The State of Southern Zanski would like to create a place where Government-funded Militia and Freedom Fighting Groups can make themselves known. Upon joining the UMFFG, Militias and Freedom Fighting nations must abide by the following:
Only use your forces in cases of opression
Do not fight another UMFFG group without a majority vote
Regulary Take part in UMFFG discussions
Do not use Terrorism for the purpose of harming a Race/Religion
Do not use Nuclear or Atomic weapons of mass destruction
Do Not Take Civillian Hostages
Your Militia/ Freedom Fighters plus your armies must not reach more than 5% of your overall population (This is a NS rule anyway)
