If it weren't for my already extensive network of alliances of sorts that frequently put me at the sidelines watching several of my allies duke it out with one another, I would definately join.

Well, I am personally disliking the CA entirely. There are a few exceptions though...and I guess you meet the standards of an exception. How about you are on a pending grace period for say...a week or so, and we shall see...this okay?
