Rebellion in Estoniciva Provinces

Estoniciva
18-10-2006, 18:27
Ashimi, a small town of five thousand people was in a 'outer' province, meaning it was nearly 100 miles or more away from the capital of the country, Bostoon and the government which was the Sun More Way government. In technicality, Ashimi was about 137 miles south of the capital.

The Sun More Way government established rule over this small independent country over three years ago with the promise of that they would get independence for the small country. Which was achieved. The Sun More way also promised and upheld;

- No corruption

- No religious activities of any kind

- Official membership into the party

- No other parties allowed

- Working class people would be forced to work 14 hours a day while upper middle class and rich people could work four days a week.

- No elections

- Loyalty to the Su More Way party

- Rounding up of communists.

The Sun More Way party is a party that is run by Tsaki Huna and is a fascist right-wing party. With strict controls over the military where anyone over the age of 14 would be conscripted int the army, the Sun more Way party controls everything.

Back to Ashimi:

Several armed men moved through the dense bush that surrounded the small town of five thousand people. There was a police station and a small army garrison of 15 soldiers in the center of town. The small band of armed men and women numbering 35 had planted a bomb at the edge of town on the only road leading out, and when the mayor's car hit the roadside bomb they would then attack the police station and garrison.

Several minutes later a white car in between two police cars drove onto the road entering into town. A massive explosion shook the ground as the windows in all three vehicles were blown out and the lead police car was flipped over onto its roof on the side of the road.

Gunfire erupted as several dozen rebels opened fire at police and soldiers. Civilians at the local market ran and/ or ducked for cover as several grenades were thrown at police. Two police men were cut down in the immediate exchange of gunfire and a rebel fell to a soldier's bullet.

Several rebels ran around the side of a building and one rebel hit a young policeman in the face with the butt of his gun. The other rebels opened fire on a crowd of soldiers and civilians, striking several of both. After about twenty minutes the gunmen and women escaped back into the woods with two captured policemen.

In the ensuring bomb attack and gunfight, 2 police officers were killed in the bomb attack and 5 people including he mayor were injured. In the ensuring battle, 4 police officers, 3 rebels, 2 civilians, and 2 soldiers were killed and 29 people were wounded.

Estoniciva news;

Today communist traitors attacked the small town of Ashimi. Sadly, in the ensuring cowardly attack 13 people lost their lives and several dozen were badly wounded. Government forces are moving into the area to ensure that no more violence occurs.

In the capital of Bostoon at the governmental palace the leader of Estoniciva a younger man in his early forties Tsaki Huna stood up and spoke;

"The nation of Estoniciva has been attacked by communist traitors. However I believe that the populice of Ashimi was also aware of the attack that claimed the lives of 13 people. I believe we should sweep Ashimi and take in for question anyone who is 18-35 age range and interrogate them for information."

At this his general nodded.

The next day several large military jeeps arrived at the small town of Ashimi, passing the burned out wreckage of the three vehicles that had been left on the side of the road. They were here to collect any male between the age of 18-35 and they would bring them back to the capital for interrogation.

Some of the villagers had thought they had come to give medical aid since there was no hospital for civilians nd there was fear that several more civilians might pass on.

However, the soldiers roughly grabbed at some young men and pushed them onto the truck. There was some cries from several young women and some elderly women as a elderly woman nearly 68 was knocked to the ground as her two adult sons were pushed onto one of the trucks.

At one of the houses a man ages 25 hit a soldier in the back with a shovel, and a second soldier shot the young man several times point blank in the chest with a semi-automatic weapon. The young man crumpled to the ground, dead, and his young wife and four small children huddled around him and began to cry.

Several more incidents of gunfire was reported in the town and a second young man was shot and killed by government forces. The government took 45 men ranging from 18-35 and left 2 young civilians dead and another wounded before they left, giving the towns people only a small bag of aid.

Elsewhere, about 10 miles away from Ashimi, two army jeeps were attacked by small arms fire. Several rebels opened fire with pistols and Ak-47s at the five soldiers in the two jeeps. In a short return of gunfire, the soldiers quickly fell. Several of the guerillas advanced and one of the soldiers was still moving and they quickly pelted his body with bullets. In this exchange of fire, all five soldiers were killed and 2 rebels were injured.

Estoniciva news;

Today trouble again is reported in our outer provinces where a government patrol was attacked by rebels. In the battle five of our brave soldiers were killed in battle and it is asumed that many rebels were killed. The soldiers uniforms, weapons and both army vehicles were taken.

Official Statement from the Socialist Republic of Montegrande

The Socialist Republic is horrorized to know about the fascist procedures done by the government of Estoniciva in the last time, and the outbreak of a communist rebellion. The Socialist republic gives 24 hours to the Sun More Way Party to leave government and call to elections to be held in a week and also give the posibility to the smaller country to be independent if the people decides it. If that terms are not met, the Socialist Republic calls the communist rebels the "official government", declares war on Estoniciva´s totalitarian Sun More Way Party and supports the stablishment of a secular democracy in Estoniciva, even sending troops from the People´s Liberation Army.

Telegram for the communist leadership

The Socialist Republic of Montegrande hereby supports their comrades in Estoniciva, even when the Socialist Republic warns the communist party that if any violation to human rights is done, all support will be retired by the Socialist Republic of Montegrande. Also, the Socialist Republic suggests the creation of a People´s Front to take down the fascists, a People´s Front that should be made of the left wing parties and may be centrist parties which support social democracy.

Government of Ashanu;

We as democratic socialists stand with the government of Montegrande in its statement that the actions taken by the Sun More Way Party and its fascists actions that have led to the deaths of at least two villagers in the small town of Ashimi. However, we as a U.N member (just need the e-mail) cannot the communist rebels but we hope that the government of Estoniciva and the 'communist' rebels hold peace talks and join in a national concilatory government that will look at the aspects that have resulted in this outbreak of violence. We are also willing to place peacekeepers in between the two sides if asked by the government and rebels. And we would also like as the Montegrande government demands, elections as soon as possible.

Thank you for your support. In three long years of Sun More Way governance, we were promised elections and democracy and a free country where the political distinction of a person would not recognized everyone would be equal. We supported the Sun More Way until we saw its lies that the only way one can be equal is if they are a full party member that lives within the upscale center of Bostoon are capital. The working class and the people who do oppose Sun More Way views would either be eliminated or forced to do horrible work. We are communist in nature and believe the destruction of this higher middle class and upper class and equal footing for al needs to be ensured. However, we respect human rights and if any of our field commanders commit human rights abuses we would oppose them and make them stand on trial for their crimes. We cannot act like the Sun More Way, we have to show our people a different way. There is a smaller Socialist group but they do not want to associate with us yet however if we gain more power, a far left-wing approach may gather more support.

We thank you again for your support comrades. And long live the revolution.

Government forces about 155 miles south of Bostoon spotted a small encampment of armed men and women. The soldiers numbered about 50 and the armed men and women numbered 16. The two tanks in the army convoy opened up and lobbed two tank shells at the encampment. Two huge explosions rocked the ground and dirt and an ammo box flew high in the air. Several of the rebels fell to the ground, some of them moving and some of them stilling.

Gun fire erupted from the muzzles of the army guns and small arms fire was returned striking a young thirteen ear old private i the head killing him. Several more tank shells were fired at the rebel encampment and explosions shook the ground and dirt flew into the air.

After about fifteen minutes a white flag flew from one of the rebel tents. The government forces ordered the surviving rebels to come to them, 7 men and two women stood with there hands raised and marched the six hundred meters to the soldiers who handcuffed them.

The army officer, looked at his troops and saw the dead private as well as the several wounded soldiers. He took out his pistol and shot one of the men in the head and said,

"This is for that private, as well, if any of you try to escape your comrades will be executed. The soldiers marched into the encampment where 4 more dead bodies were found as well as one injuried rebel. The injuried rebel was handcuffed as well and put roughly in a military vehicle. The other rebels had escapped. The battle resulted in 5 rebel deaths, 1 soldier being killed, several people being wounded and 9 rebels being captured.

Estoniciva news;

Great news today. In the third day of this communist rebellion a large rebel encampment was attacked and taken over by troops. (Show footage of brave Sun More Way troops) and 9 rebels were captured. So far in this two day rebellion nearly 30 people have been killed and 100 wounded. However, no rebellion or foreign influence will shake the Sun More Way path.

To the socialist group in Estoniciva:

About the situation of the outbreak of a communist rebellion, the Socialist Republic of Montegrande has spoken in support of the abolishment of the fascist dictatorship and if that war is the only way to stablish democracy, we will send our troops. The Socialist Republic wants to stablish a People´s Frontin Estoniciva to give finally democracy to the people, and our objective is that you join the communist rebels to form that unity. We shall not leave our comrades alone and if in 24 hours the dictator doesn´t abdicate, the Socialist Republic will send troops to stablish democracy in the country. Long live the revolution!

To the communist leadership

We send this telegram to inform the communists in Estoniciva that a telegram has been sent to the socialist group calling for a left unity to take down the fascists. Also, we forgot to inform that if in 24 hours the Sun More Way Partyu hasn´t left government, the Socialist Republic will enter in war against them and send troops to support the rebellion. However, our goal is stablishing democracy and not turning the country into a communist dictatorship either, but that doesn´t mean we won´t support the organization of a leftist coalition to reform the country.

Manuel Salvatierra, Foreign Affairs Minister, Socialist Republic of Montegrande

To governmental forces:

This is our last warning: back off or we will be in the obligation of sending troops to end the fascist abuse. Any case of torture or civil rights violations shall be payed by the Sun More Way Party and open and just trials would be held because of that abuses. The Socialist Republic won´t sit and wait to see how the proletariat of Estoniciva is being tormented by you.

At a communist encampment about 200 miles south of capital. Communist rebel headquarters.

Mikar Sathesta, 36, the communist leader of roughly 400-1500 rebel fighters. He was a young man with a thick beard well versed in communist thought. He was an extremely radical idealist who believed totally in communist however he surrounded himself with more moderate people, some being socialists, other communist for his movement.

However, it was well known that there was more support in the country for the Sun More Way political movement it was just a fact. One could roughly state that only 30% of the country at the most harbourered leftist feelings and only 15% had centralist feelings, the country was a more right wing country.

However, 75% of the country was working class and that is what the communist group of rebels was banking on. And if they needed foreign troops to help them combat the government forces they would be happy to have a limited number of troops, to act as advisors.

However the meeting they had now had to deal with the capture of one of their bases,

Hasn Treeto, the only right-wing person within the organization stated;

"With the captured of this base, this leaves us with a foot hole in this outermost province. However, we are having better operations as we get closer to the capital and have teams in provinces here, here and here."

Defence strategist Ikino Suzami stated;

"We can attack here and here, but unless more people join our organization we can only operate with hits and runs. Operation Diablo in Bostoon though is going off without a hitch."

A rally at the Presidential palace was arraigned by Sun More Way party officials where 50,000 people held banners in support of the government and no to the two foreign countries that had stated they would be prepared for action. The government statement to this was;

"This country would be the deathbed for foreign imperialists."

-------------

Socialist convention in Bostoon;

About fifteen young intellectuals met and discussed the actions by the communists. They were fearful that such actions would erode all support for lefties and have more support to a government that even though it had five million people had a 60,000 strong army. With militias that brought it up to 70,000 or even 75,000 people.

They decided o not respond to the Montegrende letter and wait and watch.

----------

Operation Diablo:

In Bostoon a young man looked at the police official drink coffee with a subordinate. This was at a small open cafe, where several civilians and several other policement sat. walking closer to the two men, the young man was noticed by one of the police officers who shouted a warning to the two men who looked at the young man before he detonated an explosive belt. The explosions knocked waiters off their feet and knocked patrons and tables over. The explosion killed the police official, and the young rebel as well as two civilians near by and injuried nearly 30 others, including 10 police officers.

Greetings, officials of the Sun More Way government.

Communist uprising in your nation has come to our attention, and we believe it is in our mutual interests to act to crush this rebellion before it spreads. We have noted that many other, larger nations are collecting resources to attack you. This is completely despicable, and we would like to assist you. If you accept, an Organization representative will be transported to a location you designate via helicopter, where he will work with your people to come to an agreement on an alliance. Once the alliance is finalized, we have a number of elitely-trained soldiers ready to assist your combatants to destroy this rebellion.

We eagerly await your response.

San Arturo, Montegrande

The troops that Montegrande promised to end the fascist abuses in Estoniciva were preparing for action. They were about 80,000 men and women, trained in the rough discipline of the montegrandean army, and with an excellent technology backing them. Montegrande, even when it was a socialist nation, was a big and rich country, and could afford a powerful army, as well as a great quality of life even for the poorest montegrandeans. The orders was waiting for the 24 hours term and then concentrate to gather rapidly the southern territories of Estoniciva. They were also prepared to build 4 campaign hospitals to meet inmediate health needings of the populace. Knowing the health problems of Ashami was a key factor in the rapid determination of the montegrandeans to act, united with the urge of ending the violence, and the only way to do that was stablishing democracy.
The Red Star was preparing to glow over the people of Estoniciva.

Fighting was short and quick as 4 soldiers, and 2 rebels were killed. About a dozen soldiers were captured and several dozen people were wounded in the fighting.

About 10 miles north of the village, a small town of Islan, population 2,000 was attacked by 200 well armed rebels. Be aware that your are still on time to back off from the conflict and call to free and open elections, and that is what we pretend. The troops will be sent only to end this bloody rampage and stablish the only system that could prevent it: democracy.

To rebel leadership:

We are sending now our troops, but they will take time to arrive on Estonicivian territory. Also, if any harm is done to the freedom of the people, even members of the Sun More Way (that we hope won´t be abolished as a political group but their officers responsible for violations of civil rights or political freedoms will be tried on impartial courts once the conflict has stopped, as well as any one responsible for killing civilians from now on). Several government bombers flew over an area of fifteen miles that was in rebel control. Over the three communities that were now in rebel control they dropped over 100 pounds of ammunition onto them with explosions rocking the communities and small fires seen from the sky. As they were turning back a missile streaked from the ground and hit one of the bombers, hitting it in its belly resulting in the plane exploding and killing the crew of six.

More bombs fell before the government planes flew away.

In the villages, a total of 37 civilians and 9 rebels were killed in the attack and nearly 150 people were wounded.

The one week long rebellion had cost the lives of nearly 150 people and wounded 1,000 more. Also, 50 government forces and 9 rebels were held captured on either side.

Mikar Sathesta, looked at his communist fellows and looked down at his feet. They had heard from local communists about the government attack on their rebel held area and the resulting deaths that had been caused. In one week, nearly 150 Estoniciva citizens had been killed in violence and if foreign governments got involved in this conflict. A lot more people would be killed. However, this was the price they had to pay to achieve victory against the fascists.

"We need to wait until the other troops arrive. Nearly 80,000 of them. If they proceed with a bombing campaign of the capital, then we with their support can move out." One leader said.

Mikar nodded and stated, "We will need to wait. Continue with small rebel actions across the country to destabilize the government. Ensure minimal civilian losses. Victory is at hand."

The young rebel put the gun around his shoulder and marched with the twelve other rebels that were in front of him. They were marching back to the main rebel base about twenty miles away. Then a gun went off and the lead rebel collapsed. Gun fire erupted and the young rebel, no more than 15 threw the rifle off his shoulder and fired, the gun recoiling and jumping out of his hands after two shots. He then hit the dirt and more machine gun fire was heard and bullets whizzed over his head. The rebels in front of him colllapsed one by one.

Then he almost screamed but stayed quiet as several of the soldiers came over, and it seemed like hours placed each and every rebel in a large dug out hole and then began to burry they. As well as the yuong rebel.

In total all thirteen rebels and 3 soldiers were killed in the exchange of fire.

The socialist organization in Bostoon planned action. At the local t.v. station four men and two women, marched in and fired into the air. Clearing the station of civilians and detaining the three security guards the six prepared for a broadcast.

A young man only 22 stood in front of the camera and stated;

"To the people of Estoniciva. The Sun More Way Party promised and the pormised that life would be better. However, 75% of us remain as working class servants with no hospitals or infrastrucure in our outer communities except for a few close to Bostoon. Our young sons and daughters, aged 12 and more are conscripted into an army and brainwashed into a fascist ideology.

A rebellion is brewing in our southern provinces and today the Socialist federation of Estoniciva stands in support of this rebellion and its foreign backers. Today we will be liberated from fascist rule and then Estonicivians can decide for themselves."

Operation People´s Hammer

In the southern lands of Estoniciva the rural tranquility was broken by sounds from vessels, planes, and ground vehicles. The promised montegrandean attack against the Sun More Way Party fascists was starting, with the rapidness of a thunder. Small and numerous montegrandean mechanized infantry companies, backed by armoured divisions and the powerful fire of mortars were ordered to attack simultaneously the governmental positions as soon as they were found, and the planes were searching for enemy aircraft or fascists bases and begin battle inmediatly. The montegrandean attack was planned to fall heavily as a hammer over the fascists in the south of the country, using their fast transportation and their great communication systems, and the objective was to assure the rebellion the control of all the south of the country, before a frontal attack on Bostoon and the government itself could be launched. Also, with the south under rebel control, montegrandeans could deliver weapons, food, and medical supplies to the rebel side. Also, the commandoes were ordered to contact the communist leadership and ask them for any specific mission. Also, in the south, a prodemocratic provisional government could be stablished.

The montegrandean troops have begun actions in the sun, attempting to end the fascist control in all the southern regions of the country. We inform you that again, we are to stablish democracy in Estoniciva and will not support killing civilians, but we will help to destroy the governmental troops and paramilitary in the country and bring power back to the people. If things do as planned, a direct contact between us and the rebel positions will be achieved.

Well, I have 80,000 troops sent to Estoniciva, and that number includes my engineers and medical personel (don´t forget I want to stablish hospitals in all the liberated territory). My aircraft will consist in:

45 updtated Su-35
45 updated MiG-31
15 MTG-33 Cóndor Dorado (montegrandean version of Su-47 Berkut)
5 SB-22 Sariel
30 B-52
32 transport planes
3 AWACS
5 small non tripulated spy planes
30 Hind Assault Helicopters (modified and updated, of course)

Also, I have tanks, mortars and other heavy artillery, APCs, but I will clear out numbers and the type of the vehicles and artillery later. My troops use montegrandean assault rifles. Well, may be my forces are a little big, but the situation is violent and I couldn´t wait and see how communist controlled villages are being bombed with no concern for the people of that villages. A government battalion of nearly 400 soldiers was in a southern city of 100,000 people and was being attacked by nearly 150 rebels. Heavy machine gun fire could be heard over the city of Istanu, for the second consecutive day. The first day of bloody violence had resulted in 10 civilians being killed and an untold number of soldiers and rebels being killed or wounded. If the rebels were able to take this city then they would be in control of a southern province and only 100 miles away from the capital.

A request for a montegrande battalion or two and a medical unit made its way to rebel HQ.

Elsewhere, Kai Sakai shook hands with the representative aboard the chopper.

"I as that you deploy some of your forces, in a heli or from the ground to the southern city of Istanu. It is vital to the southern war and if that falls most of the south will be in rebel control"

In two eastern provinces, both of the provinces called La Lamos and Siva, a total population of 179,000 nearly 115,000 being of a minority ethnic group called the Uighers an explosion rocked the capital city of Siva province, which was Uins with a population of 41,000 people.

Gunfire was reported in the streets of the city as gunmen, mostly in military uniforms opened heavy fire onto the government armour in the center of town. These soldiers were minority Uighers and at the report of instability in the rest of the country they were prepared to rise up and declare and independent state of Uigistan. Fighting continued as Uigher soldiers entered into a church and gunned down the priest and two non Uigher civilians that were hiding there.

Explosions continued as soliders fought against each other. A military jeep was pelted with bullets and the two wounded soldiers were dragged out of the vehicle and shot. After a vicious two hour battle the Estoniciva flag was ripped from the center of town and the Republic of Uigistan was declared.

In the intense battle, 35 government soldiers, 27 civilians and 11 seperatists were killed in the fighting.

Also, the bombardments over governmental bases in the south of the country began with all its strength, and the troops started a series of rapid offensives with the objective of rounding the fascist forces of the south. Also, a convoy of 5000 montegrandean soldiers, scorted by 5 MiGs and 5 Su-35, and 15 tanks carried medical supplies, 100 mortars and 20 tanks to be given to the rebels. Also, the montegrandean planned to train estonicivian pilots in Su-27s, to then give the rebels 20 Su-27s, creating a rebel airforce. Also, commandoes were sent to contact the socialist leaders and take them to the rebel-montegrandean controlled territory in the south. The order was to destabilize the sun more way party control of the south of the country. If that objective was met with the needed quickness, the capital would be at hand.

At one of the government military bases about 115 miles SE of the government capital. Bombs began to rain down on the base and hit strategically at the anti-aircraft and the several bombers that were on the runway. Sadly two bombs hit the local medical center but other than that, and the destruction of four of the five bombers everything went off without a hitch. In total 7 soldiers, (5 at the hospital) were killed and nearly 15 others were wounded.

At a second military base damage was significant and nearly 12 soliders were killed and 30 others injuried in that aerial attack.

In the city of Istanu rebels continued to exchange gunfire with government forces. at the arrival of Montegrande troops, success would be at hand. The rebels pushed deeper into the city as civilians stayed in there homes and away from windows as gunfire was still reported and was heavy in the center of the city.

Nearly 65 miles away from the capital of Bostoon, a government battalion of 200 soldiers with 8 tanks met up with a Montegrande battalion. And with surprise opened up with tank shells and machine gun and heavy weaponry fire at the Montegrande forces.

--------

In the capital of Bostoon, most socialist leaders were happy with the arrival of commandos and took flight, with government forces too busy building defences for an attack on the capital escape would be pretty easy.

----------

In the two eastern provinces, violence flared as a three Uigher battalions of nearly 1,000 people each attacked 250 government forces. A three hour battle occured and in the end the largely outmatched government forces surrendered to the Uigher fighters. In the intense battle, 100 soldiers were killed, along with 37 Uigher seperatists. Nearly 64 soldiers were captured.

Small squirmishes continued but after about a twenty minute gunbattle, most of the surviving Sun More Way troops began to surrender. The soldiers raised their hands in the air after dropping their weapons. A total of 45 soldiers were killed and nearly 70 others were captured.

The city of Isthanu fell by nightfall and a clear understanding of the fighting could be seen. The battle resulted in the deaths of 42 civilians, 70 soldiers, and 29 rebels. 330 soldiers were captured in the combat.

Many injuried civilians needed medical assistance from the battle and rebel forces along with Montegrande medics began to look to assist civilians.

The montegrandean soldiers returned fire with their powerful assault rifles, and 2 montegrandean soldiers using machineguns opened fire as well. 3 montegrandeans were killed so far by that surprise attack.

Also, the control of the lands of the south allowed the montegrandeans to send 20,000 more soldiers, with more tanks, heavy artillery, APCs, grenades, machine guns, assault rifles and rocketry to enter Estonicivan territory. Also, 20 B-52s as well as 20 Su-35 and 20 MiG-29s were sent into action in Estoniciva. The objective for the montegrandean troops were gathering territory 20 miles south, west and east from Bostoon, which would make possible a massive attack on Bostoon in short time if the Sun More Way troops defending that locations were defeated.

A massive tank, mechanized infantry and artillery offensives were started in that three directions, being the attacks not only made with mortars as done in the first stages of the offensive, but also with deadly, but heavier and slower to carry montegrandean howitzers. Also, in the night, the first action of the powerful SB-22 Sariel and MTG-33 Condor Dorado was planned: a powerful, but rapid bombing over an important governmental base in the center of the offensive, with the objective of destroying all the aircraft and anti air devices that could be found in the base. The fastness and undetectability of the very modern aircraft that the montegrandean sent only as an elite was ordered not to be specially deadly, but act swiftly and with no losses, and that could inflict a sensation of defeat on the fascists, even when for security reasons, this first action wouldn´t be too deadly for their forces. That planes couldn´t be risked as the B-52s, Sus and MiGs that were used massively to do the most deadly (and less safe for the montegrandeans) attacks: the SB-22s and MTG-33s were being used to reduce the responsiveness of the sun more way forces to the more conventional air attacks.

Another possible thing for the montegrandeans with the rebel side controlling the south was sending more medical and some education personel, and materials, engineers and technicians to build 8 more campaign hospitals as well as 4 provisory schools. More weaponry was sent to the rebel side, too: 300 APCs, 5000 assault rifles, over 8,000 grenades, 100 mortars, 50 howitzers, 15 Su-27s and 15 MiG-29 Fulcrums were delivered, as well as instructors to create a rebel airforce. Also, food shipments were arriving regularly, with the objective of preventing the starvation of the populace.

The commandos and other intelligence units were ordered to alert the citizens of Bostoon to flee from the city, using radio, sending panflets and contacting people from the resistance that werre still of Bostoon. The montegrandeans were firm in the south, and that allowed them to advance as soon as possible to the north and liberate Bostoon in a expected short term, to avoid more deaths in a conflict that in short time was killing so many people. Also, the intention of avoiding the intensification of the ethnic violence that broke out in the Uigher territory forced the montegrandeans to push all that they could to reach that Eastern territory.

Montegrandean Fury

They knew they probably wouldn´t see their comrades ever again, at least alive. It was obvious the fascists took them as hostages to negotiate a convenient agreement, and knew now their value was down to zero, knowing the montegrandean wouldn´t agree to start the agreements that the fascists planned to favor them, they would be killed, or that would happen with a high probability. However, they didn´t put the blame on their government, which suported any decision the rebel side could take, but in the fascist Sun More Way Party, a party that certainly shouldn´t rule any country, because of the damage it was capable of.

That explains what happened with the montegrandean determination to end fascist rule in Estoniciva: the soldiers fought with more courage than ever, and they were to assure that nobody opposed the stablishment of democracy in Estoniciva. The bombings over rebel bases were intensified, and even 4 soldiers lost their lives in the skirmish in which the 2 montegrandeans were captured, the montegrandean were fiercer than ever since the conflict started, the red fury was to push the fascists out of Bostoon, or they pretended so. However, the order was treating the fascist prisoners with humanity and respect, and maintain humanitary conditions for the prisoners.

"Do you have any problem we can help you to solve?".

She then remembered why she wanted to get the attention of the Montegrande troops and she grabbed the young soldier's hand and tugged to indicate that she wanted her to follow and ran away back into the woods.

Hoping the soldiers were following she ran about 1500 m before she came to a hut where the bodies of four civilians, an elderly man, an elderly woman, one young girl and a teenage boy were laid out in front of the building, either shot or stabbed. Sun More Way troops, about one hundred of them tiredly marched in the woods. They were poorly fed and they were extremely young. However, they were elite Sun More Way troops having been taken away from their families at the age of tweleve, many of them about six to seven years ago. The officers in the group came to no more than the age of 30.

As they marched the government forces were assaulted by well arm fire that ripped through the ranks. Rebel forces numbering about 500 soldiers attacked with mortar fire as well as machine gun fire and tank fire.

The troops prepared and dug in up a slick hill and returned fire with the rebels. A stalemate emerged as heavy skills opened up and rains began pouring down which was making the hill slick to climb. Mortar shells were lobbed up the hill and blew apart Sun More Way structures and machine gun fire was intense at points in times and other times light.

A rebel charge was repulsed later in the battle as the soldiers opened fired as the rebels struggled up the hill. Rebels fell and others crawled back to their lines.

The offer of surrender was given to the government troops later on in the day, however, they tossed hand grenades down the hill in response to the offer. And twenty minutes later, 60 mortar shells rained down on government positions and nearly 200 rebels backed by tank 50 cal fire charged up the hill and after a quick fight the battle was finally over.

Sadly, the combat resulted in all 100 government soldiers being killed in the battle, some of the younger ones clinging to each other, as they either hid from mortar shells or from the rebels. The battle was heavier of the rebel side, nearly 120+ rebels were killed and nearly 200+ were wounded.

The organization was known as the Black Jacks. They were a mercenary group that was hired by the Canadstein government to do work in other countries. They had just recently gotten a assignment from the Goverment. The objective was to help the rebels in Estoniciva. The men inside were already informed and getting ready to board a truck that would go to a airport. Then into a plane that would head for Estoniciva.

A message was sent to the rebels in Estoniciva. It was encoded and sent from a outlying outpost in the Canadstein wilderness.

The Canadstein is going to help your might rebel cause. Your country has been opressed for too long. We have sent a detachment of men that are heading for your country right now. They have the orders to be sent to a town, which you can pick, and secure it from any Sun More Way troops. We hope this men can help your mighty cause against the facist pigs.

Two trucks pulled down a long stretch of road. On one side was a fence. The trucks turned to the left and into the airbase. Two lone planes were on the airfield. The trucks stopped in front of the aircraft. Men rushed out into the planes. As the planes started up and the supplies loaded up, the trucks drove off from once they came. The planes went around the runway and took off. The men inside had no idea where they were going. Only the pilots knew that they were going to fly over Estoniciva, but that was it. They just knew that more information would come later. Most the men in the back were sleeping or reading.

Also, 15 Montegrande soldiers had been killed in combat on the rebel side, while foreign troops for the government side had not been reported in combat yet and had not been taken captive or killed.

Communist Leadership to Canadstein government;

We thank you in your contribution of mercenaries that will assist with the overthrow of the fascist government. Too many people have died in this cause to end now.

-----------

Bostoon;

The President of Estoniciva and the head of the Sun More Way party stood in front of a demonstration of 25,000 people. These people shouted clearly;

"Foreign backed dogs. Your death will come. The blood of our compatriots are on your hands. We will fight you and your foreign dogs till the end."

At that the President happily showed the crowd on a Jumbotron, a video of a government camp where two foreign, Montegrande soldiers were being held. Both had bruises and one had a black eye and a cut on his forehead but they were both alive and well.

The plane was overhead Estoniciva. The men started to get up and saw a red light go off. The back ramp started to go down. The supplies flew out and once all the supplies where gone it was very tense. The men all were waiting for the red light to change to green. As the light changed the men started to jump out. Jumping out they looked down toward the town. Then after a couple of seconds their parachutes opened up. As they slowly came down from the sky a detachment of the men landed on the roof of the city hall and secured it. The rest of the men secured a perimeter around the town and brought their supplies into the perimeter. A stone-faced major grabbed his gun and went up toward a civilian that was outside his house. "Sir, Major Packer of the Black Jacks. We have come in to represent the Canadstein government to help the rebels. Can you please bring me the leader of the rebels in this town?"

As the young soldier saw the young boy dangerously hurt, the soldier yelled calling for help, attracting the doctor and the nurses that were attending civilians in Ashami, that made everything possible to save the boy in their lack of supplies, while the hospitals were located to the south. One of the Hind helicopters was prepared to take the boy to the nearest campaign hospital, accompanied by his sister if she wanted. They could keep him alive til they arrived to the hospital, or so they hoped.

The chief of the montegrandean soldiers in Ashami wrote to the high command in Estoniciva and the montegrandean government, asking for more doctors, medical personel, medical supplies and hospitals, as well as he described the situation of the villages involved in the war as critical.

------------------------------------------------------------------

More attacks were launched by montegrandean soldiers against fascist troops. In the west and East of the front air bombings were continued with all their strength and the offensives continued as they were started. In the center, 100 howitzers and near 200 mortars placed their objective in a small point of the enemy lines, expecting to destroy the fascist lines. Right after the bombing, two mechanized infantry companies (350 each) and one armoured brigades (about 50 tanks) advanced to engage combat with the enemy, as well as 4 mechanized infantry companies and 2 tank brigades were awaiting as reserve. This operation was a intense attack used to diminish the resistance of the fascist forces, as they saw the superior technology and preparation the montegrandeans claimed to have.

Fascist troops opened fire on the Montegrande forces and they took cover as bombs began to fall on their troops. Sun More Way troops in about 30 mechanized tanks returned fire with tank and 50 cal. Government troops were about 3,000 soldiers in strength.

As the enemies returned fire with a great number, the 4 mechanized infantry (350 soldiers each) divisions and the 100 more tanks from the 2 tank brigades entered the battle. The howitzers and mortars continued their fire. Another 8 soldiers died and 30 were wounded in the fascist return of fire and the battle was in equal numbers with more artillery, tanks and the cover of APCs for the montegrandeans. If this battle was won, the things would be easier for the montegrandeans.

As Major Packer waited a young private ran up to him. His face was a deep pink. The young private seemed to be out of breath. Packer gave him a minute to rest. The private gave a salute to Major Packer and stood at attention. Major Packer saluted back to the private.

"Major we have secured a perimeter and starting to form a defensive line. Also we have started to convert the town hall into our HQ."

"That all seems good private."

------------------------------------------------------------------

The private ran off as the Major waited for General Mikar. The private entered the town hall. He picked up a crate and brought it into a room. Taking out a knife he opened the crate. The crate held rations for the men. He started to grab them and put them on a table.

"Irving come here. I need your help."

The private raised his head as he counted the rations. He walked into the hallway wondering where the noise had come from. The private was Irving Morrel. A few months ago he had joined the Blacks Jacks. This was he first mission. Walking into another room he found a Corporal.

"I need your help to hook up this radio. Can you do it?"

"Let me see."

Irving went under the table see the radio. Coming back within moments he looked at Corporal.

"I think I can. Hand me those wires."

The corporal handed Irving the wires. Once getting the wires, Irving went underneath the table. He came back within 5 minutes. Flipping a switch the radio turned on.

"There you go Corporal all done."

As the radio hummed a voice could be heard.

"This is Sgt.Chester Martin. We are at the NW side of the town and we are going to need some supplies. Also the other men at the stations have required ammo to be delivered."

A map of the city was on the wall. It had been divided into four sectors. Each sector either defended the North, South, East, or West sides. Irving looked at the map and looked at the Corporal.

"I guess duty calls."

Grabbing some crates he went into a side building. It held a total of three vehicles. There was a NJ 2046, which was a transport vehicle, WZ 551 APC, and an ATV. Putting the crates into the NJ 2046, Irving got into it. He started it up and took to the streets.

------------------------------------------------------------------

As Irving drove down a street he was heading to the last sector, the North sector. Stopping in front of a building he looked at the men standing there. As he stopped the men started to pull out supplies. Getting out of the vehicle he looked for Sgt.Martin. He wore a toque and held a sniper rifle. Opening up a crate he took a few rations.

"Thank you."

"So Sgt. you will be back in a couple of days. Right?"

Sgt. Martin gave a thumbs up and walked past the perimeter. Looking up toward the mountain, Sgt. Martin walked into a field of corn. Once getting past the field of corn he made his way up the mountain. Finding a good spot, Chester took a break. Then he pulled a shovel out of his backpack. He started to dig a hole. Once the hole was deep enough he put his stuff in it. Getting some fallen branches he put them onto of the hole. Crawling his way into the hole he looked down toward the city. His hand entered the backpack. His hand reappeared with binoculars and a radio. Turning the a radio on he started to talk.

"This is Sgt.Martin I found a good spot. I can see the whole time from up here."

Looking threw his binoculars he saw the town. His hand gripped the sniper rifle.

------------------------------------------------------------------

As Irving drove back he was thinking. He knew this was just the beginning.

Government soldiers were positioned about 600 meters from the foreign troops that had taken the small village of roughly 300 people. They had positioned several mortar machines and with a look at the peace ful village they put several mortar shells that were fired into the village. Explosions could be heard from the government positions.

__------

As well a rebel convoy of two tanks provided by the Montegrande army as well as several more vehicles carrying the rebel leader and 50 more rebels were entering on the far side of the village and one of the ammo trucks was hit with a mortar shell destroying the vehicle and killing both rebels inside.

Sgt. Martin saw the destruction threw his binoculars. He quickly searched for the mortars. Finding there position he grabbed his sniper rifle. He looked threw his scope. The crosshairs were in between one of the goverment soldiers. He fired his sniper rifle and quickly reloaded. The man was dead and now Chester aimmed for his next target. Within a minutes the mortar team had been disable.

"This is Outpost S. The mortar team has been diable.

Switching to his binoculars he saw that a NJ 2046 was on it's way to collect the mortars and the bodies.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Irving was on the way back to the HQ once the bombardment began. He told for the civilians to get back inside. As this happened he saw a convoy coming. One of the trucks exploded killing some of the rebels. Then something came on his radio. It was Sgt. Martin. As he was talking he noticed that mortars were silenced. Sgt. Martin must of killed the mortars. Stopping at one of the outposts he got out.

"I need some men to come with me to get the dead mortar team."

Two got up and entered the vehicle. As Irving exited the city he could see where the smoke from the mortars came from. Driving to the spot he found the dead men. The two men got out first to see if all the men where dead. He followed close behind them.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Major Packer ran inside as soon as heard the mortars explode. He stopped one of his men.

"Tell me where the radio room is located."

The man lead Major Packer to the radio room. The radio had been hooked up with the PA system in the town.

"This is Major Packer. Every civilian is ordered to go inside now. We are under attack and the enemy is shooting mortars."

Off in the distance he heard a explosion. Then the mortars stopped. Getting back on the radio he stated.

"Any civilians that are hurt are advised to go the Town Hall to get medical attention."

A private came up to him.

"Sir, a convoy of rebels has come and one of their trucks has exploded."

Major Packer ran into the side part of the Town Hall and found the vehicles. He got a group of 5 men together and they drove off in a APC. Once getting close to the convoy he got out. Clearing his voice for a moment he looked toward the rebels.

"I'm Major Packer and I represent the involve of the Canadstein in Estoniciva. I want to talk to General Mikar."

Major Packer could see the burnt out shell of the truck. The fire from the truck must of been gotten rid of by his men.

Fighting raged between government forces and Montegrande troops. Nearly 25 soldiers had been killed in Montegrande bombing runs as well as attacks and half of their mechanized troop had been destroyed. However, as another bombing run came across, an anti-aircraft missile was fired from a government position and appeared to strike a Montegrande aircraft but they were unsure since the night sky lit up. Government declaration to World Leaders:

Today we have signed a ceasefire with rebel forces and their foreign backers. However, we want a suitable neutral nation to hold these talks. Is there any nation open to having peace talks held on their soil?

------------

In Southern Estoniciva there was a violation of the ceasefire when about 25 rebels attacked a government convoy. Machine gun fire was reported as an anti-armour missile struck the lead government vehicle. The government forces responded with 50 cal weaponry and the rebels disappeared quickly.

The battle, destroyed two government vehicles and left 6 soldiers dead and 19 wounded. In a quick search of the wooded area near the road, two bodies were discovered and two wounded rebels were captured.

Government response:

Today rebels in the fifth day of the ceasefire struck at one of our military convoys which resulted in the deaths of at least 8 people. We believe this is an extreme violation of the ceasefire reached five days ago.

Another 6 temporary schools were to be opened in the rebel controlled territories in Estoniciva, rising to 20 the number of schools that operated thanks to montegrandean funds and under montegrandean education standards.

Also, in 6 more of the 18 hospitals that the montegrandeans runned in the country, the works for transforming the temporary facilities into permanent hospitals began. 4 other hospitals were currently in works to convert them in permanent. The montegrandeans were seemingly interested in bringing good education and health conditions to the civilians of the rebel-controlled zone, and that could make the villagers think about the importance of the existance of a democratic, socialist government, as the montegrandean was.
