We need 12 million barrels a day moved. We can supply you with the tankers, so long as you can get them to their ports.
A group of respected gentlemen had, over the course of the day, individually received word about the Mondothan group. While a personal meeting all together was too risky, four separate smaller meetings were called, using secure phonelines to update each other occasionally.

Superb. In that case, we invite you to contact our front company Mahrian Transport Industries, Limited. Their accountants are used to writing up "payment" for assets being given. Include somewhere in the conversation that you have "implicit trust in Mahrian honesty," a phrase to alert them of the nature of our business relationship. We'll take care of the rest.
