargo plane flew in. It was marked with a Black Lotus Flower. It dropped a small silver briefcase, holding 20 discs that would teach the basics of Rocketry, yielding only enough information to build a basic ICBM, but planting seeds for research and experimentation for more advanced Rocketry. 20 miles outside populated areas it exploded.

OOC: After five NS years, feel free to build as you wish, bearing in mind of course Economic costs and everything else associated with ICBMs. You may still want to take up Kraven on his two ICBMs to have two now, while you learn how to build them.
