Icovir realizes that many nations are in a state of war, mainly the CA-TWSP war.

Icovir realizes that many countries cannot sell fossel fuels without the risk of Griffincrest attacks. We cannot stand by and accept this! Icovir realizes how Griffincrest cannot and will not accept rivalry, and would rather destroy their rivals rather than compete peacefully. Is this right, Icovir asks? NO!

This Decleration is brought into existence because we understand the threat Griffincrest presents to the world. Our goal is to establish peace and abolish Griffincrest, but this cannot be obtained save through war.

Therefore, Icovir has already held a vote for war through the senate.

Icovir knows that war usually means failure, but even if Icovir looses this battle, we still would have sent our message to the world.

Icovir's plans are to win the war, but mainly to destroy and rid the world of the opression known as Griffincrest.

Icovir is now at a state of war with the Blackhelm Confederacy, and is now officially embargoing Griffincrest and entering the CA-TWSP war.

On an unrelated note, chellis is going to be sending a few naval taskforces, 4 divisions... peacekeepers, of course, and a number of aircraft to Icovir, as part of the UCN agreements. We assume Icovir will have no problem with us basing peacekeepers there.

We hope that the so-called 'Griffencrest', whatever it may be, does not become overly concerned with this so-called 'Decleration'. As we have never heard of a decleration, and can only assume that it is drawn from 'declension' -- which is in turn a formation of 'decline' -- we therefore assume that Icovir is declining a war involving a party known as Griffencrest; as this party does not seem to have any relevance to the corporation known as Griffincrest, we are amazed at the Pudite Dominion's concern regarding this decleration, or act of declining. IC: Regarding this news, Icovir also declares war against Emporor Pudu. Icovir feels that this move was unnecessary in the annhiliation of the Blackhelm Confederacy, but must do so anyway since a state of war has been declared against us, also.

Icovir has reinstated the draft in order to gain more troops, as Icovir is weakened army-wise by the war in the PeoplesFreedom.

President Booch was sitting in a conference room with his General Staff. They were debating what they could do to possibly deny a Pudite enemy force from invading their newfound allies. They problem was, the Military was stretched to it's breaking point. It wasn't bad enough to include a draft yet, althouge that was an option. Nearly 80% of all Airpower was in use, 90% of the Army was in forces, 90% Of the Marines was in force, and another 90 percent of Navy.
Even so, a Fleet was dispatched.

What Chellis is trying to say, is he's not techincally sending forces to aid you, but he sent peacekeepers at this time, with powerful things, meaning that they are there for "peacekeeping" but also as a detterent.

Pudite Port Compound, PC-0032, The Beginning
Grand Admiral Kadova stood, facing the window of his Noble's Tower observing the fleet before him. Stretching out for miles in front of his compound were literally thousands of ships, all seeming to radiate out from the massive frame of his own flagship, resting gently, unmoving, as the surf battered the seaward side of the craft, seemingly having no effect. This ship stretched one-thousand, nine-hundred and nineteen meters across, a length that would bridge the length of the port's mouth were it not waiting three miles out to sea. It's monolithic frame casting shadows across a measurable portion of the fleet...

This fleet, made up of the contents of Kadova's own Home Fleet, as well as the ships of what would be the equivalent of five full general purpose battle groups. Surrounding them were hundreds more ships, the ships of another seven surface battle groups.

There were now more than eighteen hundred combat ships floating in the Emperor's harbor and the surrounding waters, surrounded by many more thousands of smaller support boats, running from ship to shore, and back again, as they loaded men and supplies onto the various ships, as well as larger troop transport craft distributing many, many more soldiers into the gargantuan transport ships, each which would be carrying fifty-five hundred combat-equipped men the few thousand miles to the shores they were destined for.

Grand Admiral Kadova was proud as he watched the final elements of his fleet come together, silently awaiting the order to break port and begin one of the largest campaigns of this most acclaimed Pudite officer's career. Standing behind Kadova was, as always, his aide, Mr. White. He too, waited silently beside his commander, working his formidable mind through what he knew of the forthcoming campaign.

Finally, he spoke, "Sir," he said, in an even, practiced tone, "I have been reviewing the details of your newest operation,"

Kadova turned to face his aide, "Oh yes, White?"

Mr. White continued, "Sir, the nation of Icovir itself poses little threat, and the aide given by the People's Freedom and the Soviet's is of little concern, but..."

Kadova turned around fully, leaning over the desk that separated the two, resting his hands on his fists as he shifted his weight, "Yes, White?", his voice betraying his impatience

White continued, seemingly not noticing his master’s aggravation, "A nation known as Chellis has contributed their own force of peacekeepers. Now, their force itself in nothing intimidating, although we have little to no information about any further military strength they may have..."

"Is this cowardice that shows itself, Mr. White?", Kadova spoke with new, threatening tones,

Again, Mr. White ignored them, "I assure you sir, I have no doubt of our victory, although, the job may be harder than expected..."

Kadova stood back up, straightening his large black greatcoat and smoothing over the many ornamentations pinned to his chest, "Good, I was afraid we may have had to replace you, Mr. White..."

Kadova left the room, leaving White standing before the telescreen, watching as the last handful of helicopters left for their ships... "Cowardice, sir... No… Certainty..."


In a matter of minutes that greatest of fleets would leave friendly shores, moving forward at a steady thirty-three knots, the largest fleet the Emperor had ever assembled, bound for the tiny nation of Icovir, accompanied by two full Pudite Air Fleets, three Army Groups of the Emperor’s Strelkovy, as well as a full Grazskar Legion, the soldier-fanatics of the Dominion…

This war would be a short affair, the Dominion was certain…
