We hope to create a treaty in which our allies, nay, all nations in existence will sign. It promises a new energy resource, Mitakna, found in Icovir last year. Icovir is already reverting to using it.

Energy Resource Treaty
ROCOGNIZES that too many countries today use unreliable energy resources, causing explosions, high prices, and pollution.
PROMISES to distribute Icovir's natural newlyfound and tested resource, Mitkna, which will not explode or catch fire, is not sold at a high price (unless intended by the government receiving the resource) and minimizes pollution to 5,000 tons of C02 per YEAR.
LOW PRICE PROMISE Icovir will sell this new energy resource, which can provide light, and is a replacement of fossil fuels, at a low price. We will sell a 2 year supply of liquid Mitakna (which is usable in liquid form) for 1,000,000 dollars. (34 Icovirian Riyals = 1 dollar).

Icovir consideres this Free Trade and will expect for the receiving government to pay Icovir in full before receiving their liquid Mitakna. BE AWARE that no payment equals no liquid Mitakna. Icovir will hold up to our side of the bargain.

If the ANY coutnry, in any way, shape, or form steals liquid Mitakna, war will be declared, for this resource is rare and this is a limited time offer. Icovir allows, though, that a nation buys a 4 year supply of liquid Mitakna and then sells it to another country without paying Icovir any money from that countries own sales.

IC: Liquid Mitkana is an alternative to oil, yes. It can also be used to light homes, as we have tested and proven, so it is an alternative to electricity.

Scientists are still working around the clock to figure out how Liquid Mitkana formed, though we've been testing and using it for a year without any harm, and our air is cleaner.

There is a theory of where Liquid Mitkana came from, and it states:
"When the Iklong Plant of Icovir fails to create enough food for itself (as many of them do, which is why this plant is endangered), the plant dies of course. The plant, as a last effort to live, takes in a lot of water and transforms it somehow into what we know as Liquid Mitkana.

A curious scientist studying the plant one day cut down the plant too early, and Liquid Mitkana spilled out."

OOC: Don't say that bit about electricity. That confuses the Hell out of me. I can understand it being an alternative fuel source for power generation, but all the same.

If this is an endangered plant, how are you meant to gather sufficient supplies of Liquid Mitkana to satisfy world demand, now that you've explained this as being a alternative to oil, and thus presumably used as fuel for a burning process, just much cleaner than petrochemicals.

So it glows and doesn't burn, and is largely hydroxide based. Well, I can see it possibly being some use as fuel for a fusion reactor after processing to extract the hydrogen, but how the hell are you supposed to use it for anything else?

IC: World demand is impossible for Icovir to satisfy with such a limited amount of Liquid Mitakna. We would guess that this offer will only last for 2 months, considering that 5 nations buy (1) 2 year supply of Liquid Mitakna each week.

Icovir is hoping that scientists will develop synthetic Liquid Mitakna, but of course the chances of it having the same effect are slim to none, so don't expect it.
