I am Emir Harun ibn Ma'mun of the Emirate of Cumaniqa, several days ago, after years of preparation, our brave soldiers rose and secured independence for our great nation, we now own most of southern Arabia and would very much like to build relations with other lands.

Our foreign policy objectives are as follows,
-Establish relations with major world powers
-Develop nuclear weapons to ensure our people are never again oppressed
-Build greater ties with other Islamic nations to rebuild the Caliphate of old

We thus seek recognition from other states and are willing to start embassy construction right away

Our Empire has taken notice of your rising nation, and would be interested in establishing relations with you. First, however, we must learn more about you. If you wish to engage in trade, what sorts of resources do you have at your disposal, etc? Any other information that may be useful to make our understanding of you better would be appriciated.

One other thing in your message has come to our attention. You wish to establish nuclear arms? There are a great many powerful enemies of nuclear proliferation out there, and many are not the sort of people that you would like to make enemies with. We recommend that you abandon your quest for weapons of mass destruction before negative reprucussions take place.
One final question: why is it that you seek to reestablish "the Caliphate of old"?
