Adam Stutler, prime minister and dictator of The Kingdom of the State of Britain, sat at his desk as he reached for his fountain pen in his jacket pocket and then wrote his signature on a new written decree that he had himself personally wrote and designed.

The decree had already been shown to the other members of the British cabinet and has their approval.

The main basis of the decree was the banning of all aspects of homosexuality and sodomy within the borders of Britain and the relevant punishments for those individuals who would defy they law.

Good evening, this is the Nine O' Clock evening news with me, Cynthia Nixon.

His Excellency, Prime Minister Adam Stutler has today issued a decree which is now the written law of the nation, with immediate effect.

The new decree is one that can only make our pure and upright nation evermore stronger in the face of our nation's enemies, both internal and external.

Homosexuality is a social disease, one that weakens the social fabric of the nation and a condition and a criminal state of being that uses sexual deviants and perverts to cause disunity and division within the nation and society.

Homosexuality is the root cause of moral corruption, social degeneracy, drug abuse and addiction, social unrest and organised crime. Homosexual perverts are known for their treason, their high levels of illegal drug use, their partaking in acts which are contary to both law and the sacred teachings of the Holy Bible, their spreading of many viruses including the HIV/AIDS virus, their lack of patriotism and their lack of love for their nation and our great society.

His Excellency, Prime Minister Adam Stutler, as ever is guided by the voice of God and the Prime Minister has always been at the forefront of the global struggle and the national struggle to fight evil and the forces of the Dark Prince, Satan.

In this decree, we see our side, the Christian saide of good and the law of God, winning yet another battle against the forces of Satan and his homosexual minions.

Article 1: All sexual relations between two or more members of the same sex are now illegal. The punishment for those respective individuals who are in error of this law are to be given an automatic sentence of 25 years forced labour in a Labour Camp for Social Regeneration.

Article 2: In reference of Article 1 of the Parliamentary Act for the Law for the Prohibition of Sodomy and Degeneracy 2006, the definition of a sexual act between two or members of the same sex includes kissing, holding hands, oral sex, peneterative anal and vaginal sex, contact of a erotic nature of sexual organs with one another and all other actions that can sexually arouse two or more people of the same sex.

Article 3: Once convicted of sodomy, no individual can ever have their record of criminality erased. They shall be forever blacklisted under the Sex Offenders Register and shall be known to all concerned about their deeds, even upon them serving their sentence.

Article 4: All films, songs, internet websites, books, comics and other areas of the media shall be cleansed of the filth of pornography, both heterosesual and homosexual, along with any other sexual orientation of a devious nature. State run censorship committees shall now have the full authority of the law to wipe out any reference to sex, sexual arousal, eroticism and other filthy creeds that at present pollute our culture and sicken the minds of men and women who fall for diabolic temptations.

Article 5: Articles 1-4 of the Parliamentary Act for the Law for the Prohibition of Sodomy and Degeneracy 2006, have the blessing of His Excellency, HRH King Charles VI and the blessing and authority of His Excellency, Prime Minister Adam Stutler along with the executive authority of the Cabinet and the National Executive Committee of the Norsefire Front.

You what bothers me Mr. Stutler? The fact that I am on the Triumvirate Council. I understand High Father's two daughters, and I understand why me, but what I don't understand is why give me so much diplomatic missions. The last peace conference I went to, I was nearly gassed, shot in the chest, and killed 3 men, two with my bare hands, one with a knife.

I delivered the first of dozens of high level arrests during the Second Civil War, and I was with High Father during his mysterious 'passing'.

I really don't have much time for the bureaucratic bullcrap, so let me cut to the chase.

There is no need to waste human lives, if you really want to work them to death, then you are expecting at least 2 years of poorly done and constantly sabotaged labour. There will most likely be a rebellion, and foreign interference.

Save yourself the trouble, deport them all to Leafanistan. The economy of our colonies is depressed and needs fresh blood to reenergize them. We'll pay for all the transportation costs and wire you $200 million US.

King Andrei Klein looked over his paperwork for the week. He sighed, this was his least favorite part of the job. Edicts that needed his signature, or he a poll of questions that was sent to him every now and then. It was becoming a hassle, but Andrei wouldn't have had it any other way.

One folder caught his eye today though. Written on it was urgent, send to the King Immediately. It hand be placed on his desk during his afternoon break and from looks of it, it was quite important. He opened the folder and read through it's contents quickly. He quickly frowned at it. He didn't like it one bit. Even though Granate was a monarchy, there still was Civil Rights. The King himself, was firm proponent of Civil Rights and had added a few since his Crowning. He quickly picked up the red phone that linked him to his Military.

"Admiral, have you read this report on The State of Britain?" The King asked quickly, hoping his General knew nothing. He was wrong.

"I am afraid so, my Liege." He said with a worried tone. Andrei quickly thought for a moment.

"Admiral, deploy the first fleet near The State of Britain Territorial Waters, I am going to tell them how we feel about this" The King said. With that he hung the phone up without waiting for an answer from his Admiral.

Andrei then quickly took out a pad of paper and began to write a letter to Adam Stutler.

Greetings Britain,

I am just going to put this quite simply, how do you plan on enforcing such a law?

How are you sure that you can prove who is and isn't homosexual? Are you going to go so far as monitor all sexual activity behind closed doors? How do you eliminate the possibility of capturing the wrong people? What about victims of rape by their own gender or multiple people?

And on top of all of this, their punishment is baffling... locking up people in single gendered domiciles... are you against homosexuality, or are you trying to round them all up and make little gay towns?

A cold laugh came from the corner. It was from the President's personal guard commander. "That's rich. They're doing the same thing to Britain that they threatened to invade us for doing to Jenrak. "Enough, Mara," Delray snapped. The President fixed the young officer with a stern look. The Minister continued.

"Now, she may have been a bit blunt, but she does have a point. We're going to look like hypocrites if we don't speak out, especially since homosexuals in our own country not only have civil rights, but serve openly in the military."

"What do you propose we do, then?" asked President Valens. "Certainly you can write a statement of condemnation without my input."

"Actually, I was hoping you would authorize military intervention," said Delray. "I know we're stretched fighting Kraven and Eliteria, but nobody's talking about a massive invasion, just a few fighter wings and some bombers attacking key government facilities, we'd warn the civilians first to get out, we'd just be attacking facilities, but sometimes a missile does go astray..."

The President shifted. "No."

"No? Our air force isn't spread that thin..."

"No. I was elected to keep Kahanistan out of destructive wars. I was not elected to be the world's police officer."

"Destructive wars? We're talking about freeing millions of people, not being massively invaded..."

The President turned around and left the room, followed by his personal guard. She nodded sympathetically at the Foreign Minister, who smiled gratefully back at her.

While the President had privately vetoed military action, publically he allowed the mobilization of three wings of 20 F-22 Raptors, two wings of MiG-39's, and two wings of B-2 Spirits. Adam Stutler discussed the number of hostile reactions from other nations with regards to the anti-homosexuality law with Britain's Secretary of State for Foreign Affiars, Julian Parkinson.

Both agreed that the prime minister should make a direct response to those nations via a live web video feed.

Stutler had the arrangements made and began his communique:

"Dear heads of state and heads of government of the international community of nations.

It has come to my urgent attention that many of you are displeased with our nation's decision to enact the Parliamentary Act for the Law for the Prohibition of Sodomy and Degeneracy 2006.

Of course I find this situtation most regretable and most sad, for this law is both wise and moral in every way possible way and to oppose it, to me seems like opposing the iron laws of logic itself.

OOC: I'm a facist dictatorship with plenty of Civil Rights, but no political rights beyond hte local level. I can go to war, but I choose not to, I want to force peace, and force regime change without firing more than a few shots.

President Marcellus Valens read his newspaper in his office. This is not good... Fulton is right. We will look like ineffectual hypocrites, the Leafanistanis are mobilizing a fleet, if Kaselev's intelligence is accurate, and it usually is... Igor Kaselev was one of the best intelligence agents in Kahanistan, if not the entire Middle East. However, his recent promotion to Brigadier General made it increasingly risky to send him.

His door opened. Major Fulton, the guard commander, walked in, carrying a newspaper. She was a tall, slender, attractive brunette in her late 20's, and she was smiling widely for the first time Valens had seen her smile in months. She thinks we will intervene with these latest discoveries. This woman has not smiled since before I became President, the Freekish invasion has gotten to her. I lost my wife then, it has gotten to me, too... I understand her, I understand her so badly it hurts.

As the President had guessed, Fulton laid the paper bare on his desk, a triumphant expression on her face. "Even the fascists are coming out and preparing for an invasion. Looks like we can't hide behind the isolationist umbrella forever."

"Major, I have read the report," said Valens, pulling his own copy of the Najaster Times out from under Fulton's. "We are not isolationist, we are fighting too widely, just because the Kravanian and Southeast Asian invasions seem to have stalled does not mean we can pull troops, as soon as they withdraw the Kraven Corporation will launch an offensive against the weakened defenses."

"Who said anything about withdrawing? We have over eight million troops sitting here, just playing with their balls. While we talk, the Doomies are running slave camps, MassPwnage is bombing and killing somebody else's civilians, the Sarzonians have gone into isolation, and with them, the strongest member of the Woodstock Pact, we can't even import from them, we're stuck with inferior Soviet junk, I don't even want to talk about AMF..."

"Enough!" snapped President Valens. It was rare for him to even raise his voice, let alone snap at someone. "Major, if you feel so strongly about airstrikes against the State of Britain, why do you not command the attack force? I am certain that Captain Beckett will not mind filling in for you for the duration." Captain Aleister Beckett was the second-in-command of the President's security. He was the polar opposite of Major Fulton... or more accurately, he was the mirror image of her before the Freekish invasion. He was warm, open, very outgoing and friendly, and liked to drink with his troops when off duty.

Fulton just stared at Valens. The President continued.

"I am completely serious, Major Fulton. Now, I am fully aware of your lack of flight experience. However, commanders are not chosen for their combat aptitude, but for their ability to keep a cool head in combat and make effective decisions under fire, attributes you have repeatedly demonstrated. However, I will assign a combat advisor to you."

He handed Fulton a file on a Republic Guard officer, one Lieutenant Colonel Nadia Sklenova. She was 32 years old, a Hero of the Republic, and looked like a Russian model - average height, fairly thin, but still quite pretty. "She will advise you on the tactical situation. She is of a higher rank, but you are the overall commander. However, if you are put out of action, she has orders to immediately take command. Any questions?"

Fulton just stared blankly at the President, unable to respond.

"Your flight suit is in your office, we were able to find one in your size."

Fulton stared for a few more seconds. Finally, she turned around without speaking and walked out of the President's chamber, back to her office. Great was her surprise to find a flight suit in her size, draped across her chair. She took it into the women's room and changed. The form-fitting suit got her laughed and jeered at by the male officers she passed.

"Didn't know you were into BDSM," one man guffawed. Kahanistanian flight suits tended to be skin-tight, and this one did make her look like a dominatrix minus the whip.

"You must not be on the gridiron team," Mara said coldly. The implication of sexual promiscuity would not harm her, people of all sexual habits were allowed to serve openly in the Kahanistanian military.

The man and his friends just jeered at the young woman. She passed by without another word, exiting the palace. She met the woman from the file, who calmly extended her hand to the visibly shocked commander.

"He did," said Fulton. "He showed me your file, he seemed certain I'd be killed."

"Well, I'm not. I find that when you adopt that attitude about someone under your command, you end up abandoning them in your subconscious and they end up dead nine times out of ten. The trust of a commander is very important," said Sklenova. "I prefer not to lose anyone under my command, it never gets easier."

"With respect, Colonel, President Valens appointed me the commander of this operation. He told me that you were merely my combat advisor."

"Very well, I'll try to avoid being overbearing. This is as new to me as commanding a wing is to you."

The two women climbed into a 1969 Dodge, Sklenova's personal vehicle. "Ever flown in a MiG before?" asked the older woman.

"No, just a Cessna, and I crashed that," said Fulton. "With Mr. Valens on board."

"That's not good," said Sklenova, turning onto the highway towards Al-Qamar. "But keep radio contact with me and I'll tell you exactly what to do for landing, while you make the command decisions."

"Good idea. You seem really nice, what made you become a military officer?" asked Fulton as they arrived at the base.

"I've never had a stomach for atrocities," replied Sklenova. "I couldn't bear to sit at home while reading about Doomani slave camps or nations like MassPwnage holding freedom in their own countries and slaughtering civilians en masse in other nations..."

"There is something hypocritical about that," said Fulton. They parked and exited the base, where they entered separate aircraft, both of them climbed into MiG-39's.

Fulton sat at her radio and listened to the instructions. "Take the stick and accelerate to 500 kilometers per hour, then disengage the landing gear," said Sklenova's voice through the headset. "Then fire the afterburner, the GREEN button on your left, not the red one, that's the ejection."

She did as instructed; the flight seemed to be very easy.

"Now, the red stick is the weapon control, squeeze the trigger to fire the machine guns, move it to the left or right to select a missile point and the button on top to fire it. Don't worry too much about combat yet, you're just commanding troops this operation, they know what to do."

It would be about twelve hours before they arrived in the State of Britain, after refueling at the nearest carrier...

The Republic Guard had only dispatched the one fighter wing, twenty MiG-39's. It was hoped that simply poking around in their airspace would show the State of Britain that the D.S.R.K. meant business.

The small craft were dropped into the water, several feet outside of British territorial waters, by a stealth plane. Immediately they sank several feet underwater, and began propelling themselves towards shore. The DDVs (or Diver Delivery Vehicles) were delta shaped, and moved via water propulsion. They were also transparent.

The men riding on them, were only slightly more visible. The suits they wore, while not any sort of invisibility suit, had a wide range of colors they could change into in order to aid with camoflage. Currently they were black. The High Command had received a message from some tiny nation that in return for military assistance against aggressors mounting against them, they would in return grant us sovereignty over a portion of their lands, to be precise Scotland and Wales, the High Command decided that the resources available in England was enough to send out a Kraven Battalion of Centurians to assist in the defences and so, Captain Cortell was to take a battle fleet of two hundred and fifty vessels Including his Super Dreadnaught, break off from the main Column and head towards the State of Britain and assist in the defence of the nation…

He didn’t like it, he wanted to be part of the South East Asian deployment, but he no choice but to obey his orders, lest the Capitol Police Sturmpanzers on board massacred him and his crew, then continued on with the operation without him…

The Fleet sat still (400km from coastline), mostly running electronic survellience. It had picked up on the Kraven Fleet and most likely the Kraven fleet had picked up on theirs. The Leafanistani didn't like running dark, so their massive fleet emissions occasionally acted as jammers against enemy electromagnetic transmissions.

The majority of the emissions came from the strange cruisers that sat in the center of the fleet next to the aircraft carriers.

The Kraven fleet was breaking into the waters surrounding the State of Britain, the fleet had already been picked up by several observers which is what Kraven wanted, and as such the entire fleet was running hot, with active Battle language transmissions being sent into Britain and between vessels in the fleets…

Captain Cortell stood looking at the lush green forests of England’s shores, he felt a certain sense of pride that he was doing his bit for the Corporation but at the same time, the feeling in his gut said, he didn’t want to be here, he wanted to be in the South East Asian deployment… still he bit his lip and carried out his orders…

The fleet had arrived just outside the outlet of the Thames in London, the fleet was large enough to prevent any traffic entering the river or from leaving, but this wasn’t Kraven’s intention to blockade the port, it was just deploying the first part of the Battalion in the defence of the Capitol City..

The Transport boats were launched quickly and effectively, with the utmost efficiency that was akin to all Kraven Operations, Officers were present with the Centurians as well as several armoured vehicles, APC’s Leman Russ Battle Tanks and ZSU 633’s for general Anti Air cover…

The waters of the Thames were cast aside as each of the transport craft cut their way through the waters, the powerful V8 engines pushed the craft with a distinct noise that was notably a Kraven made engine, the pilot of the craft turned the wheel slightly to bring the small transport craft on a new heading…

Within minutes of the craft being deployed the first few crashed upon the shores of the Thames, the heavy metal landing ramp crashed onto the soft sands, and within seconds the Black jackboots of the Centurians stormed ashore, one of each squad held a Banner of the twin hammers, while other Centurians began to fan out looking for signs of enemy movements, possible deployments or booby traps…

It hadn’t taken long before the stretch of the coast line roughly half a mile long was in Kraven hands, Centurians already setting up Patrol routes, while one by one, Tanks and engineer vehicles rolled up onto the shore to begin the construction of the Kraven Beach head during this Campaign…

A Larger Transport vessel moved in closer towards shore, it had large cranes mounted upon the main section of the vessel and was used to create a makeshift dock to allow for the larger transport vessels to move in and start the deployment of the remaining Battalion.

All at the same time however the main fleet watched for Aggressors and actively searched the skies, looking for signs of enemy air craft or unidentified incoming hostiles, the Kraven forces were in position now and were ready to react to any enemy incursion should it so happen…

Live terrorist attack on parliament. Several closet homosexuals worked at the parliament building in Britain. They were very angry. A man in black had offered them an aerosol gas designed to look like lysol cans and cleaning agents. Surely, this is a internal British issue not one open for the international community which reacts with invasion forces and blockades when times have gone by when they do not bat an eye lid the genocide a of a tribal people. Noteablly by the ammount of communist states intervening, the Clandonian Government sees this an attempt to force regime change under the flag of the hammer and sickle. We praise the effects of the Kraven Corporation to safeguard the British people.
If the world wanted to react to this, it would of been better if they offered safe passage for the homosexuals of Britain in their own countries instead of bringing in the fleet.

Live terrorist attack on parliament. Several closet homosexuals worked at the parliament building in Britain. They were very angry. A man in black had offered them an aerosol gas designed to look like lysol cans and cleaning agents. Several men in the cleaning crew late at night, secretly placed the aerosol cans in various places. While the debate started about homosexuals in parliament, the cans exploded releasing a powerful pink aphrodisiac gas called "gay bombs." While not lethal, this brought out the sexual proclivities of the parliament members making them most likely go berserk with lust. Their skin also itched and it made them want to tear their clothes off. Some very interesting pictures would most likely be broadcast for a few moments...

I should have been more explicit in my response. It is not their place to invade based on their laws concerning only their own citizens, regardless of how it was selected (democratically or otherwise). That is the basis of sovereignty.

Effective 20:30 tonight, after a broadcast radio address and official notification of the British government by the OS, you are ordered to stop and search all British commerce entering water patrolled by the Imperial navy. Ships transporting human cargo are to be ceased and their crews arrested on charges of crimes against humanity. If they’re transporting weapons, order them to dock and await closer inspection.

We probably won’t confiscate the weaponry, or arrest anyone for transporting it, but docking fees are expensive and shipping delays will put pressure on their business leaders to pressure their government to end this. Don’t do anything that would unduly antagonize the British. If anyone flees, fires on you, or attacks your marines, send them to hell.

"We don't know," said Sklenova. "We didn't exactly stick around when they popped up on our radar. They could be supporting them."

"Or they could be waiting to jump in and take over Britain in the confusion when their government falls..." said Fulton. "But then, they would be a bit more secretive..."

"Let us not make unfounded speculations," said a flat, unfamiliar male voice from behind the two female officers. "We should send someone into Arterus itself to learn their intentions."

A tall man in his mid-30's stepped out from the corner. He towered over the two women, but was himself dwarfed by President Valens, or would be if the President were standing. He was about 190 cm (6'3") tall, dressed almost entirely in black with the exception of rank insignia marking him as a Brigadier General, and a badge of Kahanistan Military Intelligence.

"Brigadier General Igor Kaselev," said the man, nodding to the other officers. "Deputy Director of Anti-Kraven Intelligence." He extended his hand toward Colonel Sklenova, who accepted it firmly. "And you are Lieutenant Colonel Nadia Sklenova," said Kaselev. It was a statement of fact, he knew who she was. He paid little attention to Fulton, possibly because he saw her every time he entered the Presidential Palace, possibly because he had little to say to her.

"First things first. We need to get information out of Arterus. I recommend we go to the briefing room for this operation."

The briefing room was on the nineteenth subfloor, behind fourteen meters of radar-absorbing, radio-jamming EMP-hardened equipment and sound-deadening materials. It would be difficult to even locate it without knowing what one was looking for, let alone bug it.

The aircraft will explode in the air and be completely destroyed, leaving no traces as to its origin. The plane will explode at approximately 19,000 meters, far from any civilian habitation. "And this agent... I assume it will be me," said Major Fulton. "You did say a she." She had evidently hoped that Kaselev would be the one to fly, but he did say "she."

"No," said the general. "Lieutenant Colonel Sklenova has the greater flight experience." Turning toward her, he continued. "The SR-71 normally carries a crew of two, but you will have to read the instruments alone, so this will be a taxing operation. You will be very cold up there, you will be dressed as a slave worker under your heavy winter suit. You will not be in uniform or with any identification, it will be a nondescript black winter suit to keep you warm while you are in flight, you will remove and burn it immediately upon landing to keep the appearance of a slave worker."

Reading Sklenova's expression, the General paused. "I know you have minimal intelligence experience, I know I am asking a lot of you, Colonel. A more experienced spy would be more easily spotted, the Capitol Police know how to ferret out spies. This and your psychological profile make you an ideal candidate for this operation. I trust you remember your Krav Maga?"

Sklenova nodded, still in shock. Kaselev continued.

"If you come into contact with civilians, just blend in. There is a field manual aboard your plane that tells you how to associate with people there. You did have a basic language course before?"

Sklenova nodded again. "General Kaselev... can I ask you something?"

"Certainly," replied Kaselev.

Sklenova stepped up and approached him. "General... did you recommend me to be sent to Kraven during the Freekish invasion?"

"I did. Now, your plane is loaded and ready to take off as soon as you are ready."

Fulton stepped up. "I'd go with her, I have some intelligence background."

"Not a good idea, I'm afraid. You would both be spotted and sent to the facilities." Kaselev did not mention the birthing facilities as he wished to spare his officer's feelings.

The plane was ready to take off in Al-Qamar, about an hour's drive away...

IC: Combat Air Patrols went up hourly around the task force as it waited for the go-ahead. Rear Admiral David Nesmith patrolled the bridge of his flagship, the Chimaera, restlessly as he watched a F/A-37 land on the flight deck, skidding to a halt. A Su-47 Berkut was already on the catapult to take its place as the Talon was wheeled onto an elevator.

Nesmith sighed as he poured himself a cup of coffee and sat down in a uncomfortable aluminum chair. It was aggravating, just sitting here doing absolutely nothing. He would rather be the man he was fifteen years ago, a young lieutenant running around making sure all the planes were fueled and armed. It was tiring work, sure, but at least he always had something to do.

The Styrofoam cup missed the wastebasket. The admiral walked over and dropped it inside, gazing absently at the armada splayed out around the huge carrier. Cruisers, destroyers, and even a battleship accompanied the Chimaera.

The SR-71 was one of the first aircraft to be shaped to reduce radar signature. However, the aircraft was not stealthy and still had a fairly large radar cross-signature, and was visible on ATC radar for hundreds of miles, even when not using its transponder.

Also technically it isn't a spacesuit but a pressure suit, but damn close to one.
