Greetings from the Republic of Ackistan!

While brokering a peace agreement between Surdun, Naasha, Clandonia Prime, and Cravan; the Republic of Ackistan guaranteed aid to Surdun and Naasha for the purpose of rebuilding their war torn countries.

Ackistan wishes to appeal to the international community to contribute to a relief fund, which we have created. Altogether, we hope to raise $200 billion. We intend to distribute half the fund in the year following the signing of our peace agreement, and distribute the remainder of the aid over the next five years. Aid will be halted and refunded should these two nations resume their hostilities or if it appears our foreign aid is being used to buy weapons.

We ask nations around the world to open their pockets to these war torn nations for the betterment of humanity. To kick off this fundraiser, Ackistan pledges $5 billion in aid.

I know there are nations that can afford to give away trillions of dollars. I kept the figure low because I want them to be able to rebuild and not be catapulted to world power :D

The Trivalvian government is willing to release 25 billion from its national treasury to aid in the rebuilding of Surdan.

We will donate $12.5 billion to this noble cause of rebuilding war torn countries. We have no real use for it as most of our homeless are well educated and can find jobs relatively easily, and the unemployed don't take much out of the $45 billion of the budget.

Would this come out of the Social Welfare budget? If it does we'll donate $12.5 billion.

It is up to you where the money comes from. You could take it from anywhere really. In fact, it doesn't even need to come from your government. Private donors and non-profit groups could decide to raise money.

We have C-17 Globemasters that can be easily converted to aid delivery that can transport the beef. Just give them a destination and they will fly there to deliver it.

As for the quantity, there is enough beef to fill 2 C-17s (341,000 lb of cargo altogether), and we might as well provide medical supplies and water too, packaged together. There is enough of those to fill 2 C-17s as well.

I cannot say for certain where such supplies should be delivered. It is my understanding that most of Surdun and Naasha's air strips are currently destroyed. I expect one or both of those nations will make some sort of announcement as to where they would like non-monetary aid delivered.
