CWAA (Candistani West African Alliance)
Led by the Charismatic leader Muammar Abdul al-Aziz, the people of the CWAA, made up of Mali and Muaritania, follow his hopes for a United West Africa (though little notice is put into his genocides in the North of the Taureg peoples thanks to propaganda). He will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, and will not accept no for an answer.

Bamako, CWAA.
"People, hear me. I, Muammar Abdul al-Aziz, promise a better Nation! For years, disease, rebellion, and the Impure have ravaged our great nation. This will last no longer! We will unite the West african peoples against this scourge!" He screamed, watching as the crowd of mostly military employed people cheer and taunt in support.
"Our mighty fist will sweep through Burkina Faso and unite our people there. We will continue south to Togo and Ghana, Benin and The Ivory Coast! The Impure and rebels will stand no chance against our might! Now it is the peoples duty. We must work as one to accomplish our goals and unite the great people of africa. We will enlighten the Dark Continent to our true ways. Do not let the Impure meddle with your duty to the state! Kill them on site! Let us parade their bodies through our streets in victory over their Kind. Together, we will come out the victors in our Holy War versus the Impure!"
The crowd cheered as the General raised his arms. The expansion has begun.

Socially this place is a wreck. Led by a Genocidal muslim general, he plans to rampage across muslim west africa and destroy the Impure (Tauregs) to ensure prosperity for the alliance.
Militarily, he has instated a high spending rate for his soldiers, using mostly old soviet equipment (T-72's, T-80's, RPG-9's, RPG-29's, AK's, you name it.).The people of the CWAA really dont have much else to do than die of disease and in poverty so this guy sounds pretty good to them.

for Instance i play South Africa. my nation is literally stepped in Contraversy and in this parallel world the whites didnt fully relinquish power instead a compromise was met. with the Blacks being carefully manipulated. Hence the name Boer Republik.

ooc: The Tauregs are some of the toughest tribes out there. Roaming the desert wastes of the Sahara, they defeated the French on numerable occasions with, get this, swords.

I studied them a bit back. Great people, even better figheters.

Oh and not all are desert nomads, some have taken up city life and have numerable jobs in Mali industries.

It has been confirmed. The CWAA has been confirmed an embassy in the Bastion for African stability and prosperity that is known as Cape town. (ooc a bit pretentious but the boer republik is a bit up themselves as of late due to OIL!!!!:p )

We will assist you either monetarily or logisitically with this venture providing you give us the schematics for your operation and that it will be discreet.

we do not use the term Genocide we prefer "re location" like our previous regime had Batustans or Cantons that each represented a homeland for different ethnicities. We have started a blitzkrieg campaign to eliminate Dweladelfian forces in Senegal. They will still be dangerous but they are pretty much a Cobra with out a head at the moment due to the collapse of their Imperial government.

Logisitcs will be confused and troops demoralized due to the fact that they are invading another country when they are meant to be protecting their own.

We expect a decisive victory in weeks.

(hey Brink Im not plagiarisng you R.p. in Earth II lol) each will have the power of authority over the fate of their designated Dweladelfian prisoners (bearing in mind we havent caught them yet, thats why we require the Juntas help)

The most Harsh punishment being 'Execution" what you do before the execution for your prisoners is your nations prerogative;) (oocwinks evily)

The most moderate being Life in prison on The newly refurnished Robbens Island prison complex with 6 days a week hard labour and 1 day a week working at the Cape Town Asbestos facory (:p )
