The American Empire, long since locked out of World Affiars begins to build up it's Militray yet again, as other alliances cannot be trusted to rule the world after a horrible WWIII
-Mechs are to replace all armoured forces in 10 years
-Cyborgs are to be is prototype stages in 10 years
- Orbital Bombers are to be in service in 5 years
- Two More Mars missions are to be done in the next 2 years
- The current active Military should be brought from 1.5 million to 5 million members in 5 years. And All Males should resigter for a draft in the next year.
