Official Announcement from the Allanean Arms company
Dear friends!
As you know, we have coordinated (and aided marginally) in a ringworldconstruction project (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=482556) involving your nation. Lots of work, lots of money, lots of time were invested into this project by your nations (and some of our aid). We will now happily announce the opening of the first Allanean Arms production ringworld.
Officially, the opening procedure will take place in N days aboard our shuttle, the Brilliant Star, in flight over the Ringworld. All participant nations and their friends are invited to visit the opening ceremony, where Allanean Arms executives and entertainment professionals will greet you there.
All aboard the Ringworld!
