We would like to purchase a steady supply of oil. The going need would be approximately 52.5 million barrels per week (Which is 7.5 million per day) and at 2.631 billion dollars, USD. Primarily, as a strategic reserve. Further, we want the contract signed to specifications that the price remain steady for at least five years. After that, any raise of more than five dollars per-barrel over the original price requires contract renewal with no obligation on each party.
