In the capital of Bahsto City, the national capital of the country of Bahsto, two young men with Ak-47s looked out the window of the apartment they resided in. They had been trained in Istaria Nova and once stepping foot in Bahsto they could see at least ten homeless people on the streets while the rich lived happy lives.

The gap between the poor and the rich was estonishing in Bahsto, and most of the rich were internationals. The two men looked as the leader of the cell they worked with stepped into the room. They also had a British member in their six man group and all five men looked at their leader who laid out the plan.

They would attack an International corporation right here in Bahsto by taking their international office. They would target foreign workers of this corporation as well as higher up Bahsto employees. From reconisence on the building it was a five story building and would be easy to take.

The six men nodded and put on bullet proof vests and wore balaclavas on top of their heads making them look like togues before heading down the stairs with machine guns in bags. Heading out the door and into a grey car, they put their duffel bags in ther back and headed off.

Woods chips International was a five storey building with a national staff of 35 and about a good dozen to fifteen international employees who ranged from several international countries.

The building had a security staff of 8 who were young men and women who had at the very most gone on a one week course on small arms weaponry and other ways. But nothing about attacks on the building.

A young man about 25, and was a foreign national from the nation of Gruenberg looked at a grey car pull up.

OOC: So there is about 12 foreign nationals and 1 security guard foreign national and anyone can state that these foreign nationals are theirs.

One of the young men opened the trunk and zipped open the bag and tossed machine guns to the five other terrorists. One civilian screamed and several civilians fell to the ground as the six armed men put the balaclavas over their face and went for the building.

A police officer outside the building pulled his gun and fired several shots at the armed men.

One of the ESAO terrorists opened fire, pop ... pop ... pop ... pop ... pop at the police officer and several civilians fell around the police officer. The other terrorists headed to the entrance and one of them blasted into the air and at the police officer as well.

The six terrorists then entered the building and the leader named Dave fired his gun into the air and another one fired at a nearby security guard. Outside sirens could be heard.

The police officer felt pain shoot through his shoulder and pain in his leg as he collapsed as two bullets tore through his uniform and into his flesh. A middle age man cried out next to him and held his throat and chest as blood began to spurt from a wound near his throat. The police officer could hear sirens and gunfire from inside.

People screamed inside and hit the floor as the bullets hit the ceiling. A security guard came with a gun drawn and took several bullets to the chest, blood began to pool around his body. However, luckily the security guard was still alive.

On the third floor, two foreign workers, the head of the corporation and a young executive along with several Bahsto employees and they escapped out a fire escape.

Police Head quarters:

A man in his mid forties stood behind about half a dozen police cars and a swat truck and looked at the building. The two wounded people had been removed and taken to hospital. The police officer had placed two swat snipers on a nearby roof and the five employees had been rescued by several police officers.

He hoped to get this stand off done quickly and non lethal.

Government response:

Terrorists have taken control of an international corporation and we believe they are holding at least 10 foreigners of different nationalities and about two dozen Bahsto citizens. We ask for assistance from national governments.

Two security guards prepared on the second floor to engage the terrorists. Both men looked at each other, and when a elevator door opened they opened fire.

Bullets pelted the inner interior of the elevator, striking one of the three terrorists in the side. All three terrorists opened fire with their machine guns and exited the elevator and took up cover behind several cubicles. A fourth terrorist opened up a door as he had run up the stairs from the main floor and he fired his weapon at the two security guards.

Elsewhere the two other terrorists rounded up employees for this corporation and had seperated fifteen people from the rest, the fifteen were the foreigners and the five security guards that had surrendered peacefully. They then ordered the other personneel to leave with the wounded security guard.

One security guard was shot several times in the chest and twice in the head. He collapsed with clearless eyes and blood pooling around him. The second security guard was struck twice in the right leg and a civilian was struck in the shoulder.

The civilians ran out of the corporation dragging the injuried security guard. Police officers grabbed the civilians and helped them away as they watched the gunmen inside the building with the fifteen people near the front door in the lobby. The police officers were extremely nervious and the police officer, Mike Robertson sighed softly and he sipped his coffee.

"Get me the mayor of Bahsto City."

Government request for foreign nations:

We ask the nations that have foreigners working at the international corporation in Bahsto City to contact us with information of these people and we request diplomatic and police assistance. From what we understand, fifteen people are being held. Please assist against these terrorists.

The two civilians were forced to be placed with the fifteen other people and they were headed up by four terrorists. to the second floor, where they were place in a conference room. Two terrorists dragged a dead guard and opened the front doors that had its glass shattered by bullets and pushed out the dead guard.

They then headed after the two other terrorists.

Bahsto police officers reached for the guard and put him on a stretcher and found a note on his body. They took him back and covered him with a blanket.

The note read the hostage takers demands, and stated they had 17 hostages, 2 wounded.

(1) A plane to a neutral nation where they would not face prosecution

(2) The shut down of the company

(3) Enaction of laws to ensure that clear cutting never occured in Bahsto

(4) Finally, the official declaration by the government that the terrorists are heros for the poor Bahsto people.

Mike Robertson looked at the arrival of a second swat vehicle and the emergence of five more swat snipers who headed to the building across from the corporation building and they put up positions across from the second story of the corporation building and ensured their scopes were pointed at the terrorists.

The lead terrorist watched out the window holding a female hostage to him as he noticed the police cars and snipers that were running into the building across the way.

Another terrorist struck one of the captive with the butt of his rifle. The six terrorists were kind onf nervous but they wanted to wait for the police officers across the street to act first. Since they had booby trapped the first floor, no one would be able to get in from the main level.

Mike Robertson looked ordered a helicopter with several armed men to arrive on the scene. The standoff had gone on for three days now and the government of Bahsto had not received any response from the kid nappers or any foreign nations that might have had some foreigners in the international corporation.

All was known for sure was that 1 person had been killed and 5 people had been wounded in this attack.

A phone rang. Mike picked it up and listened.

Government engages with terrorist for third straight day, while citizens get ansy at reports that 17 people are being held hostage. They want action from their government against these terrorists however, with 11 foreign nationals out of the 17 people being held hostage the government and Bahsto city police chief Mike Robertson was being cautious.

In other news:

No response has been made by foreign countries to assist the small nation of Bahsto in identifying the foreign national being held hostage or to assist with police forces in ending the siege peacefully.

The leader of the terrorist spoke on the phone;

"We are willing to give out 13 of the 17 hostages if we receive a dark blue police van and are taken to the airport with a police excort. There, we will get into the companies private jet, we expect a pilot and food and a well fueled plane before we arrive. We will take our four remaining hostages and leave for a nation that we know will not prosecute us."

"Understood, good! You have three hours to make this happen or the President of the company will see if he can fly."

A neighbouring nation, The Aslanic Mountains, pledged its services to Bahsto just a few moments ago. This message was sent in advance.

"A military helicoptor with a military police force inside has been dispatched. We request air space and information on the building layout. We also have one expert in building clearance on board. We stress that they will act as a seperate squad in the event of conflict, and are there to offer advice as to difusing the situation.

Sacalason Foreign Affairs Office;

The young man ran into the office of the foreign minister where foreign minister Greg Jensen and President Michael Anderson were meeting. Both men were extremely quiet when the young man in his early twenties spoke;

"The terrorists in the Sultanate of Bahsto are demanding to have a fuelled aircraft and leave with four of the top hostages".

Michael whispered softly;

"Assemble a police unit, our elite ones of course and get them to Bahsto and hopefully they can get there in time."

Sacalason Foreign Statement;

To the Bahsto government we relay our sympathies for the dead person if we have been fed the correct news. Right now, we are sending a police elite unit to assist with you. We can also identify two of the 17 hostages. One of them is a 41 year old corporate executive from here in Sacalason and the other is a 22 year old female 'job placement' worker that was to return to continue with her business degree after a placement with the corporation. Hopefully both citizens will come out of this okay and we hope the terrorists are arrested.

One of the terrorists pointed his weapon out the window. They could see about twenty police officers and about fifteen civilians and a whole number of journalists.

The gunman fired into the air with his machine gun rattling of about ten shots that sent civilians on the ground scattering. However, what was occuring was that two terrorists were taking a young security guard around the back where they sent him down the escape route where police officers grabbed him.

The helicoptor hovered high in the sky, sitting waiting. Contact was made with the ground forces. "We have identified the building, we would co-ordinate it as such to have one ground unit enter from the bottom, and we would drop elite 'crack' troops onto the roof to work downwards. We ask permission to use a gas to minimalise casualties and detain terrorists without trouble. Failing this, we request the use of flashbang grenades."

Mike Robertson noticed the chopper and smiled. He ordered immediately that a squad of swat lead the way in the underground parking lot up onto the first floor. Six police officers went running off to what appeared to be the side of the building but they went down the ramp and waited for the Aslanic Mountain squad. They would head up this way and then come out on the first floor and they would then head up and engage the terrorists.

The six terrorists noticed the swat team go around the side but they were not too bothered. If they did come through the parking garage and not aeound the side, that was to be booby trapped as well when they opened the door to enter onto the first floor with a claymore.

The only concern for the terrorists was the roof. It was getting close to the three hour deadline, nearly 30 minutes left.

"Negative, ask for timing of hostage release."

After a few seconds on the radio the officer replied "30 minutes, sir!"

"Send a message, we are flying away from the target and request a helipad on a nearby building if possible to land for the time being. We do have limited flying time. Plan to attack when terrorists emerge. Co-ordinate the attack with the ground forces. Code word 'harlem'". If there was one thing the CO liked, it was coding everything.

The troops prepared for their descent onto the unsuspecting terrorists.

Mike Robertson stated;

"There is a building nearly two blocks to the west that has a suitable place to land on it is kind of like a heli pad".

rdering his troops back from the parking garage. Mike Robertson wanted the Mountain boys to tell him where to station his troops.

The helicoptor landed on the roof, the rotors spinning to a halt. It would sit for 24minutes before becoming airborne again to prepare for the assault. The troops offloaded and readied themselves easier than they could in the chopper.

The plan was set, it just needed the two forces to work together. It was the hardest part of the operation. Shortly after the crack troops entered through the roof the SWAT team would need to enter the bottom, although not at the same time. This way the terrorist force should be split and confused, especially with the use of flashbang grenades and additional noise and light.

The six terrorists inside the building were getting really tired of this operation. They had made a statement and now they were waiting. The four hostages they were going to take was off in a corner while the others whimpered pitifully.

The leader said; "Lets move with the four!"

Four hostage takers grabbed one of the men and began to walk for the door.

Mike Robertson got the radio that they were on the move.

" Move in he ordered his Swat members."

"I hope your elite squad moves in as well"

About ten heavily armed Swat members moved up to the door and tossed in flash bang grenades and loud explosions shook the bottom floor. The swat members carried on with semi-automatic weapons and entered into the main hall to search for booby traps and civilians, and finally the terrorists.

The chopper swooped in as the men jumped out of it about 3 metres from the ground, rolling as they hit the deck. They moved to secure the roof, before advancing on the door, moving downwards through the building by a steep, dark staircase. A clanging noise occured as their heavy boots hit the metal of the stairs. They reached another door, kicking the door of its hinges and throwing two flashbangs into the room.

They turnt on the 80W lights on the end of their carbines, they ran into the room trying to locate terrorists and subdue them, shouting nothing in particular at the top of their voices to further dissorientate the terrorists.

The helicoptor flew off to the nearby building again.

One of the terrorists dropped his hostage and followed the two terrorists that were coming up from them with weapons raised they were ready for anything.

The other three terrorists headed down the stairs with the other three hostages and were headed for the basement.

The ten Swat members heard a noice in the stairwell and opened the door to see three of the terrorists and all four hostages coming down the stairs. Raising their weapons the officers shouted

"freeze"
