A single small robotic craft made it’s way into the SW Galaxy. It bore simple message for emperor Palpatine. The message was as follows:
1. The United States of Allanea will agree to a non-agression treaty with The Immortal Galactic Empire of Unified Sith.
2. The Immortal Galactic Empire of Unified Sith will provide the United States of Allanea with two habitable systems within the so-called SW galaxy. The United States of Allanea will be allowed to mount static defense alone on the surface of these planets, and no more then 100 ships for their defense.
3. The United States of Allanea will fund the construction of a hyperspace or similar gate at each system, leading to the Milky way Galaxy, for ease of trade. Construction of an Alanean In-system Gate network to be negotiated pending the growth of trust, friendship and mutal respect between both states.
4. The Immortal Galactic Empire of Unified Sith will provide the United States of Allanea with 500 million Jawa, Cerean, Bith, Horansi, Arkanian, Catuman and Advocze slaves, that will be freed and given Allanean Freemanship.
5. The Immortal Galactic Empire of Unified Sith will provide the United States of Allanea with a pallet of platinum for every Allanean Congressman, Senator, and member of Cabinet, and a truckload of platinum for President Kazansky himself.
6. A further ten pallets of platinum will be provided, for uses that the US of Allanea will determine at a latter date.
7. The United States of Allanea will share it’s information regarding the location of populated and habitable worlds throughout the Milky Way, and the demography of the Galaxy with the Galactic Empire, free of all charge.
8. A Galactic Empire Holonet Relay shall be set up to link Allanea’s Milky Way Systems to the Imperial Holonet.
