History:

The World Soviet Party was proclaimed in the late 50's, when a group of Socialist Revolutionaries, sick of being oppresed by the Capitalist-Fascist Goverment (A Military Junta lead by General Caldwell Sr. Sr.) openly rebelled. After months of hard-fighting, the people found themselves in charge. Elections were quickly called and a number of systems put into existance, the first of them being socialized Health Care.

Half a century later, the country has turned into a completely socialist state, giving its citizens everything they need, and worldwide recognized as pacifists, always willing to help the oppresed.
As of the moment, the nation goes largely unnoticed, surfacing here and there to defend its Socialist Stance from the Capitalist wanting to impose their unfair system on others.

Yes, his son was named Caldwell Sr. who in turn had a son named Caldwell, and the one now alive, the ex-commander in chief of the Armed Forces, is Caldwell Jr.

For our Embasy we with to make a request. We wish a building permit to build a helopad type thing on the roof of the building. This will serve to move Ambassadors, Staff and the Supreme Emperor (when he wishes to visit) in and out of the building without the hassles for both our nations for sending them through Customs at an International Airport.

We will make sure though that no Illegal Contraband gets onto our compound. The helepad type thing will be big enough for one of our AC-01 Pelican Aircraft to do it's vertial landing/takeoff on.
