Yes, that's correct. With the war against the Corporate Alliance considered "over" on most fronts, the Tocrowkian High Command announced to the world today that it was beginning a massive de-mobilization of it's forces. Out of the 16 million personnel that were activated in the war, only around 4 million are expected to remain in service.

With the men and women of the Armed Forces returning home to live civilian lives, a joyous mood within the Reich exists. With the Corporate Alliance all but destroyed, the Reich acknowledges that one last front exists. And that front is the Soviet homeland of TWSP. Military command announced it's intention to send over 600,000 personnel to relieve our war-weary comrades, and destroy Griffincrest once and for all. How ever, the Reich has withdrawn forces from all other fronts, as with Griffincrest smashed, there is no longer reason for their presence there.

"Finally, the Tocrowkian people may return to normal, peaceful lives and activities." Exclaimed one excited Air Marshall. "Like baseball, and Miss Tocrowkian Military 2006! woot!" He went on to say. Baseball, being a popular sport in Tocrowkia, and Miss Tocrowkian Military being a competition to find the most attractive female Enlisted and Officer personnel within the Armed Forces, which includes a variety of titulating activities to determine the winner.

That could be a serious problem when trying to work with them to coordinate a war effort.

I wouldn't go that far. I would just say that you broke the dramatically built up tension and then left. Already such a war was building up (with the invasions of TWSP and New Ausha), you merely drew together people to bring the fight to Blackhelm (though the entity invading them and causing all of your grievences was Griffincrest).
