Extending the Olive Branch (ATTN: Blackhelm, CA Forces, and Anti-CA

President Matt Booch had watched as the war against the Blackhelm Confederacy grew from small skirmishes to a full scale war involving nuclear weapons, chemical weapons, Terror bombing, and the loss of so many young lives. Nations had watched as the hordes of Griffincrest and CA forces has destroyed their houses. People had watched as The Peoples Freedom forces did the same. People had watched as young men went off to war, never to see their familes again. The more Booch thought about the situation, the more he realized the neither the CA or Anti-CA forces would ever give up. The wars were bound to be affecting both sides' Economies. While Booch knew that Blackhelm may not accept, he would have to try
From The Desk of The President
Hello, we would like to extend an invitation to the world. Come to the Island of Macthco off of our coast. Here we may discuss a peace treary to halt this terrible war that is occuring. If you accept, I propose a cease-fire on all fronts while talks go on.
Signed,
Matt Booch
OCC: I created this thread because this war has been going on for months now, and neither side has made major progress. It could go on for more months indeed. So I would appericate it if you all take this seriously and try to come up with a solution that might work for anyone. Put OCC feelings aside, and swallow your pride IC, as I have done by even writing this.

Aboard the plane, Jack sat, looking out the window at this nation below him that was having just oh so many problems. He sipped his glass of whiskey as he thought about everything that has happened to TPF these last few weeks. They got worked on the beaches outside of his hometown, Paradise City, got hit by an Undershi ICBM, and are having huge Muslim riots in their capitol. Hell, their national symbol, the Freedom Tower, got blown to bits by a nuke. People in the Confederacy may have it bad, but these guys definitly had it worse.
He looked at the pearl handled six shooter he always kept with him, and then slipped it into his suit jacket. Then he looked down at the patch he had in his suitcase. He found it on the beach just before he left to board this plane. It belonged to a TPF marine who had likely lost his life in that doomed scramble. He put that too into his jacket, maybe find out alittle more about it while he was here.

The Control Tower at Weston International Airport gave the go ahead for the Blackhelm leader to land. On the runway, Federal Police had a nearly one mile long and two mile deep preimeter around the plane. Reserve troops walked the halls. The Peoples Freedom Didnt want anything to go wrong.
The Blackhelm people would probaly be gloating over their recent conquest at the beach, but little did they know that that landing was a diversion. An expensive diversion yes, but one to test out the defenses and wait for more forces. Of course, the 10,000 Marines who had died didn't like it, but The Marine Corps had it's duty as well. The Main landing would come as an Army one and would expect 4x that amount of deaths.
Meanwhile, the leaky old tanker was given permission to land.
As the Blackhelm plane landed, a limo pulled up, carrying inside Matt Booch, President of The Peoples Freedom.

The plane swiftly landed, unloading the important passanger, Charles Smith, the head Errikan Diplomat sent to the peace talks, and the rest. They were closely followed by elite Faust Guards, who would not let them down should the situation turn sour. Though it had no reason to, as the Errikans were not directly involved in the war.
As Air Force One took off carrying Xavier Manuel, the President of the Great Imperial Federation of Icovir, the Emperor of Icovir decided that he should come. For this reason alone, 30 ISF (Imperial Special Forces) were sent with him aboard some F-16s lended to Icovir by the Scandinvans.
As Air Force One, carrying Xavier Manuel and Emperor Victor I flew over TPF, the pilot requested permission to land. Maybe now was the time that fighting between Icovir and Beiraq would finally end...

Along with it came thirty Raven XG/3T Short-take off vertical landing variants. Seth Mahone, aged 43, a high-ranking Tocrowkian diplomat had been charged with this most important mission, and he intended on carrying it out.
How ever, as the stairs were connected and the hatch opened, it was not Mahone that stepped out first, it was thirty Special Forces, dressed in long black trench coats decorated with Iron Crossed and Communist perafinila, with berets included. The presence of female soldiers reflected the openness and sophisticated nature of the Tocrowkian culture, in contrast to the more barbaric nations of the world, like the one they were in now. Captain Michael Johann arrived via a black UH-60 Blackhawk. It touched down in the helipad, and subsequently stopped its rotors. From the cargo hold, came twelve members of the infamous Wanderjarian GSG-9. These men, heavily armed and armored in their FFW suits, MR-C Rifles, and several side arms. A bandolier of grenades was strapped around their waste, revealing White Phosphorus Grenades, grenades which released ultra high temperature gasses of Phosphorus, which would melt the flesh from any person unlucky enough to walk into the deadly cloud, and Flash Bangs.
They walked in a wedge formation, with their face masks down. As they approached President Booch and the Blackhelm Confederacy Rep, the leader spoke, "Emperor Baker sends his regards. We are here to ensure no harm comes to any delegates in this conference, and so that it may proceed. Now then, Mr. Booch, we must insist that your Federal Policemen are not held by the BC forces. The F-16s landed first, then landed Air Force One, carrying the Emperor and Xavier Manuel.
The Emperor stepped out, wearing, instead of his Traditional Dress, a black business suit. Then stepped out Xavier Manuel. Empress Diana decided not to come to this meeting, but she was worried about whether or not the saftey of her husband was ensured.
The Emperor looked at the Griffencrest "subhumans" with disgust. Was this even going to work? Was he risking his life, and the life of the 1st President of the Great Imperial Federation of Icovir, for nothing?
The Emperor walked up to Captain Daniel Looch, the leader of one of the Imperial Special Forces squads.
"If anything goes wrong, you have my word to shoot every one of these bastards attending these negotiations. That is not including our allies' delegates. Understand?"
"نعم" (Na'am). said the Captain, he spoke only Arabic.
The Emperor and Captain then walked into the meeting room. Wanting nobody to know what their talking about, Xavier Manuel spoke in Arabic to the Emperor.

He didn't have much hope in these negotiations. Tenarius was demanding the return of Japan, as well as a 5 billion indemnity for damages caused to the Empire as minimum terms from the Hatarian scum. 20-10-2006, 21:49
The Undershi Ministry of Foreign Affairs had decided that, with their very homeland facing imminent Hatarian invasion, the possibility of a peaceful solution to the war would be preferable to continued fighting. Therefore, they had sent a delegation, consisting not of their Leader or the High Command, but rather of a Major from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a group of IIS soldiers and Agents, the soldiers for show - they look impressive and intimidating in their black armour and uniforms, with their black leather storm coats. The Agents... they were there to "advise" the Undershi delegate, advise him on which actions he should take to ensure the best possible outcome for the Empire.
The total delegation came to thirty four - twenty IIS guards, ten IIS Agents, the Major from the Foreign Affairs office, and three secereteries, also from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
They arrived aboard three Arctic Finch VTOLs, specially disarmed for this occasion, full of words about peace and love and mutual prosperity. Words. They also brought word of a policy decision on the part of Aleksander Miller - since the TPF government refused a return to pre-war conditions, they would have no choice but to keep on fighting until they can convince them to agree to such a deal.
