OOC: This is a vote on whether or not the world approves of this plan. This is created so as to avoid war by people who are against this plan. Remember, all dark gray and white areas are land, while light gray areas are water (so as to modify some realistic borders, I added land where seas are in real life).
For the record, I don't deploy my National Guard troops into wars, so don't say "OMG, a11 your troops are in my countriorz, you can't do thiz

Greetings fellow nations. Icovir is a moderatly large country, though not as large as others. Icovir has many natural resources, but what country doesn't need more?
Icovir knows of no nations bordering it to the west. Also, those lands are have many natural resources. These will help us grow into a much more stronger nation.
Icovir finds it fair, though, to warn the world of our plans for these resources. Therefore, Icovir will take the world's opinion on this matter. Does the world approve of the "Greater Icovir" plan? Vote yes or no please. If no, please explain your reasons, thank you.

Icovir hopes to march some of her National Guard troops into the rest of the land mass to the west of the capitol and Nigel River (the river on which our capitol is located). There, we can set up government, such as states, build roads, and deploy more National Guard troops to defend that area of the nation.
Icovir doesn't plan to invade all of that landmass, just from Riyal west (until the map ends, not even close to all of "Africa").
Icovir's uses for the resources located in that small portion of the continent:
To provide our military with better quality materials, I.E better training grounds, better helmets and body armor, better quality of aircraft and ships.
To provide our nation with better resources to make life more enjoyable and easier for our citizens.
To acquire uranium to build more weapons for use in war. Rest assured, we are regulated by our use of nuclear weapons by our allies, the UCN. We will never break these rules for fear of war with the UCN and disaffliation. This uranium will NOT be used for atomic bombs, but rather for better weapons for our ground troops and naval forces (OOC: all types of missiles including our version of the patriot missile).
Icovir asks the world to vote on this, and Icovir will take the majority out of a certain number of votes. (OOC: I'll take the majority out of 2 pages worth of votes).
